This has got to be the worse place i've ever had the displeasure of doing business!!! I've been in retail for over 20+ years and delt with all kinds of issues, but never had customer service this poor before from ANYWHERE! I bought a new in a box Magnavox 50" LCD TV on friday night, I tried to open the tv before leaving the store to make sure there was no conceled damage & nothing missing. But the sales person assured us there would be no problems with the tv, and if so just bring it back. We lived on the opposite side of the city which is about a 40min drive, we get home and the tv is cracked right down the middle of the screen. So we load the damn thing back up, drive 40min there only to wait at the counter 20min before a sales person tells me they do not have another one in stock. They say the'll get another one first thing the next morning & rush deliver it right over saturday morning. So about mid way through the day I call to find out what the hold up was and to my suprise i get a rude sales person named salina giving me an attitude saying it will be delivered sometime before 5:00pm dispite what I was told the previous evening. I haven't heard anything by 4:35pm so i call to make sure it's still on its way, only to get the run around and have a poor excuse of a manager promise to call me back. So he doesn't call back me back, so I call him only to get the same run around. By now I'm upset, I ask for the district managers phone number, which they refuse to give me. so I call another store and they say they won't give me the district managers phone number because he doesn't work saturdays. So i go to the website get corporates # only to find out that they take up 48hrs to get back to me & if I don't hear from them to call back in 48hrs. WTF?! So now the stores closed, NO call from the manager, NO TV, we Can't get my money back until monday. So now after we've already rented movies and video games for my sons 5th birthday party,we have to explain to him why he & his friends have to hang out in his older sisters room. So save yourselves the headache and the run around and just go ELSEWHERE!!!! -Salina S.-
Highly unprofessional and unethical. I purchased some couches from this location during the winter season. Aarons on menaul has had zero issues regarding any payment on my account. They will next month. I have called this company regarding bed bugs in my couch. Bed bugs lay dormant during the winter season and feed during warm months. My daughters , my wife including myself have been eaten alive. The manager came to the house with Orkin to do an inspection only an inspection.The technician located eggs and the bedbugs in the armrest of the couch. I asked the manager if the furniture was treated prior to its arrival to their location she said "yes" but refused to provide documentation verifying it. I also asked her if her store treated the furniture she said no. I asked her well how do you know the pre leased furniture was ever treated? No response. Since the inspection I have not heard from Aarons at all. No treatment of the couches were conducted. I asked them for the district managers number. They refused. I call Aarons everyday regarding the couches no response. Their behavior is highly unethical. They will be responsible for all medical treatment due the nest of bed bugs that were delivered to my house. Bad business and bad management. How dare you treat your customers this way. TO BE CONTINUED..... Emailing that address is like trying to get a response from ET. Phil once my issue is resolved. Ill remove this review.
UNPROFESSIONAL AND POORLY MANAGED! I ordered couches online and the store NEVER called to say they were in so I had to call the store myself. I even had to call to set up my own delivery. But when delivery time came, this store said they called and that I didn't answer. Well, there are no missed calls on my call log. No voicemails. When I called the store, they said they tried to enter from a side gate (which only residents can enter and can't let guests in) so they left. I said that gate isn't even for guests and that they should have tried the front gate where the ADDRESS I GAVE THEM WAS TO, but no. They said they'll try to deliver either on Monday or at a later time in the week. Each time I called the store, the person that I spoke with was rude and unprofessional, talking down to me each time. I should have stuck with Rent A Center, they've always given me great service there at least.
BED BUGS!! Rented a furniture set that was on clearance right after delivery we sat on it my kids and husband were attacked by BED BUGS.!!! turns out the couches were infested and had been sitting in sales floor for six months.. Got it exchanged for the same exact set We were told to sign some sort or release form the day we did an autopay payment,,that said Aarons on menaul took the right steps to take care of the issue but the orkin man did not bomb or spray our home so my husband refused to sign paper because we had to purchase a $70 spray to treat our home our self. The manager and another employee said the furniture set was going to be repossessed due to him not signing even though we made the monthly payment.. He didn't sign and told them to pick it up... We are really disappointed and think it wasn't right and hope we don't have bed bugs :(
When I placed the order they said my washer and dryer would be delivered Friday before 3, I waited until 12am and no one showed up. I kept calling and calling and kept getting excuse after excuse about the drivers being in traffic and my phone not working when I updated my number around 5pm. They had me waiting for hours for a washer and dryer. It is now 12:30pm on Saturday and I still have no washer and dryer. Now they are saying that they took it to the wrong address so I will have to wait till Monday between 4pm and 7pm. Not a good first experience with Aarons. But I guess I should have seen it coming since my father had such a bad experience with them.
