I really cannot believe what I experienced at this 711 today. Parked next to the dumpsters (which apparently is employee parking? There is no sign anywhere for employee parking) And the manager (a Hispanic lady with dyed blonde hair driving a black camry with the license plate cover as "queen") double parked her car illegally in front of the dumpster blocking my car from getting out of the spot. I waited for 10 min to see if it was a customer because I was unable to move my car out as I was blocked. I went in to let staff know and the "manager" rudely exclaims that it's her car and it's my fault since I parked in employee parking. She then proceeded to call me name's and when I asked her name she gave me the finger and told me to mind my business. I didn't back out right away so she then proceeds to block me in with her car, get out and go back inside. I start walking towards the store when she comes out yelling " are you ready to leave yet over and over... as someone who is sober over two years I could immediately summize this person was on drugs and dangerous. I am reaching out to the owner of this branch, but something needs to be done about this woman.

my issues with this 7-eleven: 1. They are not 24 Hours... not a big issue, until you leave your place at 1:00AM and get to there a few minutes later, just to have a hand written sign saying they are only open from 6AM to 1AM. 2. Went in to buy an energy drink. was grabbing a Redbull when i saw that NOS Energy Drinks (normally $2.49 for single \ 2 for $4) were buy one get one. so i grab 4 of them and went up to the counter and was rang up and told me $11.**. i s=told him ther3 must be a mistake and walked back to the fridge where it was at and rechecked. h e said he would =nt walk back and look, i told him i would take a picture of it with my p[hone to shop him... it was going over my head that he was just straight up telling me no and he didn't care and it wasn't going to be fixed. i was toil that is the price and that was that. really rubbed me the wrong way, I've worked at places similar and don't think i could do that to a customer.

I was just in 7-Eleven on my lunch break. I asked the clerk named Mike if he can make a fresh pizza. Because the pizza been sitting there for a whole hour he told me. The pizza looked very old and not looking good at all. So Mike told me no he cannot make a fresh pizza just buy that one..I told him it's not going to take much time to make a fresh pizza can you please make me a fresh pizza. The word was no and he told me he rather for me to yell at him than his boss. That wastes my whole lunch time did not get a chance to eat. Thank you Mike

They don’t open 24-7!! I live about a block from this 7-11 branch and happen to like to take my nightly walks. Tonight is the second/third night in the roll and I’ve place is bright with lights but there’s a chain locking the front door_ (3:45AM) how disappointing !! Otherwise, day time services by their peoples’ are fine; pretty well-full minded people here! Yeah! They don’t open 24/7!!!

This 7-eleven is very convenient for me. The staff is always nice and helpful. They close from 2am-3am for cleaning however, I needed something one time and the guy was screwing off and walking around smoking and didn’t open past 4am I which was a bit irritating.

It says 24 hours but has a sign on the door says it’s closed from 2am to 4am for cleaning but it’s now 4:12 am and no one is here to open the store or no one inside so why even put up the sign if your gonna just not open the store until later.

7-Eleven is a weekly stop for just about anything. Everyone here is helpful and nice. The lookout for their customers if there are sketchy people hanging out at the store. The also approach those types of situations with maturity and respect.

Garbage place. Pumps don't work prices not accurate. Rediculous promise just try to get the gas and then it still fails. Complete waste of time. Staff very much tried very hard to help and were very nice but they could not do to much.

Has a sign that they are now closed from 1 am to 3 am, but door was chained at 11:30. Update: Google still shows them as being open 24 hours, but a new sign that they are closed from 1 am to 6 am.

This store is very well run when the Island Girl is there. When she is there everything is clean and operating well. This location blows aways the 7 Eleven at Camino Ruiz and Capricorn!

I like the employees well enough so the one star isn't for them. It's for Google to stop saying it's 24 hours because it isn't and it hasn't been the entire time I've lived in Mira Mesa

Once again in a word.....Slurpee! I miss having these at home and have become addicted to the fast easy access of a 7-Eleven. This store is clean, well stocked with a friendly staff!

Have been going there for years. Mngrs Ram & Kevin are always very personable, friendly, call me by name and always courteous and helpful. They seem to train their staff well, too.

This place is really nice, the staff are super cool and friendly, the area is very well lit at nights, and they have all the snacks and small meals that can give u some energy.

I judge a 7-11 by their Slurpees and they're average here. A common solution is to clean the syrup lines more often.

Definitely not open 24 hours... I just needed some caffeine to get thru my shift at 3am false advertisement …
