Extremly bad customer service. Navneet I believe her name is, she is one rude girl. Openly refuses to help you, as a matter of fact walks away. Why is she even employed there for what reason, to work? Then why refuse to help customers, we can't help ourselves right that would be considered stealing. One employee is working at her own pace sure she is new I get it but then why is she not helping rather sit on a chair lazy person. Action needs to be taken against her she is lucky I didn't record her so I could of expose that rude navneet.

I was thirsty and grabbed a Big Gulp at this 7-Eleven inside the YYC arrival area. With the airport upcharge, this 7-Eleven was surprisingly reasonable. There are plenty of hot items and alternatives to the other food stalls in YYC. Plus, there is a good assortment of snacks. Plus, it's a fair game as this is outside security, so consumers have a choice to leave the airport to get food or get it here before leaving.

They never have anything advertised. At one point they never had sugar for coffee for over a week. Other times their hot beverages are not there. It's dirty and I have seen bugs in the baked goods glass cabinet. This store definitely needs and improvement. And to top it up. Slow service

I work at the airport and me and other customers had an issue with paying.. The person working there was so rude...treating me as I do not have money to pay....me and my co-workers all think they have such unpleasant staff. You pay your money plus you get humiliate. Never go back there

This store at the location has serious food problem. I have noticed the freshness of food is diminishing consistently. The service from staff you can't expect anything, always rude. Most of the time food is old and stale. Please do something about it.

Asked for a coffee refill, charged for full price. And was told 6 pieces of chicken nuggets is $14. They used to be good before covid, but ever seems covid, they try to charge ppl as much as they possibly could?! Guess I can't trust them anymore.

I work at the airport and it honestly seems like these workers are bored and trying to pick on certain cliental! Really an odd encounter everytime I come!

Nothing special, it is just a nice spot to hang out while you are waiting for your travel companion stuck at customs.

These guys literally move in slow motion. It’s pretty frustrating when you have a schedule to keep.
