First of all when employees bad mouth customers to customers, I instantly want to leave my cart and walk out. This was my first time in an Aldi and it was nice and clean and great deals. Something’s I didn’t know such as being a quarter and bags but that stuff makes it unique so im down. I get to the register and Kristine is talking to the people in front of me saying that customers break wine bottles all the time and then blame them and “it’s annoying”. Then proceeds to say “when people are to slow getting their payments we have to sign out or it counts against us and I don’t know why people can’t just be ready. “ Now it is my turn and she grabs my buggy and says “you need to bring it here” like I’m supposed to know that?! And rushes me to put my card in. Im down for the uniqueness and cheap prices but im not down for the customer service. You can have that.

I love this Aldi! It's the closest to my house (though I do shop at other locations as well). I prefer Aldi over other stores because their prices are substantially lower and they don't skimp on the quality. This store is usually very well stocked and clean. They have employees that restock regularly. As with all Adli locations, I've never had to wait. Their speed and accuracy are on point. Everyone is very friendly. One thing to remember, if you've never shopped at Adli before, you need to bring a quarter to retrieve a cart, but don't worry, when you return the cart, you get your quarter back. It's one of the many ways that they keep their prices so low. Happy shopping everyone!

Decided to finally try Aldi out since the produce at other places hasnt been good lately. You certainly have to search through the boxes as all the produce is labeled but not necessarily stocked to see. You just have to take your time and look through it more carefully to find what you're looking for! Out of everything I needed, I just couldn't find cilantro. They dont have everything you need but they have a majority of it. They offer cheap prices to some major brand items, which of course will be a bit higher. Their bread and meat all seemed fresh as well. Their prices are competitive, if not better than most. Will be going to them more often for my basic food needs.

Love me some Aldi, it's a scavenger hunt if sorts with great prizes. The prices on produce, eggs and almost all other grocery items cannot be beat. The brands aren't ones you find everywhere else but that's probably where the savings are. I love the selection of gluten free, organic and just plain healthier foods. The simple concept of having to bring your own bags and using a quarter to get a cart breeds a mentality you won't believe. Customers don't abandon carts in the lot, they return them for their quarter or bless someone else. They bag their own groceries, no litter in the parking lot or in front of the store of plastic bags. Thank you Aldi .

Not quite your typical american shopping experience, but certainly not a bad thing. Bring a quarter to get a cart, you get it back when your done. Bring some bags or boxes too, they don't bag here. A couple of the reasons their prices are low, by cutting out some of the excess! A fair mix of branded and 'other brand' stuff. It's a smaller store, easier to get through than most supermarkets. Good for quick shopping in a reasonable budget that isn't just all cheap junk as you find in bargin stores. It's of course not as full featured as a super market, but it has it's purpose. It's worth a walk yourself to see if it fits your needs. Very clean store too.

As we entered the store there was a cart cleaning station that actually had wipes & hand sanitizerBeyond excited to find sustainable, wild caught, frozen seafood with no preservativesWe felt comfortable in the store since everyone had masks & respected social distancingThe lines were long due to social distancing but moved very quickly. Our cashier was quick and very friendly! We were left with the impression she truly enjoyed her jobDefinitely we will be back regularly!

Clean,huge, so much to choose from. Wish they had the automatic bread machines like in Europe. Prices still better than anyone, especially compared to Publix Update April 2022 Aldi is suffering wide spread outages. The selection is not as good and the prices have nearly doubled in the last year. Even a world wide company can't seem to source enough product at decent prices. Update Jan 2023 Prices have increased dramatically. Paper section wiped out. Eggs now $4.79 dozen. Sad the state of our current economy.

This location rapidly went downhill after it opened. They normally have only one register open and are very slow about opening up another one. Today it was a 8 people down the aisle and the manager came out did something at the register and went back to her office. I stood in line for 20 minutes to check out to be told their credit card system was down when I made it to the register. Why did they not have a sign on the door or at least at the beginning of the register for those who don't carry cash???

A very nice clean reasonable price store and I love the ideas about the carts $0.25 to keep a carts from tearing up your car and you get it back when you're finished with the carts. I also like the return hassle free policy that is so nice till I hate to bring anything back. I have three Aldi's around me and I go to each one from time to time and all the employees and managers are very very nice and courteous. ALDI is number one in my book can't stay out of this store.

This store is usually very clean and mostly organized. The employees are friendly and the majority of them ware their masks appropriately. We wish they had order pickup. The parking lot is more than large enough for pickup spots and that would make this location even better. Other than that we try to go during very low crowds and shop quickly. They usually have wipes at the front so you can wipe down your cart and will let you keep your cart at checkout if you ask.

My Fiance and I shop at this ALDI every week for groceries. It is always clean and there are always plenty of employees around to ask for questions or to help with speedy check out. They almost always have what we need, and it is literally the only place I go to get groceries anymore. The prices are always great and pretty consistent with each passing week as well--making shopping on a budget less stressful than it already is. I love my ALDI!

