This store and company are fantastic. Yes they give you a call the day after you're due but that's only a reminder call and if you just call them back and have an open line of communication then they will work with you. But if you just ignore their calls....then yeah its harder for them to work with you. This company offers affordable monthly payments on items you could just go buy out at hhgregg or Walmart but most people don't have the money like that. Also they don't do credit checks....so you're able to get financing if your credit is so great that you normally couldn't at any big box retail store. Plus they report to your credit so you can build or rebuild your credit. It's like buying a car from buy here pay here....yeah you're going to pay more then a place you can buy out right but you can build your credit, make affordable monthly payments and have a warranty on the item while you're leasing it. The only reason anyone would put a bad review on here is because they didn't pay their bill or didn't communicate with the store. So if you're looking to get name brand merchandise, affordable monthly or semi-monthly payments, and wanting to build your credit. Then go to Aarons....go to this store. They have a wonderful staff.

if your customer pays every thing in full including late fees. it should be dropped. If items haven been giving back you should not charged them for those items regardless. because all their are going to do is clean it and put it on the resale from for maybe $200 cheaper. If you have the nerve to tell your clients your manager don't want to talk to you. that saying they don't have time. If your client is known to pay for their items regardless of the situation stop hsrrssing them. Thats harrassment and disrespect it is not in that contract. If you client tells you i want to talk to the manager. You are never suppose to argue with them. The character answer is yes sir or yes ma'am I understand and that it. You don't know what the discussion maybe. Disrespectful. I never left a bad review but this accounting deserve every bit of it.

Do NOT rent anything from them unless you check it over before it goes into your house. We got a stove from them and it quit working so they sent us another one. The one they sent us was INFESTED with roaches. We called them and told the and they said what do you want us to do about it. I said come get this thing and send us one that's bug free. They said they could only send us a new one for more money. They wouldn't give us the price we were paying and they refused to pay for the exterminator we called. So as I said. If you don't want any bugs, check out whatever you get very thoroughly before you even think about getting it. I refuse to get anything else from them ever again.

I wouldn't recommend my dog take a piss on there front door! Aarons rentals are shady if you rent from them an are late the harrasing is comparable to mafia style an they will pursue you relentlessly and aggressively. If you lose your stuff due to circumstances out of your control they will sell your debt to a collection agency. If you've moved an your not aware of that debt being sold an the collection agency can't collect from you they will get a law firm involved. It becomes a complete nightmare. I suggest you find used furniture somewhere else and stay the hell away from this place.

This has been a nightmare I got the electric couch and loveseat my motor was out on the loveseat for a month they couldn’t get anyone out to fix it so they I just got one that was not electric. They said they would order us a new set and ended up giving us the display so one side was sunk in. Two weeks later they brought us a new loveseat not the couch a week after that they finally brought out the couch and stole my daughters phone. The only thing I could do was make a police report. I went to talk to the manager it didn’t seem like anyone cared. The place on Pendleton pike is a joke.

I use to Love Love Arron's but I always went to Keystone and Washington St. This Arron's I just don't think I will ever go here again. They take stuff that people return that is almost paid off and put it back on the floor. Instead of 24 weeks they resale it for 18 months. That isn't a deal now is it. Go to HSN or QVC 3 to 6 payments and your done. New in the box and shipped to your door. Bam I just saved you a truck load of money. You're welcome

You need to go in and see Bill. Very nice guy. He'll take good care of you And if they let you rent. You need to talk to Emily.she will work with you. And help you. To get anything That you may need for your home. They are very good people to work with. Some of the nicest people even when they deliver the stuff they will help you in any way they can to get it put up the way that you want. They are there to take care of you.

I would never recommend this place to anyone and I wish it had zero stars because that's what I would give them. We got a sofa from them and made two different compliments about it being messed up and they claim they were going to have someone fix it and never have. Phone numbers are the same and never got calls or text back from anyone.

The one person with a foreign accent is rude and I will never recommend anyone to spend their hard working money here!They gave me the run around after being approved and when I finally get the delivery they took it back telling me that I'm not getting everything that I ordered.A headboard and dresser is not worth$1000

5 Star Service all the way! The employees were extremely knowledgeable in all aspects and details of every product department! They were kind, cortious, helpful and understanding. True Pro's! I would definitely recommend this store to all of my family and friends! I left with a great deal and smile on my face!

Horrible company, they will"LITERALLY" call and harass you one day after a missed payment. Store looks ghetto inside and out. Furniture is filthy and pre-leased (USED). Customer service sucks actually. Many other cheaper alternatives. They charge triple what the merchandise is worth! RIP OFF!

Purchased 2 50" flat screen TVs and a beautiful queen size bed with memory foam mattress....reasonable and affordable payments. People at my store are fantastic and go out of their way to be helpful..if you have any issues, they will work with you. Planning on going back to get LR furniture.

Just got my new living room sectional, Ottoman and area rug from them. Got an amazing deal. It is rather high after payments however. Nearly double on all items. My $1400 furn set will actually cost $2960 after all payments..
