I have lived near and ridden bikes around Circle C for fifteen years but never stepped foot in ATX bikes until last Friday when a derailleur cable broke. The new owner as of Sept16, Frank Prior, greeted me as I walked in the door and asked if he could help. Told him my problem and he grabbed a couple cables. $10 and said they were pretty backed up but could probably get to it the next day if I needed any help with the installation. I was glad to hear they were that busy because it’s great to have a shop right here in the neighborhood that is equal parts road, mountain and casual bikes. I also mentioned my bike was turning ten years old this month and that I might be interested in a new bike soon. Frank asked if he could show me something…and we walked back into the fitting area. High tech software and a GURU fitting machine all designed to breakdown bike fit based on your goals and riding style. Frank invited me back the next week before regular operating hours and offered to evaluate my riding position on current bike. Over a few hours from 8-10a, Frank broke down issues in my current bike and how I am positioned on it. I have long legs and we discovered my foot and knee angle were not optimal, in addition to hip bend and many others. We then took a look at newer road bike options based on my style of riding and goals. Frank went through changes in frames / components and many others since my last bike purchase. We found a few options and he plugged in the geometry into the Guru system…minutes later I was riding a setup identical to the bike he recommended so we could evaluate the riding posture. My new Giant Defy Advanced Pro 1 will be here next week. Frank and ATX Bikes didn’t sell or persuade me into a new bike…they earned my business and support. It’s great to have a genuine, kind-hearted small business owner right here in Circle C. Highly recommend for any cycling needs.

Brought in a older mountain bike for a tune up and whatever needed to be done. When I declined to have 2 services done (because I could have a friend do those change outs) they decided to up the price on something else. The gentleman wasn't all that friendly. Then within 45 minutes I brought a Felt road bike in and asked what it would take to get it in working condition. He was randomly say this and that, not putting too much effort into looking at it. Then I asked his opinion about the bike and asked him the worth of it and if it was a good fit for me. The guy went on about insurance and gave me the run around and said he couldn't offer me an opinion. He told me to go onto Craigslist and figure it out myself. So rude! Plus I had with daughter with me and this service guy was not showing the example of service. I took the bike and left and told him to stop the service on the mountain bike. Went straight to Texas Cycle Werks over near Target and Mopac. They had no problem reviewing the bike and looking at it. Come to find out the bike was too small for me. Which made me think that ATX didn't care if it wasn't the right size for me, they wanted me to spend my money on a tune up and repairs. Took the mountain bike over to TX Cycle Werks for the tune up and it was actually cheaper. Then since the road bike was too small for me I actually ended up buying a new bike from them. I will NEVER recommend ATX to anyone! They are rude and so unprofessional. GO TO TEXAS CYCLE WERKS!

I’ve honestly never been treated this weirdly in a bike shop before. The “mechanic” was willing to “take my suggestions” and take the time doing them to my bike on the spot but not actually check if those were the right things without my leaving it for over a day (was willing to change my brake pads but not willing to look at them lol) I understand things can’t be done immediately but at least be willing to give me 5 minutes to confirm how long a servicing would take. Take your bike to a shop with mechanics who cares about the level of service and detail getting done to your bike than being petty… I would also like to add that the store states that it was my request to have the brake pads changed immediately but that was at the suggestion of the store and even when I asked if the brake pads needed to be replaced they said they didn’t look on the spot (which would take less time to do than actually replacing them) I had previously asked if they could give me an estimate of time which is why it spiraled into this weird conversation. I just want good service - it doesn’t need to be immediate. Don’t do things that my bike doesn’t need which would take more time than just giving me a decent estimate of time. I took my bike to a different shop and ended up leaving it at because the mechanic was honest, took 30 seconds to feel my brakes and was able to tell me when he’d be able to get it done. Just don’t take your bike here. That was crazy.

