We are very frustrated with our experience with this place. We came here a few months back because our mechanic recommended them. At the time we did not have a sufficient down payment or credit score to get financed, which was completely understandable. We were told that we would need a higher credit score and a $1000 down payment to get financed.This was reasonable and understable. After a few months of working on my credit and my partner working a better, high paying job we went back because I was still in need of a car and we trust our mechanic. We found a reasonably priced car (considering how old it was and the mileage) and applied for financing (after my pre-approved financing was declined because they claimed that they do not work with that bank, even though this is a highly reputable bank, which seemed odd). We were then told that the bank gave us an offer (based on our $2,000 down payment) for a monthly payment in the mid 200's. By this point another salesmen was working on our offer, which was also odd, and we were asked to give them another day to check with the other banks that they financed through to see if they could find us a better deal as it was already late in the day. The next day we received a call saying we were unable to get financed through the other banks and the original lender now wanted $2500 as a down payment and they could "show us the text message" to prove this. My first question was, what changed overnight? Second of all, we are both highly educated and know that this text message does not mean anything. Your friend could have texted you claiming they are the bank. Also, I find it odd that a professional would communicate in that way. My partner and I both have good jobs and absolutely do not communicate pertinent information in that way. We declined their "offer" because the car we are speaking of was not worth a $2500 down payment (close to half the listed price of the car, before negotiation) and they were clearly trying to take advantage of us based on my partners high income. I do not appreciate being treated as unintelligent, I have been looking for a car of my own for about two years and understand my options, we simply tried to deal with a2z because of a recommendation. They do have good cars mechanically speaking, which I assume is why our mechanic recommended them. But they are still salesmen and will risk losing a sale to try and get more money out of you if your proof of income gives them a reason to do so. We will take our hard earned money somewhere else and invest in a newer, nicer car since they chose to insist on such a high down payment and high APR. Such a shame we wasted our time here.

My wife and I came to them 2 weeks ago and did the credit application for the 2010 Black GMC Acadia, they said they had some repairs to be done and it was in the shop already being worked on and it would be fixed by time we came back in the 23rd . My wife goes to get the car on the 23rd got there at 10:00 they weren’t there she waited for a hour and half for someone to get there so they opened at 11:40 or so. My wife ask about the truck they say we’re still working on it and they will need to keep working on it and asked if she could give them a few days , and they ask her to put down the down payment she puts down the $1000.00 and keeps the other $500.00 and says she will come back Tuesday after we return from our trip and if the vehicle is not ready we’re getting the money back. Tuesday morning as we’re returning home we call and inquire about the truck and they say they are still working on it and it may take an additional day or 2 , and to come by at 6 to check the status. We arrive there at 6 and they inform us the truck is almost ready and we could do the paperwork and the truck would be ready by time we finish up we complete the paperwork and give the remaining $500.00. We test drive it in the lot and then we complete the insurance paperwork and the final signatures. We leave the dealership and the car breaks down not even 15 minutes away from the dealership. We call them and at first they don’t answer the phone for 20 minutes, then we finally reach them and they say they are sending someone out to look at it. The guy comes and first says it’s the engine that overheated and it needs some antifreeze then he checks and see’s that it’s already full , then he says it has to be the battery and why did we run down the battery ? We only had the car for less than a 1 hour how could we run down the battery if we just picked up the car less than a hour ago and the car was was said to complete and needing no more repairs and ready to be driven??? .......... we then had to wait til he tried to jump the car with his car and he was exhausted with trying for him to call for a tow truck to take the car back to the dealership, but he wanted us to stay with the car and let him go home to his family while we wait on the tow truck he called and never gave us the number. This has been the worst purchasing experience ever we had our kids in the car to pick up the new family vehicle for what was supposed to be a short trip that turned out to be a nightmare. We’re very much considering getting our money back

