UPDATE: We confronted Jimmy with the fact that all his cars are salvage/rebuilt titles and that the state MANDATORY stickers have been removed or relocated to an inconspicuous place. We’ve filed a complaint with the state and waiting to here back. Dropped $4500 to fix the transmission since we have a car that can’t even be traded in since it’s a salvage. It’s one thing if you make it clear that’s what you’re selling and also charge a salvage title price but making it seem like it’s just “minor” accidents when it was bad enough to get totaled out is fraudulent. Plain and simple. Bought a car, asked for a warranty and was told they don’t do those but if anything was wrong in the first year then they would fix it. Within a month, started having problems and I brought it back. Sure enough, he couldn’t do anything to help. And it’s not just a small problem! It needs a new transmission! Don’t go here, go literally ANYWHERE else. I get they need to make money but when you put everything you have into a vehicle to get something reliable and it’s not reliable within the first month? Just a bunch of snakes, stay AWAY! EDIT: I was asked to change my review claiming it wasn’t them. I will not change it because it’s the CORRECT dealership and I have the paperwork to prove it to anyone who wants to know. Included is the cashiers check that was made out to the company. Would they like to deny this more? The only edits I will do to this review are if the leadership takes responsibility and fulfills there verbal agreement and stands by their word. Otherwise, I will continue to spread factual reviews about the business practices of this company and report to all review sites, BBB, and the local military installations.

Update 5/4/2021 Dealer has sent several emails and although they are hard to understand, they are offering to take a look at the car. I think most of our difficulty stems from a language barrier but they meant well. To avoid any further confusion, I will just have it fixed myself. My safety and that of my passengers, is my only concern. Maybe their office should hire a interpreter to help bridge the communications gap. I just didn't feel like we could communicate effectively. Overall very polite people, just difficult to understand. ORIGINAL POST: Be sure to check the brakes on these cars. My master cylinder failed within a week and my AC needed service. Dealer was informed. I will change my review if they fix or at least reach out.

I can’t begin to describe how much Jimmy went above and beyond to help me get into a car that I would never in my dreams would be able to get in to! It is so difficult to buy a car being a single mom with low income and low credit, but he chose to put me as priority above all to make sure that me and my kids get into a safe and reliable car.
