Above and beyond! This is the first time I've used 5 star cleaners. My garment was not ready as planned today but im leaving for a 2 week work trip tomorrow and needed the shirt. The owner called personally and did everything he could to finish the job and even delivered it to my house at night. Its not often you experience that level of service and act of kindness. On top of all that the 3 pieces i had cleaned were perfect. . Thank you!

What started as a bad review (1 Star) for worst post - customer service ever, turns to a 4 Star. I would give them a 5 Star but due to the frustration i went through to get a copy of my bill, they lost one star. But I would give props to the staff and the quick and friendly service I was given on my dry cleaning needs. Glad everything was sorted out because I would like to keep them as my dry cleaners when I visit Portland.

These guys are family run, always SO friendly and helpful. I’ve always felt like I can bring them anything. I also appreciate the moments of honesty with what they can/can’t guarantee as far as cleaning or alterations. Anytime I’m unsure about if something can be cleaned, I call them first. HIGHLY recommend, I’ll probably still be bringing my dry cleaning here even when I move out of the neighborhood!

Stellar service. Brought in several garments, one of which is a favorite off-white sports coat that had some noticeable soiling on the sleeve cuffs and bottom edges. Everything was ready as promised with brighter colors and a crisp"almost new" look. I dropped the garments off on a Tuesday, and they were ready on Thursday! Wow! Very friendly, helpful service, and a "neighborhood" business as well. We will be back.

I've been using this cleaner for the past year and last round a shirt got messed up. The repairs were little over $30 and I asked that they just split the cost with me. After spending hundreds of dollars here, they're too cheap to help out with $16 in repairs. Take your clothing elsewhere, they're overpriced anyhow but a convenient location.

This place is AMAZING! If I ever need anything cleaned, I will not be going anywhere else. The family is amazing (they’re all talented, unique, and fun to talk to) plus my coat has never been cleaner! Reasonably priced, too. Couldn’t recommend more.

Pricey tailored wool suit pants were double creased down one leg and returned with new 1/4" hole at the bottom front crease of the other, probably from excessively hot iron; basically an impossible thing to fully repair in a hidden manner.

Their work was good but then would lose a shirt or a tie here and there. Then deny they ever had it. Six to 9 months later the item would magically appear in an order accompanied by a shrug.

Super nice folks running this place! Brought a suit in to get cleaned and pressed and they got it done so well and so quickly, along with pocket squares and ties. Definitely my new go-to!
