I've came here for years now and still will from time to time. Home of the lucky wash what's that mean there's a chance that the washer you pick will count its balance to zero after putting in a quarter giving you a free wash awesome right. Staff is just great a quiet place to do some dirty work. Free wifi TVs to watch and even popcorn fresh made right there this place is just great . A cozy little place tucked away in Lawrence on the Eastside a great place that can feel like home when you cant wash your stuff at yours right next to a speedway ,dollar general across the street or clean your car while you wash your clothes at the self service coin operated car wash . If you near Lawrence check this place out

I'm a big fan of this place. When I started going there, I admit I was a little skeptical. The place seemed very drab and outdated. Nonetheless, I was able to wash my clothes. Since then multiple updates have been made. The old carpeting was pulled up, new water efficient front load washers were installed and they now give out free popcorn. I miss the little old lady that used to be there and I hope that she's ok. As long as I don't have a washer and dryer I'd continue washing my clothes in this facility, no matter where I live. I've not experienced any rude staff and have been offered quarters for another dryer if I lost my money in one that didn't work.

Shadeland Coin and Laundry service has declined drastically since the re-opening. after the fire. The service is somewhat prompt but, I constantly had clothing articles lost using their wash and fold service over the past couple years and recently more than I would like. It’s a shame the customer service and has gone down hill. The owners are lovely people but have hired some very less than, pleasant employees over the past years. I was a customer for about over 20 years but I can’t spend my money where the employees don’t respect; and appreciate me and my property.

Newly, remodeled facility, nice touch screen washers and dryers...rude and unattentive attendant would rather play on his phone than tend to his customers. In response to management, MY experience was My experience and it was not a pleasant one. When a customer walks up to the desk, you should acknowledge them and not continue to play with your phone, nor should an employee get an attitude because you ask for change. During my visit he did nothing accept sit behind a desk. I don't give a review based off of another person's experience.

Friday lady is the laziest and rudest staff member here. Sprays all equipment and does not wipe it down. Plays on her phone the whole time. If you ask her a question she get so upset she has to do something she sighs and give a lazy answer. All the seats and tables are wet and soaked with some kind of liquid. The environment on her shift is very unwelcoming. Any other day with out her I love this place. I been coming here for three years and now I have to wait till a day she is not here to do laundry.

This is the most cleanest laundromat on the Eastside. It just reopened recently due to a fire so everything's new! Before the fire it was the cleanest and still is. You can purchase laundry bags with drawstrings in different colors, and on certain days the washers are a bit cheaper. It's best to wash during the week if you can because Friday through Sunday it's usually busy throughout the day. They offer different size washers and dryers for large and small loads also.

Is small but it's in decent condition. My boyfriend & I let our laundry get out of hand. To much to do in a small apt facility. So we decided to go to a laundry mat. The lady who runs it was very friendly& helpful. The customers were respectful of space & helpful with which driers dried the best. We spent less than 20$ for 2 weeks worth of laundry & spent less than 2 hrs there on a sat. We're pleased enough with the service that we're going back.

The machines are so new and clean and well kept that it felt like my clothes were cleaner than normal lol. It's well lit and very clean. All the customers seem relaxed. The washette is very user friendly with things well labeled. It's not the most handicap accessible but it's not inaccessible so that's a plus. The prices are pretty good and right on with East coast prices. It was nice doing my laundry here

My regular laundry was closed for some reason and when I found this one I said why not.... I like this laundry better than my original. Nice, clean, and close enough to home to get to!!! The washers and dryers are digital so that is pretty neat!!! Cost isn't bad either 4$ to use the big washers ( i have a big family ) and dryers $ .25 for 5min also not bad.

This place is so nice, clean, and welcoming. The farmhouse decor and industrial light fixtures really put other laundromats around this part of town to shame. The have an ATM, change machine, and vending machines. Plenty of seating and plenty of washer and dryers! 10/10 will recommend.

Great place to do laundry! Machines are updated and the dryers get really hot! It's always clean and the prices are pretty good! I love that you can get some free popcorn also! Restroom could use some attention, but other than that it's a decent place. Definitely will be returning!

First time visitor here! Great location, huge parking lot, well stoked place, vending machines, fluff and fold service AND they have free popcorn (awesome). The place is clean, associates are friendly and helpful. Nada mas que decir. I will definitely recommend this place.

We are traveling and needed to wash a quick load of laundry. We stopped here and it was clean. There are plenty of washers and dryers so we didn't have to wait for one. There is free wifi and any supplies in case you forget your own. I'd stop here again.

The laundry mat was clean, reasonable priced washers, and they have large dryers that get hot !The staff is friendly and they have several tables and chairs set up if you would like to eat, read etc. They even have a small play area set up for children.

Fairly decent place, not too much trouble doing our laundry here. Had to come up here to do the sheets and comforters for a king size bed since our washer is far too small to handle it. A little pricy, but gets the job done in a couple hours.

I just moved to Shadeland Ave and my first time at this laundromat will undoubtedly be my last. I appreciate the cleanliness and friendly staff, however, I won’t be coming back. The machines are coin operated only which is quite annoying

Plenty washers & dryers. $1 off on Tues., Weds., & Thurs. until 330pm. Clean facility, clean bathroom & parking lot. Indoor plants adds a nice touch. They had free popcorn! Con: no wifi. I highly recommend the place

Always Clean comfortable up to date washer And dryers. Kid friendly. Ladies are nice and helpful but stay out your way and let you handle Your business. Nice little grab shop with detergent ect that’s not pricey.

I'm So Glad We Have A Nearby Newly Remodeled Laundromat. They Have New Machines And Weekly Specials Posted Inside. ..Tuesdays Are Double The Dryer Time And Wed-Thur Till 4 p.m Up To $1 Off Washing Machines...

This place is ridiculous. It's run down and the staff is so rude. The machines don't work properly and they refuse to refund your money or start the machine if it doesn't come on.

I like going there 2do my laundry it's not crowded i haven't had any problems with the machines r anything and it's close 2my home so yeah i will b glad when it opens back up

The only laundrymat I love coming to even though I live like 15 mins away from the location. It's nice and clean and they have great staff. Do recommend to come here.

There is always a washer and dryer open, somehow even when they are busy. I don't know how they do it but I love it. It is small and convenient and close to home.

The business is clean and well staffed. It's hard to say when is a good time to go because they're always busy. Machines are new and I've never had a problem.

This place is okay for the most part. My only complaint is that some of the patrons don't know how to control their kids. Either control your kids or leave.

Decently clean, fair prices, well light, temperature controlled coin laundry place. Surveillance cameras in place makes you feel more comfortable.
