My cat is only 4, since he was 2 he was chronically vomiting. I'd been to vets from Rock Hill to Charlotte, only to say he was so young, it was nothing serious, he could still live a normal life... eventually he vomited blood and went to ER & I searched and found 4 Seasons with the vets who have 20+ years cat experience. I could have cried when Dr Trosclair came out and said, "First goal is to stop him throwing up, next goal is to find out why he is throwing up." She didn't take the, "just live with it" attitude I'd experienced, she believed in finding the answers for my boy! Since he's been home, the staff, like Ms Julie, had called or emailed with me back and forth, every day for updates. And when he had an upset on his new medicine, I called and Dr Trosclair provided instructions for what to do in the mini-emergency. If you have a cat with enigmatic problems, especially stomach problems, and vets are giving you the run around, please don't waste anymore time and get yourself to 4 Seasons Cat Hospital!! They won't just send you off with some general idea that your can can live a sick life, these people fight for your cat's health! Best business in Charlotte! I'll never go anywhere else!

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Moses and her staff. They are extremely knowledgeable and truly care about figuring out issues and making your cat better. We only wish we had known about this clinic years ago before our cat was diagnosed with multiple health problems after it was too late to keep them from getting worse. Although he has been managing on multiple meds for years, I feel confident if we had been seeing Dr. Moses earlier on she would have been able to help prevent some of the problems and most certainly diagnosed them in earlier phases. Both times we went to 4 seasons Dr. Moses took so much time to talk with us and really explains things. She spent alot of time with our cat and you can tell she truly cares about making them better. Even though we were somewhat happy with our neighborhood vet I would HIGHLY HIGHY recommend her and wish we could have a re-do on our vet choices due to the extensive knowledge and experience that comes with this clinic staff. Dr. Moses and her team are well worth the drive wherever you may be in the Charlotte area. Please do yourself and your cat(s) a favor and switch to 4 Seasons!

I brought Toby here after a less than stellar experience for my cat's health elsewhere. Dr. Moses performed an US for far less than other "experts" have charged for other cats and came up with diagnosis for his almost daily vomiting. Inflammation of his upper GI tract, duodenum and stomach and thickened lymph nodes. Initially he was started on an ointment to his ear pinna daily to stimulate appetite and boy did it. I was thrilled he was finally eating again. Then I started him on Prednisolone chicken liquid which mixes well in his wet food and he eats it. The 1 cc daily turned out to be too much since that caused diarrhea but I have backed him down to 1/3 of a cc and still no vomiting and no diarrhea and he is eating like a normal healthy cat. Thank you Dr. Moses for quick diagnosis and meds to assist him. Cat ONLY vet is the way to go. I had learned that lesson in Nashville, but then strayed after several moves. It will always be CAT ONLY vet for me from now on. Thanks for providing Toby Rambo with the best health he has had in months.

I had a negative experience with 4 Seasons. My first conversation with Dr. Trosclair was very intense and combative and it left me feeling defensive and bewildered. I have never been spoken to in this way by someone who was supposed to be helping me, let alone about my beloved cat. In later conversations she didn't come off as mean in the same way and she seemed to care about my cat's health, but I still found her difficult to communicate with. There were good things about this vet office - the receptionists and support staff were great, their curbside was solid, and when my cat needed help right away they were able to give her a same day appointment. However, their prices are high and my cat is receiving a higher standard of care at her new vet. The new vet took steps that were not ever recommended or even mentioned by 4 Seasons, and my cat's health has improved rapidly since. I have taken my cat to 5 or 6 different vets in different parts of the country, and unfortunately this was my worst experience.

I may have already left a review but had to update it based on adding another kitty to the family. I adopted my first a year ago - my rescue with FIV. Dr Moses took incredible care of her and getting her spayed and a lump removed. Fast forward to today! I took my dsh and Bengal in for vaccines and the bengals first visit at 4s. With covid I wasn’t able to go inside but the staff thoroughly explained everything to me - from the emails beforehand, to the tech that spoke with me after intake, and then the new vet - Dr T that gave me a highly detailed rundown of how the cats were. Their amount of knowledge, understanding, and passion for cats is unmatched. It may be pricier than other vets in the area but it is specifically for felines and this group KNOWS and loves cats. I trust them 100% and they understand the love and care we give our cat babies (cat moms are very different from other animal moms, amirite?!) Kudos to this team for their consistency in a five star experience for me and my babes!

