If the zero stars were an option, that’s what I would be giving them. You know that there is a major problem with either management or the staff or both if multiple customers are walking out after interacting with staff, shaking their heads at how horrible their customer service is. I know it’s a gas station, but gas lighting is not a part of the customer service job description. However, both people working at this gas station tonight, gave customers the brush off and gaslit them when they just were vocalize and confusion over something. It was bad enough to the point of our customers were actively talking about how horrid the customer services outside once they walked out the door. I would highly recommend that you get any other gas station, your money, or the management, seriously reconsider who they hire and put the focus on customer service before they put the focus on people who just don’t care and are there to collect a paycheck. Consider me a loss customer, I prefer to spend my money at places that actually shows even the tiniest level of appreciation for their customers

They sell propane..... but there’s never anyone there to pump it. Pumping propane is super easy btw, so I called to ask why no one is trained in it and the manager gave me some totally lazy answers including “we only have 2 employees at a time”. Uhhkay. So shouldn’t they be trained to sell all your products? What does it matter if I’m getting propane or gasoline, my $60 spends the same. Then he said it’s hard to do training when there’s only two employees, but surely they got training when they were hired, how rough was it to take 5 minutes to teach them how to turn two knobs? It is ridiculous to have a product you can only sell at random hours (sometimes the person isn’t on shift till 5, other times the person is off by 3). PLEASE FIX THIS MANAGEMENT. IT IS INEXCUSABLE.

Having the extremely stoned cashier follow me around the store and watch me made it not a pleasant experience he even seemed to forget he was doing it because I turned towards him and his just like “oh!” And goes back to the cashier. Child I work 7 days a week I can afford a six pack of beers after work if I want and a couple chocolate bars. I don’t need a gas station cashier to follow me like I’m stealing.

Waiting to get gas while one of workers sitting around not busy, the other one taking forever to deal with one customer meanwhile I'm trying to get gas that I don't get. Terribly slow and uin- attentive to the rest of the customers. I work in the same public driven and if I did that , I would expect to not have a job.

Seems they've blocked all the pumps and no one's working them anymore? Should really put up a sign or post it online to have people avoid coming to this station specifically for gas and discovering this unpleasant situation. Some signage at the very least would be better than just trash cans blocking the pumps.

The people who work there are always very nice and they have some of the best gas prices in town.... but they never have the pumps open. They're understaffed, which is not the fault of the employees, but management might want to take note of the fact it's not much a gas station without the gas.

I’d give this station no stars if it were an option. I pulled into the station and parked at a pump. The attendant proceeded to serve the other cars and cars that pulled up after me but he completely ignored me - no idea why- so I left and got gas at a Shell station.

When i'm in portland it's the only place I get gas. Friendly staff!!! Gas prices are comparable to most places, but I have a reward card that actually saves me money, not like other places such as shell which inflate gas prices to compensate for rewards savings.

It's a gas station. They have gasolines. Nice people put them in your car. They take all major credit cards and debit cards. They have an air pump machine, runs on 25 cent coins. About all you need or want in a gas station, eh?

Lazy attendant wouldn't pump diesel in a can. Made a old lady come out that should have been off as he swept. Will never go here again. Poor service, and lazy attendant. I will call their corporate office and explain in detail.

Friendly employees, good prices. However gas attendants should know a few basics about putting gas caps back on. 1 or 2 clicks is good but turning the cap till it clicks 20 times is annoying and it ruins the cap.

The friendliest gas station in all of Portland! I drive around for work a lot and I always make a point to come here for gas no matter where I am in the city. Great prices and kind people

Rude staff. Attendant was complaining from the moment he came up and then didn’t even tell me when he was done…just put the cap back on and walked away. Find somewhere else to get gas.

24 hours, pretty friendly staff, especially considering it's night when I go there. But they carry the one beverage I can't find anywhere else. So definitely a 5 for that alone.

Able to pull up to a pump and the attendant was right there. I paid cash so I went inside, and a large soda was on sale for 99 cents. Was pleasant and acknowledged my presence.

I have never once been able to get gas here. I don’t know how they are even still open. Always understaffed with the pumps turned off. Don’t waste your time!

Is this even a gas station anymore? The last three times I've stopped here every pump has been blocked off. It's just a mini mart, don't waste your time.

Apparently these folks are too busy eating lunch to pump gas there are five of us waiting and they're refusing to come out and do their job

Friendly customers and employees for this location. Very clean and organized store. Bathrooms is always clean. Service is fast.

Don’t waste your time, they seem to want to block half the gas pumps with cones, rather than fill your gas tank

Was told that the pumps are down. After reading some reviews it seems this is a consistent issue. Not great.

I stopped there for a cup of coffee. It was as good as ever. Gassing up there is great as well. Very clean

No one works here. They just randomly block off and turns off the pumps so they don’t have to work

Place often has no gas, and when they do, it easily takes 10 minutes for someone to even pump gas
