I just used Tim to paint my new 2 bedroom highrise unit and WOW!! I cannot tell you how impressed I was. I initially hired someone else, and halfway through the first day, I realized it was not going to work out with them. I needed to find a new person asap because I only had 3 days from that point to get the job done. I actually got in touch with Tim after hours that day around 7pm, couldn't believe he was still working. I had called many other places earlier that day and most didn't even answer the phone during business hours let alone at 7pm at night, so that impressed me right off the bat. Tim got out there the very next day and his crew got to work. They worked all day and all night to get the job done on time (and I even through some curve balls at them because I added the closet and ceilings to the job after I saw how nice everything was looking). Not only did they get the job done quick, but the price was really good, and the quality was perfect - I am amazed at how good of a job they did and I love my new home because of them!! It was a very ugly mustard yellow color before and the unit now looks completely different with the white we chose and the work that Tim and his crew did. I don't usually write reviews, but as a real estate agent and broker, I have seen a lot of bad paint jobs, including the guys I had at my place just before I hired Tim, so I had to write this review because I am so impressed with the job the did!! Not to mention, Tim was a very nice guy and very humble. which not a lot of contractors are. Tim, keep up the good work and may God Bless your business even more brother!! Alex DiSaggio

We hired Tim to paint our new 4 bedroom house (minus 2 bedrooms which we had painted ourselves). He said he’d start on Monday or Tuesday and would be done in a week by our move-in date (the following Monday). He didn’t start painting until the day he said he’d complete the job. Our experience only got worse from there. He was completely unprofessional. Only called my husband “brah” and kept asking him for “favors.” There’s paint all over the floors and all the fixtures in the house as they didn’t tape anything before starting to paint. After 6 days of trying to deal with his completely unprofessional behavior, being nowhere near done, and demanding to be paid for a job that was incomplete because it was payday for his guys, we paid him and told him to get out because it was easier than dealing with him. I honestly can’t figure out how he possibly has this many positive reviews. We had to spend another $800 to get the job finished and retouched because most of the walls and ceilings you could still see the previous color through. Do NOT use Tim unless you want to waste your money.

Based on the online reviews for A1 Painting, my wife and I decided to hire them to paint the interior of our new home. Tim and Ray were excellent and professional from start to finish. Tim was always on time, helped us with color selection and paint type, had an extremely flexible schedule (often working off-hours), remained in consistent communication (via phone and text), and ensured high-quality work. In addition, A1 performed several "handyman" tasks throughout the job, including the installation of a ceiling fan - and all of this extra work was included in the original price. If there was an issue during the project, Tim would immediately contact me to consult and move forward. In addition, Tim followed-up after the job was complete and ensured any "touch up" details were completed. If you want excellent work by true professionals, I strongly recommend A1 Painting. We will definitely be using Tim and his team in the future.

Tim and his crew, Jesus and Gus, did a wonderful job of painting the exterior of my house. Tim’s help with the color selection was spot on, much to my relief. Quite a few shingles and some rotted wood needed replaced and that was a job well done. Tim even took the time to make sure my wooden deck was properly secured. In addition my roof vent was replaced and some roof repairs were made. They also did some interior dry wall repair which is now perfect and freshly painted. The price was reasonable, we were lucky to have beautiful weather and the job was complete within 3 days, This team was fun and did a great job. They are my team for any additional work I may need and I recommend A1 painters of Houston and their versatile team.

We hired Tim and Ray to paint the interior of our home. Tim was quick to return emails and phone calls and was very easy to work with. Tim provided advice on the colors that we chose and was willing to go to multiple suppliers to pick up the specific colors we requested. His team was clean and courteous and made sure our furniture was protected and returned to the proper location at the end of each day. Tim took time each day to address any questions or concerns we had with the job and made sure we were satisfied before the project was completed.

Tim and his crew did a great job in our home. They painted nearly the entire interior or our home, and also some exterior work too. Tim was very helpful throughout the whole process. In addition, he esnured we were satisfied with the color choices and helped us make some difficult choices when it came to choosing the exact shades of grey that we wanted for our home. He and his crew also took care of several handyman tasks for me in addition to the paint work. I highly reccommend them. They are a professional paint crew.

I waited two weeks for painter to show up. The day of the scheduled painting, painter didn’t have basic supplies and was not ready. He hadn’t even bought the paint. Tim was supposed to turn in his liability insurance to front desk at my Condominium but he didn’t even do that. Then while he went out to “purchase paint and supplies”, suddenly he had to take his painter to the hospital because the wife went into labor. Totally unprofessional, disorganized and shady operation. Stay away.

Tim did an amazing job painting my classroom! I called around and definitely got the best deal using his company! He and his crew are super nice and very accommodating. They listened to everything I wanted and my classroom turned out better than I could have hoped! Ive gotten soooo many compliments on my classroom from his work!! :) I've recommended him to other teachers and friends. I will definitely be using again in the future! You can't go wrong with him!

Tim and his crew did an excellent job on both the interior and exterior of my house. They were quick and efficient and very professional. They even went above and beyond by caulking, fixing a poorly floated spot on my ceiling and touching up areas that a previous painter had rushed through. Tim takes customer service very seriously; he makes sure that his clients are satisfied and if not, he will do everything in his power to make sure they are. He and his crew did an excellent job in painting our townhouse. Tim also is very flexible when it comes to scheduling.
