When I arrived, I got a laundry cart and went to get my baskets from the car. When entering back in the facility, there was a dip in the concrete of the entrance. The wheels caught and the carry flipped and I fell over the cart and all my laundry that was now on the ground. Went in and used the biggest washers they had another that was a tad smaller. Right when my clothes were done the young lady working (that clearly hated her job) or signs on every large dryer, saying "do not use needs cleaned". The laundry mat was busy and every small dryer was in use. I ended up getting my clothes in random dryers as they came available spread out throughout laundromat. We already seen you struggling to find available dryers. I had assumed that she hadnt had access do the dryer vents that need to be cleaned. Finally when I was loading my last dryer another customer asked her how long would it take for the dryers to be cleaned because there was none available. She said not very long and that she could start loading the dryers I should clean them. she simply unlock the bottom vent took a broom clean out the lint locked it back up and it was available to use. I surely wish you would have thought about that when she see me struggling to find a dryer. I went to wait outside where are my clothes dried at probably 7 p.m. the doors that I used to come in she was standing at cleaning the rugs and told me "they locked". This is also the only door with a slanted curb to make it accessible to the parking lot with cart. by this time I had to use the restroom so I asked her "is your bathroom back....", She cut me off and said yes without making eye contact. Finally all 10 or 11 on my dryers were stopped but I was so fed up with this laundromat that I just bagged all my stuff up and decided to fold it at home. now I'm leaving use in the car going out the exit that is not accessible to get to the parking lot with my cart. I make it over the curb into my car and hit another dip in the pavement and again trampled over my cart and all my now clean laundry all over the ground in the parking lot. The pole on the laundry cart was literally an inch I'm scraping someone's brand new car. I hit my shin on the cart results in a big knot in bruise. Regardless to say I will never return there. The customer service was horrible in the environment was worse.

I go there for big items only. I have left my comforts in the machine to make runs and I m about two minutes early before the washer stop. I went there because a friend wash his clothes there and placed them in the dryer. He asked me to go with him to get his clothes, and he came to car and said someone has taken all my clothes. We were both professional. This was over 15 years ago. It was late at night. I went up to a lady that worked there and asked about the clothes. She was the only one in the place Who would take his sheet, under clothes, and dress shirts? She was employed and she seen him take the clothes out of the washer and place them in the dryer. She had moved his clothes out of the dryer, it was 12 at night. She showed us where his clothes were. She had placed them in the back in a basket. I didn't know if this was custom or not but I was happy he got all his clothes back. He just moved here from New York and I was not from Indy. This was a good experience, this is why I go there. I pass up two wash places to go here.

I am a regular customer. Today i went and had a very bad experience... I wanted to use three machines. After loading products, cloths and money one of them did not work and were not labeled out of service (OOS or OOO) . Then i called the employee who was working the shift (around 4 to 5 PM). He only gave me a $ 2.50 machine free, when i asked what about the products that i already loaded, he answered that i am loosing them unfortunately,. I said this is unfair, $2.50 is nothing compared to what i lost that i should be compensated better, i asked at least give me the drying machine for free... He told me that he is only authorized to compensate on the washing machines that he would have to give me the drying machine money from his pocket...which I refused of course and told him that should be on the company's expense not his. I hope the managers out there take actions by implementing fairly compensation when customers experience issues that are clearly the company's fault.

BY FAR THE BEST LAUNDROMAT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Originally I wanted to do my laundry in a hotel or truck stop, because I've had bad experiences with laundromats (stalking, attempted robbery, general harassment). But I'm glad I took a chance here. Being from NJ, I was immediately attracted to the Jersey-like title. Inside, the place is like a palace. It's an old McDonalds, and they kept the playplace for kids. Adding to the fun is an old-school Pacman game! There is an infinite sprawl of washers and dryers on the main floor, fairly priced and they offer discounts on Wednesdays. They sell detergent in the big bottles at the front (costs only a little more than it would cost in a store). They have free coffee and popcorn as well as free Wi-Fi. Very clean. The attendant (may have been the owner) was very helpful when I oversoaped my machine. I WILL be back!

I just spent an hour at Walmart getting laundry supplies and was going to go back to my apartment complex to unload my car to make room for the laundry and head back to the laundromat. They white lady working nights on 02/09/2019 gave me THE WORST attitude. "CHANGE IS FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY!" I her that I had to go unload my car and bring the laundry back. "Oh well you can't take the change if you aren't going to laundry here." Then I got back in my vehicle and she threw the peace sign up at me out the laundromat entrance. So, needless to say I will never use this location! Furthermore now I have to wait to do laundry tomorrow because I am not driving to the next closest laundromat at almost 9:30pm. Terrible staff, terrible attitudes, absolutely unacceptable way to run a business!

Miss Kelly, the manager is WONDERFUL. But that Caucasian lady who cleans is rude and condescending. My husband and i came in with our clothes and i had my newborn in a chest carrier while he brought our clothes in. The lady wispered something to another customer about me as if i were going to be there all night. Luckily i have a good husband who let her know to Not to worry about what im doing and that he got this. It was my 1st time visiting the location and it woulda been a turn off. But Constance Kelly was very helpful and its cause of people like her that i will return.

I washed five loads of laundry with my boys and my sons stuffed animals and white blanket. When I went to dry the blanket and stuffed animals their was lipstick in the dryer from someone else and I didn't notice it until I took the blanket and stuffed animals out. My kids stuff was ruined and the staff didn't apologize or offer to wash that stuff for free. They laughed at me. And yes I already know about the sign on the wall about not being responsible. I didn't have more coins to rewash their stuff. I'm Very Upset and will not go back to this store.

