Although the surrounding area looks a bit rough, when you step inside facility, you’ve entered a different dimension. This place is STELLAR! Large parking in the back for big rigs like me and extremely well kept. You can tell that the owner and mgt really care about how this facility us presented to their wide range if customers. As a driver that visits laundromat around the country and almost never the same one twice, this type of excellent facility is much appreciated and I personally told the staff the morning, of my visit. They even have tanning rooms for those so inclined, plus free Wi-Fi. Everything is clean from the floors to the machines, to the rinse sink. Staff friendly too. So if you need to wash you laundry, whether local or from out of town, The Laundry Connection has several location around Indy and the reviews are consistently for this laundry chain. This laundromat is a mainstay in the community. It is accessible to public transport. There are single, double, triple and quintuple load washers. There are large dryers which dry clothing for 6 minutes per 25 cents. There are only two larger dryers which dry quadruple loads for 4 minutes per 25 cents. If you use a double or triple load washer, the staff is always happy to wipe it out or provide a towel and cleanser to wipe it which is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The dryers get very hot, so if you are drying a comforter, put it on medium heat, and check it periodically.The batting inside can be burned making you blanket misshapen, and taking away the coziness. There is a club for those who tan, and many tanners are in and out with little fuss in less than twenty minutes. Tuesday evenings or Early Friday morning are the best times to visit. There is a deal on washers 7am-3 pm every Wednesday.

The place is reasonably clean, the lady working was as helpful as she could be (that’s why two, not one star) BUT, the dryer set to medium burnt my expensive Hilfiger fleece pullover. The lady working called her boss who offered me six dollars for my pullover. I paid more than that to wash clothes there! Sketchy. I was asked which dryer I used, when I showed her which one, she said, “it’s always these dryers that burn clothes”. Hello!? That tells me they are aware of the problem, but not concerned with doing anything about it! Gee, break the backs of the poor some more, why don’t you? Like I said, sketchy. They will NOT see my business again, unless I’m desperate and need laundry done on the fly. What happened to businesses that valued their clientele? Clearly this one does not. Go elsewhere unless you like crunchy clothing!

The very first time I have ever went to a laundry mat & it not be busy . They young lady's was always working wiping the machines , sweeping floors , & always working . The customers were very pleasant as well in this crazy world that we are living in . We all have to remember that common respect to each other & helping one another goes a long way in each other's lives. Even if it is a conversation with each other might just make that other person day . Again it is just showing compassion , respect , and kindness no matter each other's race , religion , creed , female or male , or what one has or does not have . Tried to go in 40 minutes before they closed at midnight. Only needed the dryer for about half that time. But was told I couldn’t use the dryers at all. The website didn’t specify a “ quit time”. Now I’ll have wet sheets. Or have to drive to a less than safer area. My drier broken and this was just 5 minutes away from home. I wonder if the owner or management even looks at these reviews, but maybe they should had mentioned this “ quit time” online. I’m a nurse and have very little time to squeeze in these inconveniences. I won’t be back. I’ve been coming here ever since my dryer broke in October.

Rude!!! App for machines wasn't working properly and apparently they have known for couple days. When I asked about getting money on the machine was told nothing they could do but didn't think to mention I could do change and use quarters because I didn't notice they took change because me and my fiance just moved here from two states away. We just wanted to get our clothes cleaned after getting rained on and everything. Will never come here again if this is how staff is going to be.

The 2 woman that was working was so very helpful tonight with every customer that came in . I haven't been here in over year . Sure does beat some of the old staff that has came than gone . Thank You Laundry & Tan woman that worked this evening . You both was very helpful to other customers as well as myself . I promise I will not wait 6 - months to wait to do my laundry . Kudos hiring manager of this 2- young woman they was respectful to every patron that entered

My husband dropped me an our niece off to do the laundry while he finished up doing deliveries. We were there until close, my husband was on his way back but hadn't got there yet and one of the workers waited with us till he got there to make sure we were safe. She went beyond her job description and I appreciate her for it. The employees there are always very nice as well an the place is always clean. And I would highly recommend anyone to go there.

Number one!!! You have a sign on the door stating that there's a mandate for Making!!! But most people or not wearing them. that's a no no!! right now it's against the law. There was a really big roach came out of the washer of front by the front door I believe it was washer 3 $6 washer I watched no one sanitizing anything tables chairs That's a Problem!! I can take 3rd time washing at this laundromat and I was very dissatisfied..

I have to come in late like 9 pm because I have a handicap. It's easier because there is not alot of people in the way. Now mind you the last load in a 1030, close at 9. Even if I'm wrong the staff will come and move my things with wet hands. So disrespectful, don't say hi or excuse me nothing. They start to mop the floor and sweep and move things around me. I will be done at 1030. This can wait.

Usually easy to get in and out in about an hour, complimentary coffee and popcorn for patrons. I don't tan but noticed JWow branded tanning lotions and loads of Australian Gold products. The attendants are nice and constantly doing things to keep the place tidy. Half price is washes on Wednesday from 7 am to 1 pm. Makes it easy to use that jumbo washer for bedding and big items.

I love this location because the staff keep everything very clean. They wipe out the washers several times per day and are always sweeping and cleaning. The staff is friendly and pleasant. They have fresh complimentary coffee for the majority of the day. I have never been a fan of laundromats but I like this one. I wish they'd get the megatouch fixed though. I love playing it.

