The quote portion was very good: Eli came by two different times and was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The actual process of painting left something to be desired. Overall, the paint job itself was very well done: nice crisp corners and edges were done. My problem comes with the professionalism and lack of respect I perceive came from this job. Our job called for four days of work (started on a Tuesday), but ended up going to a 5th day. There was no apology about not finishing the job. Only one painter came 3 of the 5 days to do work and half the time he didn't bother to wear a mask or wear his mask correctly (even after I asked for masks to be worn in my home in the middle of a pandemic). Multiple places had to be redone during the job because the painter "painted over" things we wanted removed (including one door where he painted over tape, painting over nails that we left because we wanted those holes to remain for pictures; even some of our items we left in were not replaced). The painter "borrowed" about four rolls of my paper towels without my permission, and only after I brought it up did he acknowledge he was using them. Our painter also did a poor job of cleaning up paint spills in my kitchen sink, on light fixtures and paint was left on the rails of our stairwell. I pointed this out that they didn't clean up and Eli said that I should rub some water on a rag and do it myself. At one point I was told that it was my job to throw away the paint cans and their trash from the job. I paid good money for this job and the least you could do is take pride in your work and clean up after yourselves. The worst part was the first day when painter had two of his "Friends" show up at my home unannounced, neither of which wore a mask (One of those "Friends" ended up being the second painter, but it was not explained to me). It was still highly unprofessional, and my neighbor had to tell me that the "friends" had parked in front of our mailbox outside for me to notice. For the price we paid, I think that they could have been more professional and respectful of their clients and done a much better job of cleaning up after themselves.

We had our whole house painted by Eli and his crew. I can’t recommend them enough. Eli is very experienced, knowledgeable, a perfectionist and overall a great guy. I had trouble deciding about paint colors for my living room. He was very patient with me and gently guided me into making the right decision. I’ve received so many compliments for the job that he has done. Many of my friends used Eli and his crew for their paint jobs as well and have been as happy as I’ve been. Their prices are reasonable and they do everything from moving the furniture, covering everything and cleaning up. Rachel, who runs the day to day for the company is a great communicator and very easy to work with with.

If you're looking for responsive, reliable and efficient painters, these are your guys. The owner, Eli, was very hands on throughout the whole process which I really appreciated; he was onsite overseeing the work to ensure everything went smoothly. Rachel was equally responsive and available throughout the process. The painters did a great job on a tough exterior job we hired them to do; they were very detailed oriented and finished the job quite quickly. We had a few touch ups that we noticed the day after the job completed and they came that afternoon to fix. I would definitely recommend them and use them for future painting needs.

I could not be more pleased with my entire experience with Yuri, Maria and their team! I'm selling my home, and they made it beautiful going above and beyond the scope of work by painting the laundry room, closets and a spare room so that the presentation would be seamless. Additionally, I had difficulty scheduling a general contractor in time, so Yuri and his team stepped up to tackle lighting and a few remaining repairs. He even went into the attic to diagnose an issue with the ac. He and Maria walked me through the process step-by-step and made me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Eli was very respectful and professional. Eli took his shoes off before entering our home and considered the impact of the work on our family (not being able to use two bathrooms and having a little one). Eli and his team were very responsive and also patient when I changed my mind about the paint color three times! They also were willing to remove bathroom mirror (builder grade) when other services would not. I will definitely use their services for my next painting project.