My wife and I are RV’ers and have been all around this great nation and when I tell you this the best we’ve ever seen, I mean it. From the cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, the amount of machines ( over a dozen of the jumbo ones). This place is a hidden gem! We drove 40 minutes (had to wash our big comforter) and would have gladly driven an hour. It may seem overzealous a review for “just a laundromat” but believe me, this place deserves it!

I go every weekend to wash my work uniform and I can truly say that I love going here. Several tv's along the walls playing a variety from sports to cartoon. The indoor playplace is awesome for when I don't have a babysitter and the free coffee and popcorn is the icing on the cake. The staff knows me by name and routine and I never had a problem there that they didn't resolve same day. Great people and great place. Deanna makes the BEST popcorn!

I’ve been here before and it wasn’t bad but I have a busy schedule and have to do my laundry at night. Last load has to be in by 11pm and when you they to do a load even close to 11 they look at you funny and sometimes say something. Just today I showed up before 11pm and they lady turned me down before I even got in. I even told her that I was only washing one load takes 30mins and they technically close at 12!! Beware of the night crew!!

I got yelled at for talking to an employee, that hadn't moved her butt in two hours. I simply told her that she needed to learn one Spanish statement, "No, hablo Espanol." That Spanish can sound harsh, if she had said the statement above, the man would have gotten his translation app out. I had been going there for two plus years, because someone doesn't want to work and cause issues. I will not be returning.

20230528: You should have some rules in place to keep the little niglets from riding in the laundry carts,, especially when paying customers need them. 20200105 update: With as much as you rip people off with your prices you should be able to upgrade your wifi. No popcorn on Sundays. 20190506: Fix your WiFi. Geez! And, if you're not going to have popcorn, don't advertise that you do.

I think it's on 21st st. Both ladies that work there work very hard and were very sweet and they look out for their customers. We were there late because our clothes weren't dry yet and they helped us assure dry time and showed us some tricks for next time so that our clothes would be dry on time. They wished us well and waved goodbye as we left. I would definitely go there again.

Used to be my favorite place. Now when you wash the workers mess with your clothes. I watched the manager open my washer and sit and look all in my washer. Then i left my expensive laundry bag on my washer and watched her throw it away. When you are doing laundry they come pass and wipe your washer WHILE you are filling it up. DO NOT WASH HERE

If there was zero star, I would give it because I called them, I had an emergency situation. I left the containers in the dryer, but I came back. They gave them to me in a bag, but the containers were stolen, and when I spoke to them, they knew who the thief was, but they did nothing. The worst experience I would not go back to them

Always have the best prices on the beds. Always clean and never too busy. Walk right in, get right in. Love the staff always very friendly. Had one lady help me pick out lotion for 20 minutes. She had alot of patience with me. I was very appreciative. Would love to see new brands of lotion though..love this place.

Laundry and tan connection is nice. They serve free coffee in the morning. They used to serve free popcorn but I'm not sure if they're doing that now. Playland is closed and I am not sure if they plan on opening that again. The employees are friendly and they keep things clean.

I don't tan... Staff is friendly always wandering keeping things straight and clean. Machines cleaned inside and out daily, at least! Snack and drink machine. Coin change units but some washers n dryers take cards. FREE coffee and popcorn few times I have been in!

Well I really thought that the bags you buy at Laundry and tan are good they are to a certain extent but Yesterday the bags caught my apt on fire!!!!!We went placed clothes in apt left came back two hours later and clothing bags was the only thing on fire.

Super clean as in there's someone ALWAYS cleaning out the machines. Plenty of machines and change dispensers. Lots of seating and parking. Free wi-fi and coffee. TVs too. I haven't tried the tanning beds so I can't attest to those. Oh and there's an ATM.

Sucks they don't have tanning for $10 a week & hardly any specials. I've went to this tanning salon on & off since I was 15 because other salons are even more pricey! So maybe that's why they changed things plus everything went up in prices

Place is clean & quiet for the most part. Machines new and reasonably priced. Play area for kids but parents need to watch them more closely and not let them scream high pitched screams. Kids can have fun and play without the screams.

Usually the lady working is real nice but tonight she has a bitter old lady working with her who has issues on how to talk to people its not the customers fault you work there if you dont like working with people find a new profession

Spotless, lots of machines, free coffee, seating, nice staff, play area for kids... Conveniently located by my truck terminal and priced right. Also have never had any issues with my service dog being with me. Great place!

Their dryers SUCK!!!! 25cents for four minutes but you can put two dollars in to dry a small load and it won't even be dry. Just charge the amount u really want to charge so people won't have anything to complain about.

This is the only place close to me that has the huge load washers and dryers that take care of 10 loads of laundry at a time. I just wish they had more of them for alot of people like myself with large families.

Can get really crowded. I once had another person put their $ in the wrong slot. I watched them try to pull my clothes out of the dryer and move them because they can't read. Seriously.

Immaculate, everything in laundry was clean, nothing on floors, courteous attendant's, better go early or you have to wait for someone to give up a cart to bring your clothes in

People are always rude!! They will not ever let you use laundry carts for 2 min to swap your clothes over. No they have to babysit it till there laundry is done.

Neat and clean...first time i could ever say such a thing about a laundromat...also there wasnt a large crowd or group of people sitting around lingering.

This place is always clean and spacious. There are plenty of units to utilize, and the play area is great for when you have to bring the kids along.

The Top Loader Washers are TOO OLD. THEY NEED TO BE REPLACED. THEY DON'T WASH YOUR CLOTHES WELL AT ALL.
