At the Keenleyside location they denied my 9yr old son their washroom as he stood there crying as he peed himself. I don't care if they don't have a public washroom.. Nowhere I have ever been before has ever denied a child the use of their washroom.. To the owner : Do not respond to my review with your general copy and paste response.. I definitely won't appreciate it. I will not be using your link so you can hide behind the shadows.. You have something to say that will resolve this, you can do it here. But, I doubt you can fix this. It will probably stay with him his whole life. You hired a horrible person that has no shame, you have to live with that. I have to laugh that you still copy and paste your response, but just added "your son".. You are a horrible human being. Your mother should be ashamed of herself

Wouldn't let my child use the washroom, instead he ended up having an accident right outside of the store. My son was excited to go there and get candy. What was supposed to be something fun ended up being embarrassing for him. Even when companies don't allow people to use their washrooms, usually children are an exception. Kids can not be expected to hold their bladders like adults.... The staff are rude, uncaring, and shouldn't be working with the public. The woman who refused access to the washroom should be ashamed of herself.

I had to argue with the staff for 5 minutes last Saturday (4th of July) just to honour the 6 meatballs for $4.50 they wanted to charge me $13.50. Tried telling me that the sign can't be right and they weren't going to honour it. They told me one meatball would be $2.25...not the 3 on a skewer for $2.25...staff need to be better educated. Usually I have an ok experience at this location, but last Saturday was definitely not a great experience. A customer shouldn't have to argue to get an advertised price.

I usually visit this place early in the morning around 4 to 5am. There is this white dude who is always very grumpy and unwilling to help, I understand retail is not easy place to work. But he always gives me this rude attitude which I can't stand. Makes me hate to go early in the morning. Management could use some friendly person in the early morning, because this store is the closest to my home and I can't bear this attitude every other day.

With it being hot. Gotta stop in to grab a Slurpee. Had something different and figured I'd try it. Let my little people try it 1st to see what they thing. Not only was it miss labeled but there was nothing for actual taste. I get it. Wpg is the place to get Slurppee's but if it's not working or in the process of changing it out. At least mark it. My bad for not trying it 1st but never had to before....

Unfortunately, started eating from a pack of peanuts. Tasted stale. Looked at the expiry, they have been expired for over a year. My friend did go back and explained to the representative. He acknowledged. Hopefully, no food poisoning …

The young east Indian dide was really rude, first of all he ripped me off on my 2 fuel ups, then tries making me pay for dipping sauce, and then hangs up on me several times after i called. Im calling in the morning hopefully he gets fired

I bought fried chicken there the other day. That was the only food I ate on that day; I started to feel sick, nausea, vomiting, and so on... Found out I got food poisoning. I highly recommend not to buy meats that are made in store.

Love this store! Fast friendly service, and a clean environment too. When I talk to the staff they are interested in what I have to say, and I can joke around with them. Slurpees rock when it's so hot out. Keep up the great work!!

Ordered from here on skip, I’m assuming they didn’t have what I wanted and subbed it for something I’m allergic to. Usually they call and ask what I want instead. Now I’m out $40 and back to work without my order

Very bad service, whenever i order they never give any sauce with pizza or toquito. Even they don’t have toppings sucha as onions and others for the hot dog. They are very cheap at these things

Absolutely friendly staff! Great selection of many items! Fast, and also was able to still promote a promo to all customers! Very convenient right off the main drag! I'll come back again!

Under cooked be careful, and same visit separate transaction I only needed to pay $1 for my extra (649) ticket and I look at the tap it said $4 like wow.
