Extremely disappointing experience. Wanted to buy a lottery ticket for Megamillions. Simple process of filling out paper, cashier scans it through machine, ticket prints. Paper wouldn't scan. Cashier tried to manually enter info in computer (after snatching the $20 from me before giving me my purchase of the ticket). She did not select what I asked for, kept showing me the ticket she printed, as she clutched my $20 in her hand and saying "$20". I did not have time to continue negotiating with this woman and it was clear she was not going to give my money back. I see this as no different than stealing $20 from me. I will never return to this store.

I went to the store several times and the employees refuse to sell the small slurpees at the advertise price on the slurpee machine for a dollar with the 711 rewards program. The last few times the employees tell me the manager doesn't allow them to put the small cups for the slurpees. This time there was a small cup by the machine and the employee said its regular price and the advertisement is incorrect. This is false advertising and a disgrace. I ask the employee it may make sense to take the advertisement sign down. She refused. We can't allow scams like this to continue.

So I've been going here for about five years now, i live downtown. Anyway, when i was in there the other night. I was paying at the counter and this drug addict, walks in and offers to sell me a drug; that clearly wasn't not marijuana. He then set it on the counter. And i said no! And then the cashier, a heavyset hispanic guy; said "i'll take it" and took it and put it in his pocket.

This 7-Eleven has a huge selection of grab-n-go hot food (not testifying to its quality or freshness) and plenty of drinks and snacks for anyone with the late night munchies. It’s a bit pricey but you pay for the convenience. Still way cheaper than the mini bar or lobby market at whatever nearby hotel you’re staying at.

Standard convenience store fare. My only gripe with this location, and maybe this is a West Coast thing, the coffee is terrible and they do not provide any milk options other than half & half and those little flavored capsules. Makes me appreciate my Wawa back in PA.

I would never ever go to this 7-Eleven they tried to over charge me twice and steal my money when they clearly had the item priced for 3 dollars they tried charging me 4.76? Then 3.76? They're stealing peoples money and I don't know what to do but Walk away …

Never have anything, never any food on the grill, never have any ice coffees, why do we have to ask for a cup and lid at this store? All the other stores we dont. No napkins, they give me paper towels that the employees use to dry their hands.

The store has failed to accept my rewards from the app, so I called corporate. If it says buy one get one free, you should redeem! But they have refused. They will lose a customer, if it continues. Waiting for corporate to call......

I'm all for people working in convenience stores, where English isn't their first language, but it shouldn't be a struggle to communicate quarter pound big bite at 7-Eleven with a cashier. She had no clue what I was asking for.

It's down the street from my Grandma's place... So I go there quite frequently. Coffee is always old, and when you ask if they can brew a new carafe, they look at you like you just killed someone! Lots of homeless people.

Update your store hours for the love of cripes, you haven't been open 24/7 in over a year. Just another good example of how this place runs. Don't bother with the cookie cutter response, pointless.

Not open 24 hours. I wasn’t able to pick up Amazon packages at 430am. The entrance to 7-Eleven was locked. The man behind the counter just pointed at his watch. This is the second time this month.

I love these guys! I come here daily and at all hours! These folks are courteous and friendly! Marisol and Ashalew are just like old friends. Thumbs up for the whole crew ... You guys rock! …

Very rude. Called on the phone to see if they sell a certain product she couldnt understand english so she said I'm busy and hung up on me. Never went there and never will

  • Dioncia Harvin

I mean is a place where people do business it's a place where people get money I mean who wouldn't want to love the place like this

  • Jason Peck

I'm not sure why so many low reviews. They have everything you'd expect a convenient store to have. (Except gasoline, lol)

  • Greg J

Go to a different 7-Eleven. They don't know how to use the app and the communication barrier is insurmountable.

  • Veronica

It's a good store. I don't like how they have peanut butter, but no jelly . I'm a bit sour on that one. …

  • Jamie Burns

The store could use a facelift, employees are on constant alert and that's with added security.

  • Roger Murphy

Friendly workers and very helpful when looking for things just ask them and they will show you
