Do NOT order from here. The lack of care for the customer, the person who spends money, is insane. Ordered a bottle at 5:35pm and it's now 8:35pm and the excuse was "oh I'm sorry, the delivery guys is just moving a little slow today because it's cold outside." Really, I live 10 blocks away. DO YOUR JOB...IF THE DELIVERY BOY ID TAKING TOO LONG, CALL HIM AND FIND OUT WHERE HE IS AND RUSH HIM....ARE THESE PEOPLE RUNNING A BUSINESS OR A DAYCARE? YOU'RE BETTER OFF ORDERING SOMEWHERE ELSE EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE!!!!!!

Love this store. I buy J and.B nips! The wonderful lady behind the counter treats me like family. No stress no rush......just good old conversation that pertains to life. Unfortunately the area looks rough.... But the people there are always kind. Good conversation and old fashion service.

wanted to call if they had stock of a specific vodka, after i asked the first one the lady said no and just hangs up - very bad customer service. i don't understand how a business like this survives when they serve up bad customer service?!

Over 50 years ocommittment of incredible customer service!! This spirit merchant has provided generations of the best hooch money can buy. My mother would buy Chivas Regal, Johnnie Walker Red, Tanqueray, etc when family came to visit us.

Simply put, they had what I wanted at a price I was more than willing to pay. In this case, it was a bottle of extra dry vermouth. Now that Trader Joe's wine shop is closed, I will be shopping for the wines I want.

Love the renovation they did the the store and I love love the selection of wines! My favorite local liqour store and the staff is very cool!!