Expert service, sincere guidance, well-chosen inventory--my favorite little bike shop in Austin. I spend a LOT of time on my bike (road, mtb and touring) and I've been in pretty much every shop in town. Frank and his crew have provided me with tools, supplies, a high-tech bike fitting, generous tutoring in bike maintenance, repairs, and a great mountain bike that is just perfect for my interests and abilities. At every turn, in every interaction, they've been knowledgeable, fair, friendly, and professional. ATX Bikes features Giant/Liv Bicycles prominently in their lineup, a company known among serious cyclists for their high quality and good value. Like most of the bike retailing industry, ATX Bikes leans pretty heavily toward mountain bikes but they can certainly set you up with a beautiful road machine from Giant, Pinarello, or a custom bike from Seven Cycles (oh, how I long for a Seven!). Back in the fall, they sold me a Giant Trance 2 mountain bike at "Black Friday" pricing that has served me well and earns compliments wherever I go. I definitely recommend Giant bikes! Great for cyclists of all ages, styles and abilities, ATX bikes is a good old, neighborhood bike shop--a type of enterprise slowly disappearing--but they are surviving and thriving because of their commitment to quality work and products. Oh, and did I mention they support the nearby high school MTB team? Highly recommended!

Huge disappointment. After I bought one bike from them (in stock) for my daughter I ordered anyother that they didn’t have in stock. Was told it would be in and assembled in around 10 days and that they would call me. A few weeks in I had not received a call. Went in and they said that the Vendor is slow so it might be another two weeks. They supposedly called the vendor to confirm. Same thing... never heard from them. So I stopped by yet again and the same thing.. should be here in about two weeks. Again, I never heard from them. So I went in again yesterday, about 8 weeks after I ordered (and paid in full). Upon explaining that I’m not happy not only that the bike isn’t there but that no one has ever called me to tell me to expect more delays or to suggest that I forget about it and move on, they offered to call the owner. The guy at the store called the owner while I was standing there and the owners response was... he can’t get the bike he ordered but he can get the bike in yellow.... or get a refund”. I’ve missed 8 weeks of being able to ride around with my 10 year old, being strung along for a bike that paid for but that is not an option to get delivered, all while receiving no communication from the store. They asked if I wanted to choose another bike while I was in yesterday.... not a chance! So buyer beware both on ATX Bikes as well as the brand Norco.

I stopped by the shop back at the beginning of the year looking for a bike, but needing guidance as it has been years since I last rode. The customer service of all of the guys in the shop was amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions while making sure I was getting what I needed. I returned 2 weeks later and after morning discussion around the type of riding I got a different bike that I initially was set on. I could not be more pleased with my experience and with everyone there at ATX Bikes. I stopped by again today to get some more tools for cleaning and maintaining my bike, and explained that the front derailleur would not push the chain down to the lowest ring so after taking my purchases home, I returned with my bike. It took little time to notice the cause was the water bottle cage I put on after getting the bike! USER ERROR! It was totally my fault! We chuckled a bit as he remounted the water bottle cage and resolved the issue. He cleaned up the chain and topped off the tires with air. These guys are top notch and incredibly friendly and helpful. Its awesome to have this quality of bike shop in the neighborhood! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

ATX Bikes is hands down the best bike shop I've been to. I started using them a few years back as they were close and bought my sons first bike. They advised me to use the Strider bike method and so he got one. At age 3 his training wheels were off his "big boy" bike and he has been killing it ever since, he's now 5 and on his 3rd bike. This shop really shined recently when it was time for me to get a new bike. I had ordered a bike online and was directed to pick it up at this shop. I immediately cancelled the order and went there in person instead. Not only did they advise me on a different bike, but the bike they recommended was less than I was set to originally spend. Frank, Mark and all the guys at ATX bikes sincerely care about their customers and put the customer's needs ahead of profit. I never write reviews and given the quality of service I'm sure this review is not needed. Anyone needing a bike would be well served to call and ask for Frank or Mark or Reese or any of the guys. Simply put, they will take care of you.

Really appreciate the customer service here as a super casual bike person. I went in a couple months ago to replace the road slicks that came with my bike with some regular tires that had more tread. This week I ended up with a flat back tire so I took it in to see what was up. They were quick to take a look, show us the hole in the tube, explain why it probably happened and gave me some tips on how to avoid the issue again. When replacing the tube, they suggested a different set of tires that would fit my bike better and a credit since they were less $$ than the initial set i purchased. I really appreciated Frank and the team for explaining what was wrong and standing by their work to get my tires squared away. Big thanks to the team here for being friendly and approachable - bike stuff can be intimidating and they made me feel super comfortable asking questions and explaining what was going on

I don't know anything about bikes. I bought a bike elsewhere and it broke trying to get it in my car. I called ATX Bikes and they told me to come in. So, I did. They had my bike fixed in under 5 minutes. While I was waiting, Carlos asked if I needed anything else. I mentioned the seat was really uncomfortable and I might need a new one. He showed me the options they had available but his professional opinion was that I should save my money because I only needed to adjust the bike seat. I was skeptical but let him show me how to adjust it to the appropriate height and angles after my bike was repaired. I took it for a ride immediately after and.. Carlos was right. It felt 100% better. I'm no expert, but I know a genuine, honest local business when I see one. Thanks Dylan and Carlos!