I mean, who needs a luxurious sedan when you can have a beast of a truck, am I right? Now, let's talk about Basim and Renata. These two are like the dynamic duo of car salesmanship. They saw my longing for the BMW and decided to toss a curveball at me, but in the best way possible. They were like car-selling magicians, waving their wands and saying, "Abracadabra, you're in a Ford F-150!" And poof, there it was! Basim and Renata didn't just sell me a truck; they sold me an experience. They had me test-driving that big red beauty, and I couldn't help but feel like the king of the road. My wife and I drove a couple hours up to buy a particular vehicle that my wife was in love with. Test drove the car, everything checked out, went to buy it and worked with Ahamd. He was friendly and professional and after we paid and signed everything they let us know that while washing the car up for us the sunroof leaked a little. They gave us cash back on the spot to fix it or were willing to do it themselves or negate the sale, whatever we wanted. I love that they were up front about something they saw, a good sign. We drove the car home, drove it the next day and it started having an issue. Long story short, our mechanic found a particular major issue with the car and I let Ahamd know. They could have left me out in the cold, kept my money, and left me with a car that had a very unusual issue that my guess is something someone did to get it through auction but that had nothing to do with them. They seemed sincerely upset at the way things went and reversed the sale and made everything right. They returned my money and sent a flatbed down to pick up the car since we lived two hours away and the car wasn't really drivable. Mistakes happen. All used car dealers are selling cars that have histories before them, and sometimes things don't show up on test drives or even when their own mechanics give it a once over. Nobody is perfect. My judge of character isn't based on whether or not you make mistakes, it is about owning the mistakes and making them right. A2Z showed character that I wish more used car dealers would show and they owned the mistake and made it right. I don't know how anyone could ask for more. If they had a car that I was looking for, even though I had what could have been a horrific experience, I wouldn't hesitate to deal with these guys. They could have really hurt my wife and I and instead they did everything in their power to make things right. We will never forget that.

The Porsche that we just purchased less than a week ago. The check engine light came on a few days after purchase and the engine starting making a noise when you start the car. We took it to the Porsche dealer mechanic to get some maintenance services such as oil change, spark plugs, etc. I spent over $2500 on just factory service maintenance for the mileage on vehicle but when They checked it out and said that the catalytic converter is going bad and needs to be replaced as well as the engine timing belt needs to be sealed which means they would need to remove the entire engine to get to. They priced me to get that work done at over $20K which is well more than what we paid for that vehicle and is even worth at the mileage and age. I am a bit upset and disappointed that this happen because we just purchased less then a week ago and find out that this car is a lemon. I understand this vehicle is purchased “as is” but I at this point believe that your company had the car since June 2020 and knew about these issues and sold it knowing it had a lot of issues. It may look good on the outside but has major issues going on the inside. I did not know that it was going to be that bad because it seemed like it drove fairly well. I am extremely frustrated with such lack of integrity. The reviews on this dealer were very good which is the only reason why I considered them came in and test drove vehicle then paid cash same day. I reached out to both salesman and sales manager and they ignored my email not even a phone call or reply. No integrity, Beware of shady deals! Everything that glitter is not Gold! I will never purchase from them again. If I could give it a -0 I would. No acceptable!

I'm not impressed thus far. I called to ask about a vehicle and was told someone would call me back. So, the next day after hearing nothing I drove up there to see the vehicle. They had it next door, and summoned for it. I drove it and it seemed like a decent vehicle, tires were "iffy", new brakes made a "little" noise and the Brake light (on dash) was still on (just needed reset) and the service engine soon light came on as I drove it off the lot. Not the end of the world, I went back after the drive and discussed these few minor things and made him a cash offer within 5% of his asking price. I got the same old BS "I'm losing money on this one" (Wish I had a dollar every time I've heard that) Not a good sales approach, old school tactics doesn't work any more. No discussion on "Do you have a trade in", no nothing. Says he still has work to do on it (brake light on dash) but came down 100 bucks. Says he took it on trade in and gave them maximum dollar for it. However the Carfax report THEY provide shows they picked it up at the auction on May 21st. I'm looking for another one just like it now, and I'll go to Chicago to get one if I have to. Nice car, not impressed with the salesman. EDITED SEPTEMBER 4TH, I feel I need to add that after much effort I was able to be heard by the manager -but it did take some effort by both website and phone calls. He accepted my original offer without hesitation. I do like the vehicle and they seem to have a nice lot. Look over the car you like first, and make your offer heard. I'm pleased with my final result, just not happy about how I had to go about it. I change my overall rating to a four star.