One of the sweetest places Sylvester has been able to roam around in, and be his kitty cat self! They allowed him to walk around, take care of him in the nicest ways; The nurses and Dr.s were extremely professional, will and can answer any question I had! We're coming back soon, and for once, I am not worried! He is usually the most difficult when it comes to Dr. visits, but this time we both left with no worries! Edit: After our second visit, and even further details of our visit and how my little man is doing, I cant explain how incredibly detailed the staff are and how sweet they are to furry parents when they know we're stressed about our little ones. The nurses and doctors are all well informed, and deliver every message with care and a smile. I have never felt safer leaving Sylvester in the care of the 4 Seasons team! Sylvester's home waiting to visit next year, apparently he loves only your catnip!

First off I want to thank the Dr.’s and and staff for bringing back my sweet and cuddly four legged fur best friend back! She is a long haired cat and for about a year and a half we had been battling with terrible fur knots and my sweet kitty had turned into an aggressive cat who never wanted to be touched. I tried taking her to other hospitals who completely overcharged me only to leave her with a bit ugly patch down her spine and the knots to grow back. That was until I found this wonderful facility who gave my baby the nicest cut she’s ever had and I’m so happy to say I have my cuddly kitty back. The doctor made sure I was informed on the procedure and her check up, going over all of the paper work with me and actually took the time to answer all questions I had. The price, the quality, attentiveness, and professionalism is top notch and I’m truly grateful to have found you guys! Thank you so much.

I cannot praise 4 Seasons Cat Hospital enough! They helped me so much last summer...the first time I ever went to them I had one cat with an extremely bad UTI and one cat who had hurt his foot and it just wouldn't get better. Turns out the reason his foot wouldn't get better is because he had cancer. I was in their office at least once a week with him for 6 weeks until it was his time to cross the rainbow bridge. The staff was so wonderful and tears were shed all around. The help and support they gave me made all the difference. I have since adopted two more cats so now I have three and I will not take them anywhere other than 4 Seasons. The environment and friendly staff is unsurpassed. I HIGHLY recommend 4 Seasons Cat Hospital. I promise you, it's the best place for your cats and you!

Always appreciate the warmth, kindness and empathy of the staff at Four Seasons. I am torn at the moment. I am presented with two options: board my senior cat who has been my sole companion for nearly 17 years as I leave for a 32 day training or just love her with all I have for the next 2 weeks, and then let her go. Its so hard....she doesn't seem to be in pain. But her appetite and mannerisms have drastically changed. I'm sad, scared and yet so proud and full of wonderful memories of this life/ connection we've shared over these years. I guess right this moment, its best to stay in the day. My fur babies are always in good hands when it comes to Dr Moses and her entire staff. My cats calm immediately down from a long car ride as soon as we walk through the door. Dr Moses - Very knowledgeable & very caring. Prices are as comparable as any other practice. Except with this practice they go the extra mile to have a warm blanket for the cat to be examined on instead of a cold metal table. The technicians do everything in the room there - there’s no wondering what’s happening to your baby in the back. When the visit is done, babies are calm and ready for the drive home. A great cat clinic whose knowledge is specifically for feline care. You re not going to find better than this!

I honestly came here expecting a little improvement - kind of jaded by the last vet. But these are cat specialists - they know the latest meds and tech that is best for my cat's needs. None of this 80/20 split for dogs to cats in the waiting room. No sharing room and noise with dogs. I could tell it would get my cat upset - she took time to get back to normal after staying overnight at the other vets with all the dogs barking. (note to dog owners: I know they do that. Got nothing against dogs; I am simply just a cat person.) Note: when you go be ready: have a list of meds and their doses ready, current food, changes in poop, hairballs etc. This helps them best serve you and your cat!