I started doing business with ATX Bikes in 2017, when I purchased a bike for trail riding in and around Circle C area. The ATX staff was friendly and helpful in steering me to the best bike for my needs. Service side has always been great. They have helped to keep my bike in riding shape. Recently with all of this extra time at home, I've been able to ride more. This has resulted in a need for a bike for my wife and new bike for me :) , so that my son can ride the 2017 model. In this time of social distancing, masked, and zero touch, Frank and his team work tirelessly to keep us safe, as well as provide great customer experience. I'm grateful for this business and excited to get out there and ride. Like these guys on their FB page, and make sure to give them some love.

This might be one of the worst shops I've been to in Austin. First of all I learned that my bike was left outside in the rain and elements during the time I had it repaired there. Apparently that is the common practice at this store, mine wasn't even locked up. Second, no one in this store seemed to know much about bikes. I wanted a simple headset overhaul and you would have thought I asked them to make a new one from scratch. The owner is a piece of work as well. He thought my concerns about leaving my bike outside were unfounded and unrealistic. To add to this a friend told me he is hardly ever there, leaving his untrained "mechanics" to do all the work. I will never go back to this shop again. Make the drive into town and go to a real shop with real bike people.

  • Bryan mares

The staff here are phenomenal. I just bought my first serious mountain bike from them, and it is just the bike I had been looking for after researching and price checking similar bikes all over Austin. The staff do not pressure you into buying and if you just tell them exactly what you are looking for at what price point they will do their best to get you the best bike and ensure it is built with quality. They were able to answer all of my questions as a newbie and never made me feel bad for asking. I will be returning for future upgrades to my bike and recommend this place to friends. Big difference in customer service here compared to large chain bike stores and you support a local business. Shout out to Mark and Reese for taking the time to help me out!

  • Todd Snider

Went in to the location on Slaughter today for new grips for my Raleigh. While there I spoke with Brett about new bikes. He listened to what I was looking for and gave me options for a new model, and offered to use my bike as a "trade in". The bikes are priced great, better than at home (The Woodlands). I really appreciated that he was interested in why I wanted a bike to be sure I was happy. He took the time to get it set up to fit me, checked it all over, made adjustments and I was on my way. Rode it for three hours around Town Lake and surrounding areas. I think I finally found my dream bike. When this one wears out I can promise you I will make the three hour drive and buy from ATX Bikes again. I now have a Cannondale Quick CX. Awesome bike!

  • Lazarus 1506

As a inexperienced rider I went to ATX to ask question and find out if they had anything that would work for a 300lb man who wanted to ride off road. They were more than helpful and ended up showing me several models. They went out of their way to ensure I got a bike that fit me. After the sale I have had a couple of little things needing to be done, adjustments and the like and they were helpful there as well. There was no pressure to buy and everyone there was friendly and seemingly knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this bike shop to anyone interested in riding, especially those that might be just starting out and needing good information without pressure to go home with a bike right then.

  • Blaine French

I started looking for a new bike 5-6 months ago. At 6'8 there aren't many pre-fabricated bike frames that I fit on. I called a number of shops and everyone either didn't have anything that would work or assured me I'd fit on a smaller frame than what I was riding. My 64 cm frame is already too small so fitting on something smaller isn't feasible. I completed an order for a custom bike from Seven Cycles through Frank and it was an amazing experience. We hit some bumps along the way, but Frank's dedication to customer service was above and beyond what I expected. The bike is a great fit and I'm so glad I was given the option for a custom bike. Can't recommend ATX bikes enough.

  • Nick Hippe

I decided to buy another bike and since I got such great service these guys were the obvious choice and they did not disappoint. Thanks again for the attention to detail and the great service! You Guys Rock! It was a beautiful day and I was having some issues with my bike. I thought I would have to leave it to get the work done. They replaced the derailer, tire and chain in 20mins. Great Job! Thanks Update: I had two flat tires (cactus) and took my bike in for service. They were able to get the work done the same day. These guys rock!!! Update. I had them make a couple of upgrades; one to improve shifting and the second to go tubeless. My bike feels brand new! Thanks!