This Aldi that I went to was in Jacksonville, Florida and I fell in love with the cleanliness with the varieties of the things that they have. There weren't a lot of workers as usual but we went there very late so they still was accommodating. The cashier that was there, she was very very nice and took her time with us. Super clean, big aisles, lots and lots of varieties...not expensive....just right!

Love Aldi and is my go to place for produce. Best prices around. It's one of the only places I can buy shaved steak to make steak sandwiches! Great price for 14 Oz package, just wish it was a full pound. I buy my salmon ONLY at Aldi. Best price and not too fishy. Their brand of blue cheese dressing is good as well! I've been adulting wrong my whole life. I can literally buy an entire weeks worth of food for 100 bucks at this place. Of course there are things I know I wouldn't eat and I give myself a 30 dollar budget for publix for things like good mac and cheese or a brand name I know I would prefer. But I was spending 250 on groceries for a weeks worth b4 I found this place. I'm in love.

First time visiting Aldi. It is ok for picking up quick items, but the store setup is a bit overwhelming. Most brands are store brands. Prices are lower than other stores. You have to remember to bring your own bags. I love the way you pay a 25¢ deposit for the grocery cart. All stores should do this. It would stop all the stolen carts left on the streets.

Um James had a problem with me today.. He kept pretending he did not understand what I was saying. Laughs. I was not sure if he needed medical help. I asked him if he was OK. The manager with mustache looks a lit like the guy who tried to run me over I could be wrong. Laughs. The produce has gone down hill and the prices have risen. Thanks.

Great prices, especially on their organic products. It is a small store with limited selections, but I do most of my shopping here now. I only go to the other grocery stores for a few specific items that I cannot get there. I also love their merchandise section. The items offered change all the time and I always find a great deal!

I like the store and the quality of the products. Bought 2 king size sheets sets flannel at a good price and a beautiful comfort and coverlet set at a really good price and set of mem frb pillows all good quality and great prices will go there again, but they need another go cart for the disable people they only have one not good.

It was my first time coming here but it was nice. Friendly workers, very fast checkout even though i had a lot of stuff, and extremely cheap prices. I'm a vegan so it can get pretty pricey in normal grocery stores to find what i need. Large gluten free selection (especially compared to what I was expecting from a discount store)

Nice little, I emphasize little grocery store. They leave the product in the cases to make it seam like a Sam's club or Bjs but in actuality you are in a store the size of Walgreens carrying even less merchandise. I don't really see the attraction other than they advertise some good loss leaders to get people into their stores.

One of my favorite places to shop!!! They were out of an item when I arrived and Courtney provided excellent customer service. She checked in the back of the store for me and provided an item I truly needed. I will be returning soon and encourage others to do the same. This Aldi used to be my favorite Aldi not only Florida but (FL, GA, SC, etc.) However, the selection has went down but the prices have gone drastically higher. At least if you're going to raise your prices, provide consumers with more of selection. Needless to say my visits to this location have almost become non-existent.

This is a very clean store very small. a lot like Save-A-Lot only better .the prices are really reasonable lots of good finds. they always have some different specials. employees were very nice . A couple of things to remember, you have to pay a quarter to get the shopping cart and you also need to bring your own bags.

Aldi has great prices, not a lot of variety but it has all the essentials a household would need at great prices. The catch is put a quarter on your cart, and bring your own bags. There are bigger Aldis in town, but this one does enough for what i need each week. Staff is friendly and parking lot is not super packed.

TERRIFIC PRICES on many items. I went for milk and it was only $1.99 for a gallon. There are many foreign foods and organic items. Of course ALDI is not an elegant place. You need to bring your own bags (or pay for them) and pay refundable quarter for a shopping cart. Just the same, it's a good store to try out

Very clean, well stocked, bring your own bag or container to take it home in! The people that go here are sometimes rude when one line was formed and branched into whichever register was open first and people tend to just jump the line... Hopefully that doesn't pertain to most folks but it certainly did today.

Quick and easy. Good prices and I haven't had to stand in line more than a couple minutes! Great sale prices! I can fees my family for a week for much less than other stores. Don't forget a quarter for the cart and bags to put your items in. They do have bags available for about 10 cents if you need them.

Highly recommend ALDI. Superior quality food. The produce is excellent! The meats & lunch meat are excellent quality! Out of ALL the grocery stores in Jacksonville Florida ALDI is by far the best quality food & cleanliness! I can't say enough about the Superior quality & excellent customer service!

This is a great place to shop. It's always nice and clean inside. The aisles are nice and wide. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and the prices are beyond great. They may not carry everything you need, but with the items they do have - they just can't be beat.

Great cheap food. But what's the point of the cash register workers frantically with full speed throwing everything into one cart at check out. And then asking for that cart back making the costumer manually take everything out onto another cart after purchase. Just dumb.

My go to. Excellent prices. Occasionally, the home find aisle is bare but everything else is usually stocked. One downside is even though the employees are friendly, the scan too fast and through the items in another cart instead of the one you brought in and wiped down.

$0.25 for a shopping cart. Refunded if you return the cart. I usually try to give it to someone else. You would be amazed at how happy saving $0.25 is for some people. Although there never seems to be enough cashiers, checkout is quicker than Wal-Mart's.