Since I couldn't come inside with my baby it would have been nice for someone to ask about my goals for my cat. The first encounter with the doctor felt like a patriarchal relationship where I was being told what was going to happen and what the plan was for my cat's future. I felt excluded from any partnership in my cat's care. I felt like I was not heard and when I tried to voice my goals and concerns the doctor's tone changed to offended and defensive. The second interaction was much better with my baby's test results. The doctor took time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and her tone seemed more neutral.

Great vet and wonderful staff. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes about 8 weeks ago. Didn't get a lot of information from my vet so I went looking for a vet that specialized in felines only. I was so glad to find Dr. Moses. Everyone was very helpful and showed me how to do the glucose testing on my cats ear so I can chart his numbers. Also took time with me to explain the best food choices for his condition and noticed that he is probably dealing with neuropathy and gave me a prescription to help deal with that. Very thorough. Love the resident Main Coon Cats as well! Will bring all my cats here in the future.

My elder diabetic kitty came to the 4 seasons cat hospital for the first time this past week and I was so impressed with all of the staff. Not only did the vet and technician give so much care and patience to my anxious boy, but we have him on a very specific diet now to try and regulate the diabetes. There is already a noticiable difference in his behavior! I have never been given such specific instructions for caring for him from any other vet! I just boarded him for my week of travel, and I feel at ease knowing how much care and love he will recieve while I am gone!!

I found everyone at 4 Seasons Cat Hospital to be friendly and caring. They were very thorough with gathering my cat’s medical history, which made me feel that they genuinely wanted to offer her the best care possible. She was a little stressed during the visit, and they did everything they could to make her feel comfortable. I love that this practice caters specifically to cats. I’ve had some bad experiences with vets who have more canine patients than feline. If you’re looking for quality care in a caring environment, I’d definitely recommend 4 Seasons.

We just relocated to Charlotte from out of state and were welcomed to 4 Seasons like we were old friends. They gladly took the initiative to contact our previous veterinarian to get his records to make sure they had all the pertinent medical information about our cat. The staff and doctor were kind, gentle, and loving to our kitty and made the visit so much more enjoyable and stress-free (for us and our cat). The facility is inviting, clean, well-kept, and doesn’t smell like cats (you know what I mean). We are so glad we found 4 Seasons.

4 Seasons Cat Hospital is the best! They have saved my kitty's life. My kitty was very sick for over a year and other vets didn't do anything to determine what was wrong with him and the run of the mill bloodwork they did do was reported to us incorrectly. We took our kitty to 4 Seasons and they sent bloodwork off to Texas and did exploratory surgery which assisted them in identifying two separate diseases. After giving him the correct medication, he is doing great now!!! I would highly recommend this practice.

My senior kitty Gaius has been a patient with Four Seasons for almost a decade. They have been there for him through dental extractions, biopsies, white blood cell tests, an IBS diagnosis, and even biweekly B12 shots. He’s a regular and the staff here are very gentle with him. He even has a favorite vet tech! I highly recommend their care for any cat owner in the Charlotte/Pineville/Matthews area. Just expect things to get a bit pricey from time to time as your kitty gets older and needs more care.

4 Seasons was able to take my kitty on an emergency basis shortly after we moved to the Charlotte area and he needed new medication that my veterinarian in our previous place of residence refused to authorize. It was a pleasure to deal with such a concerned and responsive group. I regret that for six years I entrusted care of my kitties to a veterinarian in Florida who had no "bedside manner" and who showed no concern for the health and well being of the animals that were brought to her practice.

We have been with Dr. Moses since she opened 4 Seasons. She guided us through three senior cats, their international travels, their good and bad health and finally helped us through their euthanasia. She found us two wonderful rescue kittens who are now two years old and just great fun. We could always count on Dr. Moses to give us counsel when we had concerns. Her staff is well trained and professional and go out of their way to help in any way they can. What a joy to see her practice grow.

Dr. Moses and her staff are fantastic. If you have a cat that is anxious about vet visits (especially if the cat is afraid of dogs), this feline-only practice is the perfect place to go. One of my kitties is a perfect patient and the other is a terror, but both are treated by everyone in the same calm, patient, and gentle manner -- Abby actually purred herself to sleep on the towel-lined weight scale during her last visit (see photo). I can't imagine taking my fur babies anywhere else!