  • Chris Williams

Walked into this bike shop looking to upgrade from my hybrid to a road bike and was greeted by Dylan. Dylan walked me through everything and made sure that I got the best bike for me and my use and even helped size it to where it was comfortable. He let me test ride it and I immediately fell in love and decided to purchase it but Dylan’s awesome customer service didn’t stop there. He walked me through everything about the bike including upgrade options as well as accessories and even mounted a few things on it for me. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thank you to all the awesome people at this shop! I love my new Giant Contend AR and you’ve earned a loyal customer.

  • Jimmy Miller

All I can say is WOW! So, I got this bike frame in December 1999. It took me almost a year to build it and have it ready to ride right before my first son was born. It has been a BEAST and given me years of enjoyment and self-inflicted pain. This month I was ready to make one final investment/upgrade and ran into some issues at one of the larger bike shops in Austin. I thought I needed a second opinion, so I stopped by ATX Bikes. Thankfully, Frank and his fantastic team at got me going with an amazing upgraded rear wheel and drivetrain that makes me want to ride this Yeti Bike until the wheels literally fall off! They have a customer for life for sure!

  • rene guardiola

Like going to the dentist I had reservations about the pain and the cost. After several days of putting it off I finally bit the bullet and took my bike in expecting to drop it off for a day or two. Imagine my surprise when I was told not only was the cost of both parts and labor was going to be wayyyyy under what I expected but they can replace the broken part right then and there. I was so shocked I had to go back home and get my wallet as I didn't think that was going to happen lol. The bike was ready before I could return in 10 mins. Definitely my Bike Shop from now on. Thanks Mark! And ATX Bikes

  • Ivelin (ivelin)

Polite and professional. A few years ago I bought a kid's bike for my son who was 3 at the time (for about $240). It lasted until he outgrew it, never broke down and eventually we gave it away to charity. I recently wanted to test the repair service by bringing in an old beat up mountain bike that a friend gifted my son. The team at ATX Bikes was prompt, professional and got it fixed for $32 (20 for parts, 9 for labor, and tax). They ordered the part and called back a day later for pick up. I may need to go back in soon. My youngest is riding on his own now and doesn't need my help any more.

  • Deepak

Am quoting this review based on my multiple visits to the store. Best thing I loved about this store is the service they provide each time say I visited the shop 2 weeks back to fix the seat but they had the look over the bike and pointed out punctures in front tyre (called as snake bite). I was surprised by overwhelming check they provided. They took time to analyse the bike and guided on a safety concern here. Later on I fixed the same here. They know how to value customers and offer suggestions on each thing . Place is bit pricey on products side but they offer best service

  • David Polkinghorn

I had a wonderful buying experience at ATX during a very busy time of day. Even with a few kids running through the aisles they were really patient in answering my newbie questions. Ended up purchasing a slightly different bike than planned and I got a good deal on some upgraded components. Zero pressure -- not trying to upsell. Just good and experienced advice. I also bought a child's bike here last year and it was an equally positive experience. This shop is an asset to the neighborhood and I recommend it to anyone who's considering buying a bike or new equipment.

  • Cary McEuen

This shop is a breath of fresh air. After dealing with a couple other big name bike shops in the area for years and loads of frustration after every visit, this shop has earned a customer for life. The people here are knowledgable, personable and just all around great. They have a great selection a smaller shop and anything they dont have they are more than happy to help you find and not price gouge. The service center is fast and affordable for the repairs I do not feel comfortable doing myself. All my friends now go here as well. Great shop guys, keep it up!

  • Greg Biles

Fantastic. Not only are their prices good, but they're a true neighborhood bike shop with super friendly and helpful staff. Plus, their selection of bikes is quite good and range from entry level to high end. No need to go to a huge bike shop, you get the best of both worlds here. We recently had some new bikes, that we bought from them, stolen at a campground. When I told them about it, they gave us a discount on replacement bikes to ease the sting. I can't say enough good things about them and look forward to shopping there again.