DONT BUY HERE! BUYER BEWARE About nine months ago I went to this company to purchase a 2011 BMW. After purchasing this vehicle for over $10,000 I've had nothing but trouble with this vehicle. It had only 112k miles on it so it was quite a surprise to me I would. This car was my baby and I only drove it on weekends. Paid $120 each time it needed a premium oil change and I was fine with that as a BMW owner. 2 months after buying the vehicle with no warranty I had the front right axel break on me, quite a serious repair costing over $1000 and easily could of put my life in danger. I purchased the car with no warranty as most cars at 100,000 miles don't need a warranty as the only minor repairs could be assumed would be needed in the future. 9 months later I drop my fiance off at work and turn the car off and boom it won't turn on. I figure the battery was shot so I called triple A for a jump but they couldn't get it started..so I take it to BMW for a check up. They are now telling me the engine is shot . The pistons aren't firing at the right times and the crankshaft isn't working properly. I'm now in debt $9500 still with a 4k lb paper Weight that won't start. Ive called the dealer and left a message last Friday for a return call to complain and im in the process of talking to a lawyer to get my money back. dont buy here please.. nothing. Edit: dealer couldn't care less they were trying to say I could buy another car from them what a joker

A2Z autos made my first car purchase an excellent experience! They were very upfront from the beginning when I inquired details over the phone. It made me comfortable enough with driving a few hours away to see the car in person. From what I noticed, all their cars seem to be well taken care of. They have a mechanic onsite who inspects the vehicles beforehand. During a test drive, I noticed that there was an odd sound coming from the engine, and they were still very upfront with the details and offered a couple options for fixes. They were respectful of the fact I drove far to see their vehicle and offered options that wouldn't require me to drive all the way back. Luckily, in the end, they were able to switch the part from another same model they had and the problem was quickly fixed. When buying a used car, especially when it is your first time, there are a lot of potential issues to look out for and concerns that need to be addressed. The staff at A2Z autos were some of the best people to work with in that situation, due to their transparency and well maintained vehicles. I was able to drive away with the car I was interested in feeling comfortable about the purchase. I would definitely recommend A2Z autos for anyone interested in buying a car, even it means going out of your way to get there!

I was in a real tough spot, but A2Z was awesome and helped me out. I had my father help co-sign, who is currently living in a different state. Some auto dealers may have thought that was too complicated, but Basim from A2Z helped get everything squared away and helped me get a good car at a fair price. Even before I knew I could get someone to co-sign with me, Basim worked to find me the absolute best deal with my credit. Auto Dealers can get a bad stigma and rep a lot of the time, and I can understand to an extent why. However, A2Z was honestly the exception. They even understood I was taking cab rides to conduct my transaction, so they did everything they could to get me driving as soon as possible. I understand it’s a business, but I can honestly say I felt like Basim and A2Z cared about making sure I was given a fair deal and that I could get my car as soon as possible. I fully recommended going through A2Z for buying a used car for sure, and gosh-forbid I am in a situation where I need to get a new car, I know I A2Z will be the first place I go to. Definitely give them a chance, they will get you a deal that is fair, and they care about the people behind the customer.

Well at 1st I thought this was an upstanding dealership, only to find out we were lied to and they DID NOT hold up their end of the deal. We were sold a vehicle that was supposed to be in great shape, only needed a hose replaced, which the dealership had said time and time again that they would reach out when they had time to get it in to fix it, that it should be the following week. Here we are almost 2 months past and now my son and I own a 10,000 hunk of metal that sits there and does nothing. Up on speaking to Karim, who said he was the owner. Basim, who was a manager and Ahmid, who was the service manager and got treated with the worst treatment I've ever seen. I don't think a dog in a dog pen has gotten treated this bad. I was screamed at, lied to, hung up on, threatened and much more. I highly recommend saving your money and doing business elsewhere. Everyone says car-mart is the worst at conducting business, Car-mart would be a dream at this point. At least their customers can get help and not stuck with what they thought was a good car.

My son purchased a truck from them on 5/21/2022. Within the first month we had to put $3000 into for repairs. On 5/31/2023 my son attempted to trade the truck in and was told that the odometer is fraudulent. The Carfax report showed that the odometer was at over 210K miles in 2021 and the odometer on the vehicle when my son purchased it showed 111,884 miles. The Odometer disclosure statement that Basim signed on 5/21/2022 states the odometer is accurate and the vehicle has 111,884 miles on it. However we now know why this vehicle is costing so much money to maintain. It has had 3 wrecks, 2 air bag deployments and over 220K miles on it. It would have never been purchased if they would have been honest about the mileage. Reached out Basim only to be told they would sell him a different car if he wanted to trade this truck in on it. I have reported them to the Indiana Attorney General fraud division and am working with our attorney now to resolve this. Horrible customer service.