I walk in at 10:30 in the girl says I can't do my laundry and they close at midnight with one bag of clothes this place is a joke she was totally rude there is no customer service there at all worth even talking about I mean they are just totally rude and act like I was mad because I wanted to do my laundry I mean isn't that what a laundromats for total failure unbelievable

Been here 3-4 times and I gotta say it's very well kept. I do wish I could witness them cleaning and sanitizing the machines especially with the pandemic. Most of the staff is friendly but a couple are not so outgoing. Prices are good and normally there are sufficient items to do your laundry. I haven't tanned there yet but I plan on it that is if the prices are good.

The women who are on the night shift today, Friday 10/28/22, are very rude, I come from work and they stare at you, challenging you, please, these people give the place a bad image, it's the second time they've done it, I here I don't come to wash again, they are rude if they don't want to work better

The laundromat is clean as was the bathroom. There are plenty of washers and dryers. The prices for the machines are fair in my opinion. There are places to sit and snacks to purchase while you wait. The one downside is the parking. Although it wasn’t crowded, there were only two spots available. I would definitely return here and would recommend it to others.

Clean, lots of units open, well maintained. I did front loading washers and normal wash and it was like $5.25 or $5.75. The dryers were 5 min for each $0.25 you add. There's an app you can use to pay, I didn't use it this time around. Lots of carts available to use. Has some things to keep the kiddos distracted and vending machines and whatnot.

I met Mike the owner 25 or so years ago when he opened o e of his first laundry and tans on west tenth street next to Joe o'malia's grocery store. Which is no longer there. I was at one of Mike's laundry and tan on east 10th last week and still a Class Act in the laundry dry and tan business. Bravo Mike still doin the do.

I recently visited the 10th and Shadeland location and had a great experience. I was greeted by two beautiful ladies! I had a few questions about my membership and Hailey was extremely helpful and so sweet! I did not get the name of the 2nd woman but she was very helpful as well. Thank you for making my day!

That place is pretty good considering how bad some of the others are in the area. Most of the machines were working, the place is pretty clean and lots of vending machines, games, ATM, and even just a tad cheaper and some others around it. Not perfect but probably the best you're going to get it in the area

Staff says you cant fold your clothes there towels are oviously not going to dry at the same rate as other clothes so whats going to happen if you fold them while waiting for your towels my advise go where you can fold your clothes while waiting as I did today so the folding clothes thing oviously not true.

Has and always will be my go to tanning place. And love taking my comforters there to wash while I tan. The staff has always been A1 never trying to overwhelm you with lotion sales but let you know what has worked for them and that's what makes me love buying lotion from there, they speak from experience!

They need to up grade there beds but i feel like they are where I feel and see Everytime I go. I always can tell I went and have a good color.i don't think they have alot of people that tan there so the bulbs are good and not much time on them..the best in town if u ask me , for good color …

There are plentiful machines and reasonable prices. I didn't need to deal with the staff, which seemed pleasant. The facility is well illuminated. And there are change machines, video games, and vending machines available. In total, it provides everything that you would need from a laundry facility.

I hadn't been to a laundromat sense I was a kid.But due to plumbing problems I had to go to one.The experience could not had been any better.kaylie was the sweetest and kindest person.Told me about the machines and dryer. Walked me thew from the beginning to the end. Thanks for being great Kaylie.

This has to be the nicest, cleanest laundromat in the city. So many new machines at really good prices. Melissa works very hard to keep this place in great shape. After going here, I would never use any other laundromat! As good as it gets!

Been going there for quite a while I work all kinds of crazy hours maybe midnight maybe 8 at night or 6 in the morning every time I go in there it's clean and the people that are there are very helpful I get in get it done and get out it's a very nice place

After my experience at a different laundromat I went to Google for reviews of close laundromat. This one is excellent. Clean, staffed, working machines, laundry supplies vending machines. Ice cream machine, !!! I'll definitely make this my go to laundromat.

Very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. It's large enough that you're never waiting on a washer or dryer. They have some extra extra large washers that actually do a great job. This is where I'll be doing my laundry every week.

The laundry facilities are adequate. They don't enforce the mask requirement, so I suspect they'll get a visit from the health department, soon. Their internet sucks, so if you need to do some work requiring net access take your own.

I have been going to this location every since it opened even after I moved on another side of town I always still drive over to do my laundry the girls that work there are nice it's always clean and I love that hours of operation

Tons of washers and dryers make it nearly impossible to have to wait for a machine. A few more seats would be a nice addition. parking can be a pain if they are really busy. overall, my favorite place to do laundry besides home.

Love this place, the girls running it are always on the ball to keep the place well swept and such and they are always sweet friendly ladies. Definitely one of the better laundromats I have found in the city.

I have been tanning here for a very long time, the employee's always treat me like family. I love to tan and relax. This place is my go to when I have a rough day and need some me time.

Nice place to do your laundry! The attendant was friendly, present, and was constantly cleaning. If you don't want to use the pricer washing machines the top loaders do a good job too!

This is the 1st laundry and tan I have been to. It was pretty big with good quality washer and dryers. There were a lot of people there but it still didn't feel over crowded.

The laundry is good. My only problem is that it's so big it's hard to watch your clothes. I've had clothes stolen once & caught 2 attempts & I don't go there that often.

It was clean. But I didn't feel safe in there. Two homeless people walking around and one asking for money. My husband ask him to leave. The staff did nothing.