The only place I trust with my two Balinese s. Dr. Moses takes wonderful care of them, is down to earth, and extremely knowledgeable. I've had many other animals (s, chinchillas, , s) but these are my first cats. She always takes the time to explain things to me and answer any questions. She helped get my rescue who has complicated food sensitivities looking great in no time. She's also very informed on the "latest and greatest" in tests, therapies, etc.

After a yearly check up they wanted to do a dental cleaning for both cats. I declined to do the dental cleaning in that their last cleaning was 18 months ago. However, one cat did have a cavity we agreed to have the tooth removed if necessary. I was later charged over $900 for a tooth removal and dental cleaning. They are extremely overpriced for the care my cats have received. Going back to my old vet, I can deal with a few barking dogs occasionally.

Dr. Moses is amazing! My cat Cherokee had a very upsetting experience with another vet office and Dr. Moses and her staffed have continuously assured me that will not be the case here...they have continuously proved themselves. From the front desk to the vet techs, the experience was professional and you can see how much everyone that works there loves animals. The communication has exceeded my expectations as well...Thank you for helping Cherokee!

Four Seasons Staff and Dr. Moses are so compassionate, caring and thoughtful. I brought them my baby kitten who was very sick with a fatal disease and we had to to say goodbye to him. Going through such a hard time was made just a little bit better because of how Four Seasons treated me, and my baby Indy. I am forever thankful for them. One day, when I am ready to get another kitten, I will be bringing him/her to Four Seasons for care.

I appreciate the time the doctor took with us to explain an expensive surgery our cat needed. We came to them after having a negative experience with another vet who we felt was annoyed by our questions and concerns. I appreciate 4 Season's compassionate and empathetic customer service team and their efforts to get us in as soon as they had an opening. We will definitely recommend them to anyone with cat related needs in the future.

This place only cares about one thing, and that's money. They will act like they care about the well-being of your pet to keep you coming back without giving any real answers or results. Then even after you drop a small fortune there if you simply want to talk to the doctor you better get ready to pay a phone consultation fee. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, prices are crazy high and treatment and care is subpar.

Highly recommend this cat clinic. The vet, nurses, and staff are very welcoming and knowledgeable. Most impressively they were able to treat and handle my tabby so well when a regular general vet can't usually even get her weight since she isn't the most cooperative patient. It made such a difference and i think helped my cat stay calmer too. So happy and relieved to have found this vet

I've been making a 45 minute drive to come here for years. Dr Moses is amazing and is always willing to go the extra mile for your cat--or NOT go the extra mile if it's not needed. She and her staff are incredibly talented and practiced at dealing with cats. I'm always super impressed with their ability to handle each cat's needs--from the highly aggressive to my lazy lump of a cat.

They lady’s at the cat hospital were wonderful! I was not able to get my cat in his carrier. But the vet was nice enough to come to my car and get Marley in his carrier. They continue to come out to the car and update me on how he was doing. You can tell they have a great team there. They educated me and also gave me helpful tips. To help my moody cat .

We travel 3 hours for Dr. Moses to take care of our cats. This is her speciality!!!! And she is great at it. After spend a week at a local vet with a sick cat, we carried her to see Dr. Moses. After a very short exam, Dr Moses had diagnosed the problem. Our cat was within in a day of death. Thanks to Dr. Moses, she is still with us three years later.

I have taken my cats to Dr. Moses for over 10 years and each visit is a good experience. They listen well, ask really good questions, are patient handling difficult kitties, are up on the latest technologies for pet care, very knowledgeable and have given my cats great care over the years. Best place our cat has received care. She would say her stays when we are out of town live up to "4 Seasons" class. All of the staff is friendly, and eager to help in any way. The resident cats are friendly also, and enhance the atmosphere. My son occasionally comes with us and they have some things for kids there that keep him occupied.

Just took my new 12 week old Siamese for his first visit and love everything about 4 Seasons. This is the place to be. My family had used the clinic for at least 45 years, but with our new addition and some other life changes, I wanted something closer to home but only if I found someone like Dr. Moses and her entire staff. So excited!