A2Z autos sold me the biggest lemon I’ve ever owned. In early 2022 I purchased a vehicle from A2Z and within the first few hours of owning the vehicle the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I brought the vehicle back in and they insisted the issues were fixed. About 2 days later they returned and I was unable to contact anyone at A2Z for multiple days. I decided to live with the issues and hoped they would not escalate as I was ensured I did not need to worry by A2Z. Cut to less than one year later and the engine on the vehicle is officially blown. This is after investing thousands over the last year in both preventative and routine maintenance as well as repairs to address multiple unrelated mechanical failures. I am now stuck with a completely dead vehicle that still has multiple thousands of dollars left to be paid off. Take your business elsewhere!!

Don't waste your time! I first sent a message through AutoTrader to see if the vehicle I was interested in was available- No response. I filled out a request from their website- No response. After a couple days I called & told them I was interesting in coming to look at it & they told me it was still available. When I arrived there were no employees on the lot, I had to go inside to look for someone & he told me the van was on the back lot & he would meet me with the keys. He told me if I wanted to test drive it, he would need to put air in the tires first... But all he had to do was open the driver door & I could tell I did not want to test drive it, the interior was trashed, duck tape holding the seats together, they took pics at the right angle to hide all the damage, super shady. Wasted my time driving out there, don't waste yours!

Basim was great to work with! Very kind and understanding. He worked very hard to try and find the best deal for us. He isn't in it for the money! He just wants to sell cars as cost effective to the client as possible! We had our 10yr old and 3½ yr old with us which made things a little more challenging. We were there for many hours figuring out the best option for us and as you can imagine, the 3yr old was pretty squirmy by the end and not once did anyone make us feel like my kids were a burden or a problem. Made us feel like family and at home. They even gave them icecream as a peace offering by the end. Wonderful family oriented people. Very reasonable and honest! Wonderful customer service and would recommend to anyone!!

One of my biggest concerns buying a used car, especially from a used car lot, was honesty when it comes to the car’s condition and ensuring there are no hidden problems. When I showed up to look at the truck I bought, the salesman was immediately upfront about two known issues with the car and that they had received it on a trade in. He was happy to let me test drive the vehicle to my mechanic as well. After doing so we were able to work out a deal that allowed me to keep some of my funds to make the necessary repairs on the truck. 10/10 I would buy a vehicle from this dealership again. If honesty and transparency are your concerns, you have no worries here. They are the most honest used car dealers I have ever dealt with.

First I was given a GREAT trade in allowance and also a GREAT cash discount. I CHOOSE a HONDA PILOT EX-L...I love it. They replaced the brakes and did an oil change without me asking for it. After I picked it up...I noticed that the keyless entry key fob was broken, I called them the next day (after I paid the dealer for a replacement key). ...I was given a reimbursement check by a2z. TRY THEM YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

Really awesome and super personable small dealership with great vehicles! Saw a 2016 Silverado of theirs via CarGurus and swung by immediately to check it out. Basim (general manager) was really kind and helpful in working with me on a reasonable deal and a fair trade-in price for my Mitsubishi SUV, and a drove home in the Silverado same night with zero regrets. Not only that, but Basim was helpful in mailing me my garage door opener after I left it in my SUV (mistake on my part) and then was equally reasonable and fair when it came to fixing a minor issue with the rotors on the Silverado at a later date. I would definitely recommend checking out their selection and doing business with them!

This place was recommended to me by Leon from Midas and he was on point w his recommendation. They were so kind here and so helpful. I usually bring someone from my family with me but no one was able to come this time so it was a lot of back and forth messaging to get their opinions and the gentleman helping me here was very patient with that. They brought out several trucks for me to chose from and ultimately recommended one I otherwise wouldn't have seen. It was a great truck and if he hasn't mentioned it I wouldn't have checked that one out! They made it easy for me at the end too and moved my plates over for me and everything. Really great, honest people, and I love my new little truck!

I called this dealership before driving over 2 hours to see a vehicle to verify that they still had it and I told them it was a long drive to get there and they assured me they had it. Drove there right after speaking to them and it just happened to sell 10 minutes before I got there. I don’t believe they ever had it, they just wanted to get me there to try to sell me something else. Also, their door says they open at 9am. I called at 9:40 and some guy answers hello like he just woke up and says they don’t open until 10. Not happy to have wasted 4 hours driving when most likely they never had the car to begin with and the car is still listed on their site as part of their inventory.

