Google reports this location as 24 hours, saying it was confirmed by store 5 days ago. However, this is not the case and it closes before midnight. While I cannot attest to the quality of the store inside, nor the ability of the staff, this lack of updated information or deceitful/inaccurate data is the responsibility of management. I was quite surprised that there are many reviews complaining about the inaccurate/inadequate hours and most of the responses simply ask the reviewer to take more time and effort to post on another site, showing there is no follow up and actions taken when these Google Reviews clearly indicate an issue they can be acted upon. It will be further disappointing if this review gets the same sort of blanket response, asking me to post on another forum, which I will not do. To management: I took the time to leave you a review here - please finally act on this and update this location’s store hours and treat your customers with some respect.

The only reason I went to this store is because it was the closest Amazon hub near me. I am a big fan of 7-11 and love the app! Like a lot of people, I rely on the prices advertised and expect to pay that price. Large fountain drink supposed to be $.79 til the 24th, app clearly shows it, cashier tells gentleman next to me “not anymore” . He says app shows it, “not anymore” so not only were we not getting the deal, we were getting attitude as well. Not a nice look for 7-11, especially when you have a nice, clean, well stocked store. Disappointing to say the least.

Quick and convenient location, not busy at all. I like how they're were no bum's in sight unlike most other 7 eleven's i go to. The store is pretty big also so everything's not so compact and squished together. The clerk was nice, he made me feel welcomed and happy with my purchase. Thank you. I definitely will be a returning customer next time I'm out here visiting.

This location advertises on the app they accept 7-11 deals like drink sales, but when you go inside they say "we choose not to participate" and ask you to pay full price. I have had this happen multiple times. ALL other 7-11s around honor the deals advertised. They shouldn't be listed on the app for deals they don't accept!

Excellent location conveniently located across the street from Petco Park, the staff is always friendly and willing to help. The staff does great job in keeping the store clean. Elijah treats all the customers with respect. Thank you for doing excellent job. Charlie

I wasn’t allowed in the store due to cashier being on a cigarette break with other dudes guarding the front door! Are you kidding me!! I needed Tylenol and I explained this with no consideration. Please hire more responsible people.

Nasir cannot find a pack of cigarettes if you wrote down exactly which ones you want and is also very short with customers and not very welcoming. The store is always crawling with homeless people begging for money or cigarettes.

This store is only open from 5am-12am… but when I go it seams that their hours are really 6am-11pm. It’s definitely not 24/7, just went and checked right now! Hope this helps and saves you a waisted trip!

Doors were locked and no sign indicating why. Store hours are posted as 24/7. This is very frustrating to have wasted my time on my way to work. What 7 eleven isn't open at 6am on a Wednesday...

Why does this plave close for 5 hours for sanitation? Takes the 7-11 in North Park 30 mins to clean and sanitize. Everytime I go by there's a lock on the door early in the morning

For the last 3 years they are not 24 hours. They have yet to update any social media about this and close at irregular times. Go to one of the other 7-11’s for consistency

This store has it tough,unless cashier can hurdle the counter,'grab&dash is popular with h.s.kids and homeless in area.