  • Shawn Barrett

I brought my Giant gravel bike to ATX Bikes without an appointment because of an intermittent annoying rattle. Frank patiently listened to my description and then shadowed me on a bike around the parking lot to understand its source. He accurately diagnosed the problem as dirt in the seat post wedge and fixed/cleaned it while I waited. He patiently explained what he was doing, taught me how to do it myself in the future, and also fine tuned my bike seat fit. Great store, great people. I’ve found my new local bike shop.

  • Tyler Zientara

EDIT: 4 stars following the response from Frank. It would be great to offer a community pump w/sanitizer at the door for those who just need a quick pump to continue riding. I appreciate the thoughtful and candid response. -TZ Called and asked about tire air service for my bike as I do not have a pump at home. Shop attendant said “we’d help you out and give you a hug in the normal world but we’re too busy right now to help”. Solid customer service for a simple ask. /s

  • Ethan Houston

I had an absolutely delightful time here buying a road bike yesterday. Kimmy (hope I spelled that right) was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me pick out a road bike that fit within my budget and the owner was kind and explained the backstory behind the model I purchased which was a nice touch, as well as diving into the mechanics of the human body with regards to cleat placement. I don’t see myself going to any other bike shop in the area now!

  • Sol Frost

Brandon is a top notch mechanic, and Frank is the nicest proprietor you should ever meet. Took my Cannondale road bike in recently and they fixed my creaky crankset/bottom bracket up quickly and very very affordably. I also bought my son a really cool Cannondale 24” wheel mountain bike at ATX. I remember when I was a kid how intimidating it was walking into a bike shop. None of that from these guys. Always feel at home here. You can’t go wrong

  • Jamie Campbell

I brought my bike in for a service and it received exactly what it needed to come out in great working order despite me being obviously open to additional things do to my naïvety. It was a pleasure to see such a great example of honesty. The service was very timely, a more than fair price and great customer service. Frank is a very knowledgeable straight shooter. These guys exceeded my expectations and they are my bike guys now.

  • Paul Lindley

I have only live in the area for 3 years but in that time have now purchased a great set of wheels, a road bike and now a new mountain bike from this shop. Frank is a TERRIFIC bike fitter and both he and his crew of mechanics are top notch. This is a friendly shop with vast amounts of information. The thing i like best is their ethos of finding the "correct" bike for your budget, ability and intended use. Check them out!

  • Olena Slobodian

Guys at ATX bikes provide amazing service. They were knowledgeable and honest last time when I brought my bike and then today when issue came up I had no opportunity to bring bike in until my day off and Carlos offered to pick it up from my home on his lunchtime. By the end of the same day bike was ready for pick up! I’m so grateful for this gesture, would definitely recommend these people and their service!

  • Nick Goodwin

In an unfortunate series of events, my bike was stolen while it was being repaired at the shop. Carlos went above and beyond to make me whole again and outfitted me with a replacement the same day. This speaks volumes to the testament of ATX Bikes. I'll be coming back for tune-ups, accessories, my next bike, and referring everyone I know here. I'm sorry about what happened and thank you for making it right.

  • Nomadelle

I took my bike to get it assembled since it was in a box after an intl trip. Not only were they super nice and honest but also went above and beyond by helping me install night lights after I came to pick it up. Not only that but they also removed an attachment in the pedals and few other adjustments that I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for top notch service. Very nice people!

  • Litza Al-Abdullah DMD

Let me start off by saying THANK YOU to Dylan and Chris! I went to the store in search of some guidance with my peloton shoes because I’ve been having knee pain and the store reps weren’t able to address it. These guys helped me right away and adjusted my cleats for me. Just because kindness :). So thank you! I appreciate you and will come to you if I ever decide to buy a bike. Highly recommend them!

  • Montana Goodman

"We're the only bike shop within ten miles of here." That's a lie, Texas Cycle Werks is 3 miles away. It felt like the guy I was talking to had someone listening to his every word. Like if he said anything out of line, he would've been fired. It was very strange. If you want to use them, I'd call ahead to make sure that can do what you want/have what you need and definitely ask for the prices.

  • Dylan Wood

Frank is top-notch. He and his staff have wrenched on 5 of my family's bikes, from tune-ups to upgrades, and he is always right with his time estimate and the prices are fair. His ability to use the GURU fit machine allowed my sons to sit on the bike they wanted without it even being in the store to make sure it was the right one. He is a key asset to ATX and I hope he sticks around.

