The electronics do not work and they have a strict no refund policy even if the items they sell you do NOT work. I bought a Bluetooth microphone and when I bought it I asked the lady to preform a demo to ensure the product worked. She said “it isn’t charged I can’t for another two hours” To my mistake I trusted her. I purchased the microphone and a man employee came saying the microphone was actually 45.99 when the sign clearly read 34.99 and the lady already told me so. I purchased the 34.99 mic and after charging for 2 hours as instructed, the mic did not work. I tried charging it again and still it did not work. I came in the very next business day to explain that the item didn’t work and I requested a refund. The clerk told me “look at the sign” and pointed. And at below knee level there was a sign that read “no refunds no exceptions.” And I said “so what do you do when you sell someone something that doesn’t work then?” He said... we offer store credit. So I said ok then can you exchange this one for a mic that actually works? He said “first we’ll need to test the mic you are returning” so he plugged it in and said “just as I thought, it’s not charged”. I told him “I did that too, I charged it like that and the red light never goes away and the product never works no matter what”. So he pulled out another mic after I asked him to show me one that does work... He pulled another one out, and even another and he said “oh they’re all dead right now”. I told him to sell me a mic that actually worked. He pulled out a 45.99 mic and said this one works. And I said please demonstrate to me that it does first. So he takes it out the box and as he does he says “ you know it costs a lot of money just for me to take out the product out of the box to show you right?” And I said “it also costs a lot for me to leave work to come all the way over here.” He then said “really how much?” I said “30” And he laughed and said “I don’t think so.” After a long time he showed me that the 45.99 mic worked. So he did the exchange and said “that’ll be $10.00 please” And I said “wow you’re really about to charge me $10 after you sold me a product that didn’t work, proved to me that none of those mics worked and I spent time and gas to leave work to come and return this?” He looked at me baffled and said “what do you mean, look at the price. The price says $45.99 right there” and he pointed the price in my face. I pulled out a $10 bill and handed it to him. Worst experience ever. Very rude service and the products can’t even speak for themselves because they do not work. It was a waste of time and money.

They will sell you electronics that don’t work and won’t give you a refund for it. On top of that ugly customer service. Never ever shopping here again do not recommend.
