Horrible. The attendant wouldn't let anyone in, which for her safety is understandable. But there was another male attendant there. She instead opted to take individual orders thru the window, but to no fault of her own, her English wasn't good enough to understand what was being said. This resulted in nearly ten minutes PER PERSON. And multiple "that's not what I ordered!" interactions. my quick trip for a snack turned into a 40 minute detour for 2 bags of chips and a Gatorade. It was 2am and she had a line of over 12 people because each individual purchase took nearly 10 mins. Just let people inside next time? Better than making 15 people wait in the cold and getting their orders wrong. What's the point in having the male attendant there if they're not even going to use the buddy system?

It was a horrible experience. The service I received was awful. I went to to the store and willing to buy lottery ticket. The cashier refused to sell it to me even I have my id with me. The cashier stated it is because there was a lady went inside with me but that lady is not showing him her ID, even the lady that come inside with me is standing in line behind me and only purchasing an ice cream. When I point out that the lady was not buying the lottery ticket, the cashier shouldn’t be asking her Id, the cashier told me that if I am not satisfied with his service, I should just never come to the store again. Can’t believe we have such bad customer services in Canada.

This place has gone very downhill since 7-Eleven Bought the Esso. The car wash rarely is up and operating... The propane tank locker was locked 2 weeks ago, the staff said they lost the key. I went back today (two weeks later) and they said they still do not have a key for the propane. The homelessness on the property also seems to be dramatically increasing. People setting up camp right outside main doors and the entire back area near the carwash has a whole camp set up. Does not feel safe and they cant offer some of their basic services / products. Time to hire some new management and some security for the property.

An employee was cleaning the washroom and cashier opened the door for me and just smiled in result of his blunder. Garbage customer service. Took me 3 rounds from pump to cashier to get gas. Gurpreet gallan changia ni eh, ghto ghat apne loka nu ta vdia serve krlo. Wish that I could talk to manager or someone but was in hurry coz I travelled 300kms from Edmonton and was with family. This is not a store review but a review on employees. Don’t get ignorant and ashamed of your job bro when a Punjabi customer walks in. Be respectful for all and your job that feeds you.

Absolutely horrible service, they don’t let you inside and force you to order through a metal window that is surrounded by crackheads waiting for you to take out your wallet. They took three people ahead of me and ignored me multiple times. When I finally ordered he couldn’t even understand me to get what I wanted and I ended up having to just leave. DO NOT go to this location. Horrible horrible service.

I always go this store for coffee and small snacks, but yesterday the cashier on duty sold to me an expired Food, it was very hard to bite,the smell,colour have changed, it was not suitable for human consumption and I am not feeling well since last night, have the evidence of the food. some other staff members are nice, they always tell when it is expired and get for me a fresh one.

I HAVE BEEN THERE ALOT OF TIMES ASKING FOR NACHOES CHEESE SAUCE DIP BUT THE GUY WITH CAP AND WEARING SPECTACLES IN THE NIGHT SHIFT ALWAYS TOLD ME WE HAVE NO CHEESE .. BUT TODAY THERE WAS A EMPLOYEE WORKING NAMED AMRITPAL HE WAS SO NICE TO ME AND HE WAS TAKING CUSTOMERS SO PATIENTLY AND HE HELPED ME WITH THE SAUCE TOO . THANKS AND I JUST WANT TO APPRECIATE HIS SERVICE .

Says they are open 24 hours but was told by the employee that they are closed from 9pm-5am every night. What is the point of having a safety box?! And change your hours online and maybe name since both are misleading. Wasting my money in cab fair to come there when they are closed is ridiculous. Seems like all the 7-11s in this city just close whenever they want.

I used to stop every morning when they had Tim Hortons, and was disappointed when they switched to 7-11 brand but I’ve given it a try a couple times. I grabbed a coffee yesterday in my reusable mug and partway through finishing it I realized the cream was completely curdled inside, really disgusting. Use their coffee bar at your own risk, I know I won’t be.

This location is a small format gas station 7-Eleven. It has many of the same items as a larger location, just a smaller selection. (I.e. "only" 8 slurpee flavors). Due to its small size the aisles are very close together which isn't ideal for people with strollers or mobility issues. Overall nothing amazing or terrible about this location.

Last week late night me and my friend went to get something from there, store was closed and when we knock the door, nobody opened it. I think manager was also working while 7 eleven claims that they are open 24 hrs and also have encountered very bad customer service.

Been going to this shop for over 20 years. The duche on mandick working this morning tried to pick a fight with me and gave attitude to the gentleman that was trying to pay for his gas. Thought for a second he was gonna knock his head off! Derp. Fire that Derp face!

Not safe at all. You'll get mobbed outside the store always and I also got asked for $20 while taking money out of the atm inside the store. I would not trust using the condiments here lol. Circle K down the street is much safer. Store needs a security guard bad.

Janice who was working behind the counter was literally one of the nicest employees I've ever met (at any store- not just a convenience store or gas station). 7-Eleven is lucky to have such a kind and efficient worker- Thank you Janice!

Ordered the doritos nacho bowl and didn't recieve the cheese sauce. I called to let them know and ask if it could be sent, but they instead said it was my fault for not choosing the "cheese option" which does not exist.

Bought Milk that says its still good for 4 days and when i got it home , its literally cottage cheese style. Not sure uf they lost refrigeration or what happened but now im out breakfast and $6. Hope noone gets sick.

Makes you stand outside with people using hard drugs because they cant put til tape in their gas machines. Staff male and female couldn't coordinate and I had to stand outside for 13 minutes. Get it together

Poor customer service! WAAAHHH! seven 11 is a national company and should have respectable employers working under their name. SO RUDE AND POORLY HANDLED SITUATION WHEN I PHONED TO ASK ABOUT A PRODUCT!!!!!

I don't understand all the negative posts about this location. I've had OK to good service at this location at all hours of the morning, day, and evening. Store is kept quite clean and well stocked.

This is the worst place I've ever been to. The owner should change some staff for bad manners. Or if they are under pressure, it is advised that you give them long vacations until they recover.

Worst car wash. My car is super damaged and scratched up from going through the car wash. We now have to go through insurance: my car is brand new 2023 and the damaged is horrible.