  • Steve Elsbecker

This is my local bike shop and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve purchased 3 bikes from this shop and have had all of our bikes serviced there. The staff are incredibly competent, thoughtful and attentive to the needs of their customers. Frank and his team really have it figured out. On numerous occasions they’ve surpassed my expectations which is what prompted me to leave this review

  • Charles Ramsay

Yep, 5. I've truly never known a bike shop that has such a genuine support for the local cycling community. They continually go beyond the call: staying late nights to support rides, working extra hours to make your bike well again, sponsoring local high school and middle school mountain bike teams and being friendly not to get the sell but just because they are.

  • blue747aus

I have been going to ATX for over 5 years and always get great service. I think it has the best service south of the river (North of the river i like monkey wrench). I try to do most bike work myself and bring the bike to them when i am having problems. They generally do the fix right on the spot! They have a good selection of quality parts for road and mtb.

  • m u

Great service: I had my rear derailleur slightly bent after riding and they were able to fix it in less than 30 min while I was waiting. They did not charge me at all. I got the bike from them through Giant. If I had to order a new one, given the current supply chain issues it could have taken months, plus obviously the extra money.

  • David Martini

Needed some tools and advice from a local shop and these guys really came through, even to the point of lending me a tool they didn’t have in stock because of COVID shortages. Very down to earth, with incredible customer service. They are my new first choice for bike parts and service. Happy to support my local bike shop.

  • John G

Frank is easily my favorite owner/sales person I've ever worked with. Knowledgeable, polite, honest up front, and goes out of his way to make sure you're all set before you make a final decision. If you want to support a local business, please give these guys a call. The value they add to their services is top notch.

  • Khalid Hanif

I went to the store to get a kids bike for my son. The sales people were very thorough and patient with us. They didn't push us to buy anything and I felt confident in the advice they gave us. We were satisfied with our experience at this bike shop and highly recommend them. They also had a nice selection of bikes.

  • Anna Steer

Recently moved to the area and my bike got bent during the move. The guy that worked with us explained and showed us exactly what was wrong. Pricing was very reasonable. They aren’t trying to sell you stuff and take your money they just fix what’s wrong. Great staff and very knowledgeable!! Will be back

  • Agostino Buono

This place is awesome! I drive there from College Station to get my bike and my bike fit done. Frank is very very knowledgeable and he's very patient! Just few days before my Ironman, I called in and he helped to fix my bike working extra hours! Great place and great people!

  • Tom Zudock

This is really a great shop. I purchased my Cannondale Scalpel 3 from them, and it was an excellent buying experience. Great price, great staff, they setup the bike to fit me. They do a great job on repairs, and more than once they've fixed quick things right on the spot.

  • Gustavo Palacios

This bike shop is so rad!!! I love how quick they turn around bikes. They’re not snobby like other shops. I don’t feel like a number here. They also have the most handsome service department in the city. Hahahaha They got all of your cycling needs covered!

  • Dan W

The guys at ATX really do amazing work. They put up with my poor attempts at bicycle mechanic work and fix all my problems with a smile. I highly recommend this shop for their fantastic staff, excellent workmanship, and being good stewards of mtb in ATX.

  • Arda Kert

Great bike shop They sell all kinds of bikes, accessories & gear do repairs. Roomy place. Practice social distancing well. Kind and helpful staff. Carlos was the guy who helped me and him & his fellows really know what they’re doing. …

  • Emilio Artigas

Amazing service! Brought my bike their the other day for them to fix, they knew exactly what they needed to do to fix it! Took them about 10-15 mins to fix and only charged $10. OVERALL REVIEW: Very nice employees, and amazing Service for a great price.

  • Kimmie Webb

Brought my bike into this shop for the first time last week and had a great experience! Everyone I spoke with was very kind and the service on my bike was done well and in the expected timeframe, sooner actually. Happy to say this is my new bike shop.

  • Steele Wasik

Incredibly friendly staff! If you don't know the first thing about bikes or if you're a pro, this is where you want to go! Frank was very helpful in educating me about gravel bikes and what options to consider while being cost effective. Thank you!

  • conner chatham

Great bike shop. We have purchased two Cannondales, both awesome. We also have maintenance done on several others. Always easy going and professional. Also, great having a shop so close to the Veloway and to the Slaughter creek trail system.

  • David VerHoef

Took my bike in for a basic service and couldn't be happier with the service and the price. They even cleaned my bike before I picked it up. If you need service or a new bike you will feel good about doing business with these folks.
