I went to ASG with a headlight issue. I bought after market lights that were not installed properly by a previous mechanic. They did a “complete” diagnostic and determined after switching and switching back bulbs and checking the ballasts, that one side has a bad fuse and the other side needed a new bulb. I paid $434 for the bulb and maintenance and was happy to finally have working headlights again. Literally a few hours later, my wife tells me my headlight is still not working. I call ASG the very next day to tell them that the bulb they replaced is not working. Scott contacted me personally and expressed regret at the possibility of having a customer not be pleased with their work. Scott then offered to complete the repair at no further cost to me. I brought my truck back in and they took care of me promptly. No more headlight issues and I’ll definitely be back if I have any other issues with any off of vehicles. I really appreciate how the end result was a company honoring it’s pledge to always try to have a satisfied customer. ASG came through big time.

My vw passat losing a lot of oil some time I add 5 quarts evry week I took it 3 Mickanik all of them side they don't know what is wrong with it , I heard about asg good things and I took it to them told them about the problem I have with the car he told me it could be losing oil from multiple places and they run an oil Consumption test and they find out all the places where it losing oil from I side ok I got Appointment at 2-16-23 the next day they call me and told me the pcv value is the reason for the oil losing I side that should take care of the problem I have he side yes I side ok do it when I got there I paid them 1,055 I pick up my car drove it my trips after 4 days there was short about 2 quarts I went back to them I need my money back they refused and he told my you could have bad Piston rings they Scammed me I am going to do what ever it takes to take back my money and teach them a lesson so they don't do that with any one

When I arrived I was greeted with a smile. Scott reviewed exactly what they would be doing to my car. He said they would then inspect my car for any other issues. He said they would drive it around to make sure work was done. He told me it would take about 2 hours and then told me where I could wait. Scott came in when they were about done and told me what was done and two of the guys drove it around. They brought my car to the front door. Wait time was less than what I was told. My car was completed better than my expectations. Everyone I was in contact with was very friendly and helpful. I will tell others about this place and I will return when needed. Very pleased with the service I received.

I went to ASG Automotive to get help with my Chevy Equinox that had been sitting in my garage for a couple years. My Equinox needed a lot of work, they did an assessment on it and gave me a full report detailing things that needed to be fixed right away, things that we could put off for a while, and everything in green was good as is. They took photos of the things that needed repairs which was helpful. I've worked with Scott primarily and he's been very communicative and helpful in explaining everything. I plan on taking my car here for all future repairs, they're super fast, fairly priced and great to work with.

ASG automotive earned my respect as a car repair shop! Took my 2013 Mercedes there after experiencing some drive shaft issues. They took my car in and diagnosed the problem to make sure no further damage was done to the engine and transmission. Service to my vehicle was top notch but the best part was the assurance and honesty from the people that work at ASG. They even took time to follow up with me months after my repair to make sure of quality service. Will be taking my car here for any future repairs or needs!

In Indy visiting family and I had car problems. I knew I couldn’t drive home without getting it fixed. I have a Volvo so it’s not easy to find a decent shop that’s affordable, we won’t go back to Tom Woods. We found ASG and they’re 3 miles away! Great reviews and they could help right away! Reggie was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They fixed my car and I was very pleased with my bill at the end of it all. We’re moving back to Indy soon and ASG will be our mechanics!

I've taken my vehicles to ASG for several years now. I've had them perform everything from regular vehicle maintenance, to installing a brand new exhaust system on my older pickup, repairing the broken AC, replacing my entire suspension, installing a new radiator, as well as repairing several leaks on anything from brake lines to transmission lines. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for any type of vehicle service !

ASG’s diagnosis of my car’s engine issue was thorough and clearly explained. Their front-desk staff understand the technical details of cars, so you feel that you’re not getting upsold by a salesperson reading off a sheet. The work itself was performed quickly and at a reasonable price. They were responsive via phone at all points of the process.

I own a 70 MG Midget and I had no brakes. Most repair shops will not even touch my vehicle but ASG said yes no problem. My brake line connection was lose and they fixed. My brakes are the best they have ever been and repair cost was very reasonable. Very happy with ASG and would recommend! I will be back!

They got me good. A job that I know should of taken no more than an hour or two and less than $200 in parts cost me $1100. I will never go there again or recommend them at the rates they are charging ppl. Beyond ridiculous in the economy