This car company is phenomenal! I recently purchased a used vehicle from A2Z autos and I have been more than satisfied with not only my vehicle but also the staff! I phoned A2Z Autos late on a Friday afternoon about a month 1/2 ago. Within an hour I was at the dealership, had the vehicle I was looking for based on what I indicated as my needs to the sales person, test drove, Financed, all paperwork completed, keys in hand, and drove off the lot within an hour and a half of arrival. I will most definitely go back for my next purchase! I highly recommend A2Z autos to anyone in need of a vehicle! They take very good care of you! They care so much for their clients and their needs!

Great group of guys here. I’d test driven at a bunch of dealers before coming here. I’m pretty savvy with vehicles so I recognized that there was an issue with the rear brakes. All I had to do was tell them about the problem and they jumped to get it fixed. I didn’t even express interest in purchasing at this point! After that I knew that this isn’t a dealer that is just turning cars, they’re a dealer that is providing products that they want to be proud that they’ve sold. By far the best quality of used cars in the greater Indianapolis area. I’ve purchased more than the average number of cars for a guy my age and felt shafted 50% of the time. Not this time.

Engine failed after 3,000 miles! I hate to post this review but people need to know. I bought from this dealer because they had great reviews and the customer service was great. But I was sold a defective product! I should've turned away the moment I asked for the report when they serviced the car and they refused, but assured me the engine recieved multipoint inspection, oil & filter change, fluids topped off, etc. So imagine my surprise when the engine craps out and the mechanic says it looked like no one had serviced the engine in years. I do not recommend this dealer, and wish I didn't have a car payment for a vehicle that doesn't even start anymore.

I had been texting someone here about a vehicle we were interested in. We showed up seen the vehicle sitting on the lot so we went over looked at it talked about it for a while then I went to find someone of the place to talk to. Walked right past him as he was walking out and I was walking it but he didn't say anything to me so I didn't know he was an employee.I can't even tell you his name because was never greeted by him and he never said his name. Very odd for a place that sells vehicles not to be motivated to sell. I took my business elsewhere and bought a vehicle the same day. For the reviews it had thought to would have been a good place.

I could not be happier with A2Z Auto. We bought a great car at a great price. The car needed tires and they set us up with their wholesaler and got us great tires at their price. The cost ended up being $50 less than they quoted and we paid and they refunded the $50. The car did not have a spare tire or the mechanism that holds the spare to the car. Basim went out of his way to find the part we needed and even ordered it from a new car dealer in the area. He definitely went the extra mile to make our experience even better than it was with the sale. Honest, professional and very friendly. We will start any future car search with A2Z.

I was looking for a vehicle and they had something on the lot that I was interested in. I went in gave my info and went for a test drive. The vehicle was very nice it had everything I wanted and even some things that I didn't have to have. Everything checked out. I didn't buy that vehicle that day because I wanted to pay a little less than their asking price. I did find the same vehicle on another lot and got it to a price I was more comfortable with. About a month later they dropped their prices and sold the vehicle I was looking at. They have some nice, well maintained vehicles so if you're in the market be sure to check them out.

We were looking online for a Chevrolet Volt, and found a 2014, well priced with all of the options we were looking for at A2Z Autos. The downside was it was in Indy and we were in Cincy. I called, spoke to Basim, said I had a 2017 Challenger R/T to trade. He was very open-minded, asked me what I expected to get from it, asked me to email pictures, and within an hour or so had come to an agreement. We drove over, drove the Volt while he checked out the Challenger, and upon our return, was ready to do the deal. He was extremely easy to work with and if we lived closer, would certainly buy from again!! We are very happy!

I have to share how amazing this company is. My husband and I were sold an altered vehicle from a private seller that broke down. We went to 8 car dealerships trying to find a replacement. Then my husband came here where the owner, Kareem, and the GM Basim worked with us and made sure we got into an nice affordable and reliable 2012 Honda Odyssey! I am currently going through a health battle with leukemia and these two went above and beyond for our family! We will be coming for all of our future car buys! I highly recommend this establishment, you won’t find better customer service anywhere! Thank you guys!

Let me start by saying that I realize my current credit situation is somewhat challenging but it's not so challenging that I don't deserve this dealerships response to my repeated requests for information about purchasing a car. I have filled out a credit application for these guys Twice now and they still haven't found me to be worthy of at least a return call. If I'm wanting to spend my money at your dealership I shouldn't be made to feel like I'm chasing you down and begging you to sell me a car. I wouldn't buy a car from these people EVER!!!! Avoid this place like you would avoid the plague!!!

