Well ever since arriving from another province East of Winnipeg, we have been here,since August of 2020.And this is my place to go, Trust me,when I say this!! There are these two fellas, who usually work the 3-11pm shift I finally got both names of these two, Gary and Harneet. Now let me say this, we do hope,this does make it to the owners of this store, which I think it's a corp business. Reason being, is that it does not matter, how your feeling, and in these times with covid 19 still with us,after 17 months these two guys, are (just amazing) at customer service.And they will always have a smile for you, no matter what. My question to these two!!, Is do you both ever get in bad moods?? I highly doubt it. This said, we have always had, our wings fresh, and pizza, always great. ( Always).We have to come roughly 18kmh to get there, but it's worth it, just to have a quick chat with these two, and we have never left going here, and only this store, because of these two fellas there. And have not yet left, Without a few smiles or hard laughs. In these days, like I have said, people get depressed, down etc, etc,. So I seldom ,write a review for a 7 come eleven, but felt it necessary, to do this because, It is very well deserved. Most, will often write about bad customer service, so I'll close saying keep up the awesome service guys. We are leaving back for home soon, and without a doubt we are going to miss your guys!!, but will not soon forget, the awesome service you both have provided us during our stay here in Winnipeg. Awful experience at this location - October 6, 2020 at 10:20pm. This store does not comply with the newer masks mandatory restriction...as it says on their front door. I wore mine. The two employees were telling customers they don’t need to wear them (one of the employees weren’t wearing one themselves). I spoke to them about that and they got confrontational with me, being rude with me and told me “to get the hell out of the store”. Totally unprofessional. I was ordering a pizza then, the lady was handling my food without gloves or a mask and was touching cash right before ...I refused to take the pizza and walked out as they requested rudely before.

This is a good service establishment. THE CITY OF WINNIPEG Food service establishment BY-LAW NO. 5160/89 SECTION 21.1.(a) clearly states, all such establishment requires to have adequate number of toilets for male and female patrons. I was in this establishment 12:45 am July 2nd wanted to purchase food. But the employee advised they have no washroom. My question is do you have a legal permit to operate in this premise to serve food? Will be reporting your store to the appropriate authorities.

I am semi disabled and had waited for a cab over 2 hours, the wonderful young lady in the store asked a couple of people if they could give me a lift, a lovely young lady took me home in her van and , made sure I was in safe and sound. I am 74 and she was a life saver . I have shopped there many times and will certainly get something every time I go to the doctor next door. Bless them. And the beautiful young lady who got me the ride.

So I just went into 7/11 to get a slurpee and all of them are so runny , second of all the slurpees do taste off then the other 7/11s , I started to go to a different due to a terrible quality in the slurpees , I am very disappointed about the quality, otherwise the staff are friendly and respectful, please make the slurpees not runny and make them frosthy thanks

my wife ran into the 7ve because she was trying to avoid getting raped. a woman who was going to give my wife to her nephew chased her up and down the aisles. the little east-indian guy did nothing but eventually gave her the phone to call police. the pregnant staff member refused to do anything. this all happened at night. unsatisfactory!

Most times staff are friendly and helpful. I should know, I'm a regular. I can't recall staff ever being rude, but I have noticed a lot of rude customers and some even tried stealing from this location. But most days / nights this location is good. Listen, rule of thumb is, treat others the way you want to be treated... With respect.

Small 711 but is very clean, has all you could want, and very friendly staff. The staff here actually care if you find everything you need and are satisfied which is rare for a convenience store. Minimal parking but visits are quick. Lineup moved quickly and no complaints

Chicken Sandwich - Processed chicken patty, cooked hard as a rock, covered in tasteless breading, drizzled with orange goo…. There’s a reason none of the 7/11’s in the south end have the chicken sandwich. We have a Popeyes. This was gross and I regret trying it.

Excellent customer service considering they were dealing with a shoplifter prior to me. The staff treated me very politely and apologized for the inconvenience. This happen March 26, 2023 just before 4pm. These staff deserve a raise.

Best seven eleven around some times will go to it even though theirs one right by my house i enjoy as much. Super friendly staff and well stocked , one ways for traffic all around neighbourhood.

This place is terrible. When I asked to get atleast 1 loonie back from a $5 bill, the front cashier yelled at me. Never go here! Their communication to customers is rude and unacceptable.

Can be sketchy, usually at night. Also don’t really give you change. Although, it’s the closest to me and I like me a slurpee (I’ll ignore the weeks the machines were down though).

Super friendly staff, outgoing and polite. Even double bagged my drinks when no 711 by my place will unless you beg lol. Was 2 men working today June 14th, 2 really good staff.

One staff member was extremely rude and inappropriate with my friend. The response from management was inadequate. This isn't a safe place for LGBT+ people.

They close early alot, I've shown up multiple times before closing to the doors already locked, but the staff are always super friendly

An employee here yelled at my 10 year old child for failing to turn the Slurpee machine off completely after using it. Enough said.

Was not refunded my money right away when an employee charged me TWICE for my purchase because they said my card didn’t work.

Watch the dates on the food sandwiches ...the staff does not keep on removing expired food