Have rented from Aaron's for awhile. The television I am purchasing started to freeze up. They pick it up and had it for 5 months. I would call regularly and they never knew, when I would be getting it back. They did leave my a loaner TV, but it wasn't even half the size of the one I was purchasing nor would it connect to the internet. When they finally returned my TV 5 months, again 5 months later!!! It is still freezing up. I put a complaint in with corporate and the district manager and have yet to hear anything back. I will never purchase or recommend Aaron's again.. This is definitely a horrible experience!!
Although the purchasing from this location was great I found out later on the the employee who had told me that my furniture was paid off by the same as cash date was wrong. The employee had been about $20 off and so now as I try to figure it out. The current staff is stating that the mess up is on my end so I will now be having to pay the full amount for my furniture. If you go to this location just be mindful about what they tell you.
If you need couches, tables, TV's, washing machines, computers, game consoles and more, and your can't afford to buy out right, then Aaron's is for you. They offer 90 days same as cash and then you usually get 2 years to pay of your item. You will end up paying almost double but that is the cost of doing business here. You can return the item at any time. If it breaks, they fix it as long as you are making payments on the item.
They are very untimely in deliveries they never deliver on the day they say, they need to hire more staff to make deliveries on time or simply do their calculations regarding deliveries well.They told me that they would deliver it to me on Friday I spoke to them and they told me that it would be delivered on Saturday at 9:40 and again they were wrong with the delivery on time.
I have purchased more than $8000 worth of products through them when I came back to purchase more product the new manager is rude. Never gave me any of my paperwork they told me the wrong prices on everything and the wrong monthly price and then said I was wrong. I will never go back to Aaron's and don't suggest it with the new management! Selina to be exact
Everyone has been very responsive to my questions and needs. Had a washer and dryer delivered on Wednesday to my home. Installer was awesome and very efficient. Realizing we are human and can overlook things, one of the hoses wasn’t secured properly. Called the office and Ms. Marjorie was very apologetic and doing everything to rectify the situation.
Very expensive and not very truthful, I asked a worker if I had just paid my last payment, she informed me that I had. The next month I got a call it wasn't my last payment, she gave me the wrong information and I had to pay the late fee for that. Also j had to pull 200$ out of a hat in one day. I wasn't expecting to have to pay that bill any more.
Have been a customer for 3+ years. They are really good with all sorts of help and finding you the best deals. Just now I asked them about my phone, and they have suggested me a place for same day repair, and it's not even their store. Can't beat that customer service. Will be buying more here.
I am so happy me and my family went to this location. They manager lady and other women that was there. They were so helpful and there customer service was great. We were very comfortable there they gave my kids some little bags with goodies in it thank you for giving us a great experience!!
LOVE the two ladys that are always there! The lady in the front desk is amazing and very welcoming and the GM is amazing too both very professional! And the men that delivered our furniture were very nice and professional as well LOVE THIS AARONS AND DEFINITELY RECOMMEND …
Placed an order they promised to deliver the next day But the next day after waiting almost all day I called them back only for them to tell me they couldn't deliver that day and the reps name was Tonya very very unprofessional I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!!!
My husband and I would love to thank the 2 ladies Amanda and Selena we appreciate what you been doing for us we purchase a flat screen TV a living room set and dining room table with chairs 4 tablets and 3 lap tops they help us alot keep up your good work ladies...God bless....
Worst service , over charged me undercharged me then didnt charge me at all when i had auto pay , basically had to threaten to take my business else where to get decent service im not renting anymore but i highly suggest dont go to this place try rent a center or conns
They are disrespectful to your time, and they do not appreciate your money. The men are misogynistic and rude to women. I saw it several times, not just with myself. Go to Rent-A Center or at least not to this location unless you are looking for a horrible experience.
I have been doing business with this location for almost two years with multiple products. I have encountered the most friendly staff and delivery associates! Very helpful with possible options. Great customer service and stellar attitudes! Keep up the good work!
Very unprofessional lady was arguing with another employee telling her off in front of me. She was talking to her very rude and unprofessional. It was very awkward. I will not be going back to this store.
Will is an amazing guy. He worked and tried his hardest to get us the best deal. And Donny is great too. I've been a customer for the past 9 years and it's all been great experience with aarons

This is the only location I go to. All the employees are a pleasure to deal with and Amanda is outstanding as a manager. If they don't have what your looking for, they will find it for you.
