Well well well what can I say. Today has been educational. As I loved 7 elevens and slupies. I stop here at this location. And wow what upper management level was this person thinking before he hires someone. I couldn't say a word after going to the register and clearly being so rude for the customer Infront of me. She took one glance at me and gave me the most direst look I have ever seen. It was almost like she became a super narcissist that just didn't want to ring my sale. Exaggerating no no I'm not exaggerating because after reading the reviews prior to my review this lady seems like she has a consistent behavioral problem that needs to be addressed and upper management needs to all say retrain enough said I'm not coming back here again

5 stars. It's. That Balboa store is as good as a neighborhood 7-Eleven can get. I love the gas being a whole dollar less than Chevron & Shell. This is a big store w a lot of rotisserie foods in the middle of the store. You don't have to bug the cashier's to get food for you. You can get it up yourself. 7-Eleven Rewards is great. 7-Eleven turned a 180 and is the neighborhood value and grocery stores are more expensive now. Notice that?

This 7-eleven is my go to every morning for coffee. The staff is always friendly and welcoming with excellent customer service. It’s always super clean every time I walk in there. During this COVID pandemic, I have witnessed the staff taking Extra precautions that Go above and beyond to keep the place clean. Also they supplies gloves at the coffee bar and fountain drink Area for customers to use - a huge plus for me!

One of the most cleaniest stores I have ever been to all staff is amazing. Friendly and family vibe kind of store. Always puts the customer 1st and the employees our very respectful and courteous. Just want to say every morning i come into this store im greeted by the saff Lacy and Amanda. They always know how to put a smile on the customers faces. Very helpful and caring about there customers as well as there jobs. Store is very clean. Happy to have these girls back.

The lady at the register was extremely rude. I had my 5 year old daughter in there with me who had gotten a slurpee. They have lids at the register because of everything that is going on. No big deal. The lady basically “tossed” the straw

Gas station with no gas and no sign up Sanders no gas and the people in the back playing with each other keeping everyone in line waiting. This is Monday March 14th at 9:45 AM the lady was rude and disrespectful.

No restroom. There is a restroom, but they had it closed bc of covid supposedly. People did not stop going to the bathroom when covid started especially when you are not at home. Change your policy.

I miss my job at this 7/11 .This 7/11 will never be the same without us girls there. We always made this store worth coming to. The owner is the best I hope these reviews will change.

No bathroom even for customers. I'm not from San Diego, but I don't understand how a gas station/convenience store doesn't let people use the bathroom even when they buy something.

No public restrooms. Really tough if you have a 4 year old on a road trip. Was going to get gas and concessions there but was forced to move on so my child could use a restroom.

I've never rated a 7-11 but this one is exceptional. Sweet girl clerk, clean restrooms. No 5 because it was freezing inside.

Probably the best 7-11 in San Diego. They offer a lot of choices and new snacks/drinks that aren't usually in normal stores.
