Always get my oil changed here and never had an issue. On this particular day although I was extremely dehydrated and grabbed a cup and filled it with some milk that they had for the coffee the sell here. After one sip I realized the milk was spoiled so I threw it out and grabbed an ice tea and went to pay. To my surprise the clerk was trying to charge me 4 dollars and change for an ice tea. I gasped and said “all that for an ice tea?!?” The clerk responded I’m also charging you for the milk you drank. I explained to her it was spoiled which is why I threw it out. She wasn’t having it and proceeded to charge me. As a loyal customer here I just can’t believe how petty the clerk was being, exclaiming she’d be charged if she didn’t charge me.. Really how ridiculous does that sound. Pretty sure this will be my last oil change here. By the way her name was Maria.

Horrible horrible front desk!!! The lady who is at front desk was very rude. I asked her which of the keys was for women’s bathroom, she strangely gave me a look and didn’t even answer my question. I said to her: i asked you simple questions , why aren’t you answering? she said it’s already written on the key! That’s why she can’t answer? What if someone has eye problem or can’t see very well!!!! Then she was telling other people who were there about me being rude, can’t read etc… Especially front desk people gotta be nice to their customers in order to bring more customers. But definitely this is not the place to wash my car next time!!!

I purchased a Super Wash, and asked for the trunk to be vacuumed. When it came out of the wash and the car was cleaned inside and handed back to me, the trunk had not been touched, neither had the dashboard. The guy tried to clean the trunk with cloths, but it needed vacuuming, and then he said he wouldn't touch the interior dash as I had paid for a regular wash. I said I had paid for a Super, and he just shrugged his shoulders. I asked for the cloth he had in his hand and cleaned the dash, gear stick etc myself. Appalled and will never go back to this place.

I have been going to this place because it’s so close to home . And at one point they were doing an okay job . I just went today payed I believe 25-30 dollars for a car wash called the extreme . THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB . They wiped NOTHING down . The mats were flithy . The only thing they actually cleaned was the outside because of it going through the machine . I used to love them but now I am never going back again I’d rather pay 60-70 dollars and get my car fully clean instead of 30 and have it look terrible .

Worst customer service! Sadly, returned home with a damaged car last time I was there for a wash. Also they locked out my car with the keys inside, not once but three of the last four times I was there. Also, be careful when doing oil change here, they tend to steal the engine oil that, one just paid to put in their car. How? They don’t fully pour the whole bottle of oil in the car and would often save 10-20% in each bottle. Such sophisticated techniques for betrayal.

We used this car wash and after they finished the mats were soaking wet and the car smelled like a dirty rag. It was quick even though one lane was much quicker than the other. We complained about the dirty rag smell the worker guy said it was the smell of our car and he used a clean rag. So maybe they used dirty water to clean the mats? But really was not taking ownership of the stinky water rag smell. Go to the wash down the road we have never had an issue there.

I got an oil change here. Service from the mechanic was good. Be ready for them to tell you there are several things in your car that need changing. Some will make sense, but others just seemed excessive. You also get a free super wash which is valued at like $25 so for someone like me who sometimes changes the oil at home, it was actually cheaper to let them do it and get a much needed car cleaning.

It's okay. I went at 7 am. The guys in the front did an excellent job in vacuuming. The machine did a good job in cleaning the car, however the towel guys are a different story. There was something hard on the driver window and they didn't even clean it. It wasn't until I noticed and called the guy over, that they cleaned it. They noticed it before I did but didn't clean it until I called them over.

Be very careful when you decide to go here. A lot of positive reviews but also a lot of negative reviews. When they screw your, they screw you hard like me. Drove a perfectly fine car in for an oil change and towed out needing aaa because one of their technicians jammed my ignition. No sorry, no help, no nothing. I would highly recommend anywhere else besides here.

They are great! Last time I visited, my car had body damage prior to going into the wash. They taped it up so that water would not get in there. They were very good about treating the customer car like their own. If I have any gripe, it'd be that they would look to be a little more detailed when it comes to vacuuming.

It's a good place to wash your car, fast and clean. There is an ATM machine inside if you need a cash. Refreshment machine, snacks and also fresh coffee lovers.. All workers are hard workers. The supervisor is very helpful person. We got a problem in our car and he helped us. Good price prise with good service.

This guys let me sit my car for half an hour and didn't wash it for some reason they washed all the car after me. The reason they said they didn't know what kind of wash. Even though he was the one gave me the slip for payment and I had the payment slip. I used come here all the time but this will be the last.

It’s been 5 years , I’m their regular customer. Their service used to be top notch. But suddenly I’ve no idea why their service became trash. Those guys who works at the car wash , they don’t work like before and their manager Armando , he doesn’t know how to respect people.

I honestly love the massage chair while waiting for my car to get ready. If the workers see an issue, they will go over it with you to explain the importance of the issue and why it needs to be fixed. A clean little store, and bathroom. The cashier lady is nice!!!

The Spot for oil change, any lube services, car wash, tires, brake pads, NYS inspections, etc. They are really good at the work they do here. I get my car service here regularly and never had a problem. The prices are pretty reasonable. Go check them out.

Poor service. Waited on the line for 25 minutes, just because the hand wash line was busy the staff didn’t care about the machine wash cars. The staff was rude and didn’t want to wash the rims although I was paying for Extreme Protection Service.

Place is a scam, they up sell you on a more expensive service and hold your keys as collateral until you pay them in CASH. Don’t like it? You don’t get your car back. No signs or warning before they force you to use their atm to pull out money.

A one stop shop literally. Bought brakes, an oil change and had my vehicle inspected and washed. I never left the lot. These guys are very proficient at their craft and gets it done quickly. No milking hours here.

Waste of money! $26 and change for my SUV and the cleaning was terrible. They poorly vacuumed the car and many interior surfaces were left untouched. Can get superior cleaning for $10 more elsewhere.

5 stars, I done servicing my dodge durango here. Mostly I bring my Toyota Rav 4 2020 XLE Hybrid Everyone is really good here. They worked perfectly so far in my 7 years of journey.

They dont clean the cars right, I see a bunch of dust and dirt inside my car after the car wash.They only actually clean the mats.Dont recommend coming here to wash your car.

Been coming at this location for both oil change and car wash ever since I was a teen, always good service in a timely manner.

So far they have been good and quick. You get a free car wash ticket with every oil change and the 7th oil change is for free.

Everything about the place is good except the guys washing the cars are lazy unless u tip them, the oil change is fast though
