Very outdated. More dryers than washers. Ladies working didn't seem like they cared about the place they just talk to the regulars and keeps it pushing *Responding to Owner I can care less about what the other reviews said I have my own opinion and states what MY experience was like. Given your response I'd rather send more money to be comfortable in an environment. Lastly the way you responded seems like your a little upset, don't get upset because I have an opinion and posted it on a PUBLIC forum! I wish you nothing but happiness and great success!

My first time using this place was a great experience! The lady that was running the place talked to me like I was a regular it made me feel welcome and she had the place so very clean you eat off the folding counters! The machines both washers n dyers worked great like brand new! My clothes smelt great n felt great!! Thank you for this place! Not super busy like the other places I went. Saw the employee cleaning multiple times while I was there. The washers I had were a little iffy. One the detergent drawer wouldn’t close, another I had to slam the door closed because it wouldn’t close otherwise. Overall, it’s solid. $3 for a wash, $0.50 for the big dryer cycle. Definitely consider going here before laundry & tan or something like that.

Maria was super nice and professional. I dropped off three large dog beds and then went shopping at Kohl's and Kroger right by. When I came back she had everything washed, dried, and even put them in trash bags for me since it was starting to rain. Note, CASH ONLY. But there is a PNC right across Crawfordsville or you can get cash back at Kroger.

Fine place to do your clothes.. Very good management... Left my clothes because i were running late.. I came back several hours later with my clothes folded and put to the side... I totally love her..shes very helpful... And she concerned about her customers...

Muy cómodo para lavar, el olor que allí brota es de limpieza, 2 señoritas que nos atendieron muy amables, la señora Lorena es lo máximo, nos ayudó muuchooo, era nuestra primera vez, y nos tuvo mucha paciencia, aquí en Indianápolis hacen falta muchas Lorenas.

Very clean environment, employee keeps it clean, washers work great, some of the dryers work better than others, other than that it’s a nice place to go, atmosphere is quiet, and they have games for the children to play with.along with vending.

They are a little higher than other places on washers but they are fairly new. However their dryers are outdated and will take a lot of quarters to get your clothes dried. I won't be returning I know lot better places to go that are cheaper.

It's not bad. Typically less busy than the rest. High efficiency washers are 2.25, or 2.50. Old style washers are 1.25. Dryers are 25¢ for 8 minutes, maybe. There are no timers on the dryers. The help is OK. Some *much* nicer than others.

Voy hay porque me queda serca. Pero no me gusta que las lavadoras están siempre con mal olor y pelo de gatos o perros ayer fui a lavar y no se quien me robo una sabana impermeable y la señora no dijo nada eso me molesto un poco.

This is the best laundry service I have received in a long time. I was searching for a new place after the place I was going to for years closed down. The owner is always so helpful and the staff is amazing!

I like going here early in the morning when no one is there. My family are regulars now. I see a lot of my neighbors and it's almost like a laundry club. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.

Quiet laudromat !!! Very convenient for me. Music station is good. 2 T.V's and always clean. Staff is friendly. I just wanted to update to say thanks for the sliding door. Lol

Nice quiet place to do laundry. It's clean. Nice new washers. Hot dryers. Staff are polite. The owner or manager passed out free laundry bags one day! The only one I go to.

The workers are very friendly, the place is clean and tidy, 9 out of 10 for me. Las trabajadoras son muy amables, el lugar es limpio y ordenado, 9 de 10 para mi.

Plenty of small washing machines not enough big washing machines and definitely not enough dryers no Air I sweated the entire hour I was in there like a slave.

I like this laundromat because lil gal is always willing to help. Prices are decent. Only flaw-the bathroom always smells horrid. Please work on this.

The staff is friendly always willing to help. Their washers and dryers need repaired. You waste more money trying to get your clothes clean.

I drop off my laundry and in about 2 and 1/2 hours I can pick it up all folded and hung up on always in the same day that's great

Clean, friendly and helpful staff, plenty of room to maneuver and if you come during the week, you can really fluff and fold!