I had been looking at trucks for a month or two, and AtoZ had a very good inventory, and good prices comparably. I wasn't bothered while walking the lot, I went inside before I talked anyonewich I found to be refreshing. My sales person treated me very well, and explained everything in a very honest way. I wasn't able to talk him down much, but the truck was already at a very good price. I was encouraged to take the vehicle to my mechanic before making a decision. Once I sat down to buy I was out, with my truck in an hours time. Fantastic experience. I would recommend them.

Sold us a way overpriced truck that 2 months after buying it has had nothing but problems. We have put over 3k in fixed into the vehicle since we bought it less than a year ago. They did not disclose history of vehicle to us either. These guys also ran a credit check on me even though I paid cash in full. This hard inquiry affected my credit score and I didnt realize they did it till I checked my online banking days later. Be very careful if you are considering buying from them. I will never buy from them or recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a car a month ago from here, loved it at first till i figured out the trunk leaks water frm 3 different places. I know buying a used car is risky but I'd never expect for the trunk to leak water from 3 different places so I can't put anything in the trunk or it gets wet if it's raining or the roads are wet. So basically I have a car payment on a car that has multiple issues. Tried contacting them but nobody calls me back. Won't advice anyone to go there unless they've got money for repairs right away which I do not have!

My wife and I bought our 2009 routan here a few months ago. We were nervous about buying from a used car lot but these guys were great! Super helpful and no bs. They made sure we knew about anything that wasn't perfect on the van and they gave us a very reasonable price. We had a tight budget and they made sure we got what we wanted. After we bought the van we took it to the dealership for a recall. They did their inspection and found nothing wrong. We couldn't be happier with our new ride! Thank you guys!

I bought an Acadia from them one year...following year I had to pay 2800 for oil leaks I wasn't aware of. When I purchased the vehicle I did check Carfax and showed it was not in any recent car wrecks. When taking it to my mechanic he checked the VIN# and showed a whole lot. Plus the motor in the back door went out. Not able to latch when closed. I was priced $800.00 for motor in the back door. I felt sick. I was sold a LEMON. DO your homework ladies!!!! These guys don't care. They just want you're money!

i went to a2z looking for a new car after browsing the internet for weeks and talking with them on the phone for a few days, these guys are awesome! I am a first time buyer with absolutely no score. i had an approval before i even made the drive up to them. the best part is the loan is through a prime bank even with my triple zero score! i seriously can’t thank these people enough, they got me in the car i wanted with lower than expected payments. i cant recommend a2z enough.

Don’t take their word when they tell you their mechanics did a diagnostic and fixed it and changed the oil; less than two weeks after buying from them our new-used car needs thousands of dollars in repairs. The dipstick was missing when we went to check the oil when the issues started cropping up the day after we bought- there’s no way they’d changed the oil and didn’t notice that. And now they keep hanging up when we call. Overall do not recommend. Shady business practices

Bought my Saturn Aura here and really loving it! Fadi was very accommodating and helped me out through the selection. He really knows what I wanted and needed when I told him. He provided me choices within the best range and best conditions of the car. Been driving for weeks and it's in a very excellent condition still. To top it off, the price and condition of the Saturn Aura was the best deal I was looking for locally.

The car I bought immediately had issues once driving it off the lot. Upon inspection, I found that they did not change the oil or fix several other things they said they fixed. Reaching out to the salespeople has gotten me nowhere. Ignoring phone calls and emails is not only incredibly unprofessional but it’s also rude. The salesmen who helped sell the car were very nice and I expected so much more from this place.

We looked at 3 vehicles all of which were about 20-30% above recommended price points per Edmunds pricing for vehicles sold at dealerships. Manager was not willing to negotiate prices to be closer to recommended price points. We went down the street to Cars R Us and the quality of vehicles was better and the pricing was fair.

By far my favorite used car dealer I've ever been to. The office is extremely clean and stocked with drinks while you get down to business. Because of the cold they replaced the battery without me even mentioning it, along with wiper blades and other misc things. WATCH OUT!!! Do not buy the 2013 Blue Mini Cooper Countryman. I visited this dealer for two times to check the Mini Cooper. At the first time, the car wasn’t there because it was sent to repair the broke suspension. The second time I found the car has two error codes. And the manager said they will not fix the car nor lower the price.

Sold me the car without spare tires, or any spare tools. The car doesn’t have a key fob or remote control as well. They told me it will only cost $40 to get a key fob but the actual price of the key fob to get it programmed is around $300. The car key is a duplicate key instead of the original key. The price is above average as well.

Seen truck liked financed last one through them never missed payment never late but they want me to finance this one.
