Zero stars if I could the staff (Tammie) VERY RUDE poor customer service call at 7 a.m. and tell me "what i better do" I ordered my furniture Oct 1st didn't get it tell the Saturday 29th before holloween they kept saying ohh we have it some one will be out to bring it a week, 2 weeks go by, 3 weeks go by then tell me oh your payment is do Monday Oct 31st i didnt understand how is the payment do and i just got the furniture on the 29th speak to the super visor (JR) and he was understanding when I said I choice not to deal with Tammie calling my phone talking about what I better do and just because she don't like how I'm talking to her she can get somebody to come pick up the furniture so he said fine deal with me state that a lot of people have problems with her. So I go to make my payments he never in he always out. So Tammie was in I just want to make my payment at this point she comes to the front i tell her the name on the account she makes the comment " I don't deal with this customer I'm not taking the payment" and walked away that's fine time go on I have to work I'm not about to chase Aarons to make a payment so time go on I get home and get stopped by my neighbor that some body came by today from Aarons and she was upset because they where banging on my door so hard she can hear it in her apartment and she told them it was no need to beat on the door like that I was not home finally I had to go for a family emergency Chicago iLL I get a hold of Jr and he basically tell me I'm lying and start questioning me how far is Chicago from kc?how many hours do it take? Then being sarcastic "oh really" "it take me 10hrs so what highway do u take" .......sir I have no need to lie but since u need to know it only takes 8 hrs to get to and from Chicago depend on how many stops you make and how late or early you leave so I told him when I get back Thursday he can have somebody come he ask what time exact do you get back since it's a 8 hr drive I feel they are disrespectful to the max I have rent/bought from different Aarons and I never had to deal with poor customer service the days I call to speak to Jr Tammie answer "he not in" well can you let him know I called she never told him I'm just over this Aarons
Their customer service is terrible I've called these people last week Thursday to come pick up my fire place and I was told they would come Friday between 4 and 7 they never show up . I called Jason and told him they never came and picked up this fire place, Jason the manager sound like he didnt care to address my issues with why they never show to pick up my fireplace he was breathing hard on the phone when I was asking him questions half the time I was talking he had to of been zone out not listening when I asked him about why they didnt show he also was worrying about losing 2 customer calls when I am a customer calling about why this problem hasn't been resolved yet very unprofessional. Today is scheduled for them to pick it up between 11 and 3:00 here its 1hour 11mins and still no one hasnt shown up yet I called back again the lady I talked to said they been out this morning well that's a lie cause I've been up since 7 this morning and been home this whole time and no one has came over here . Do not do business with these people they act like they dont care about their customers if nothing gets resolved I will be returning the couch to and taking my business else where . UPDATE: So the manager Jason I talked to decided to hand the phone over to a new employee that just started working there so he wouldnt have to talk to me which is very unprofessional to put a new employee on the phone when they dont even know what's going on . The new guy I talked to was rude and also very unprofessional about the situation WILL BE RETURNING EVERYTHING BACK also will be contacting corporate this is ridiculous The manager Jason lies to hes customers like their dum I'm completely done with this location if you dont care to be treated poorly as a customer and getting lie to by the manager then this is the place for you to rent your things from .
This place was very judgmental and would not rent because it was not going to be within the time frame they wanted to rent. They were more worried about closing and going outside to smoke. And when calling corporate, corporate never did call back. The "store manager" or whoever they were, called back & was as rude as the regular staff. I did not ask for the store manager to call me I asked for the district manager to call me because after my first encounter with the store I had no desire to talk to anyone else at that location.Pretty much told me to go somewhere else and was not helpful at all. I find it a shame that they care so little about customers or potential customers that they would act like this. It is also shameful that their district manager would not call and try to make things right with a customer or potential customer. I think they have Mr t as spokesperson for the company right now and I think he needs to drop them. he should actually take back his endorsement of them as well because he's advertising and trying to get people to go to their stores and they are not doing what they should be doing. It's kind of like the saying One bad Apple can ruin the bunch and that's what this store is doing.
Have done a lot of business with Aarons. I was going to buy the whirlpool washer and dryer from costco. It was cheaper if I used the 90 days same as cash at Aarons. First the washer came damaged. I wrote it on the receipt and no word. Finally I called the manager and she was unaware and told me she would take care of it. I was thinking about getting a new refrigerator and she convinced me to buy it so I did. Well The frig is delivered but no replacement to my washer that was damaged and they expect me to pay full price. The delivery driver was nice and told me he would fix the dent. The problem is its is 2 impressions and scratches that can’t be fixed. I finally decided to just let it go and told him not to worry about it. But this will be the last time I ever do business with Aarons. The service is lousy. Delivery drivers are very nice but the overall response is terrible. I have purchased before and my tv and old washer and dryer broke within a few years. Merchandise not good. Also the washer and dryer were advertised with the pedestal drawers and that is not what I got. False advertisement. I will pay both of these items of and never go there again. Really disappointed.
Terrible place they literally do everything backwards. We went in got approved and a delivery date for a washer and dryer. Then 2 days before delivery they need more. So she gives them info now they had a week in and a half to figure this out even though most places is the day of. Then on the delivery date they call and say we are not able to do it do to the information they have. When were just about to email them our pay stubs for verification. But now I am glad because the way that place is ran I don't want them to have my pay stubs. Oh and this is how far approved we got. We put the deposit down that day. To get it back we have to drive back and have them put it back on the card. Usually you do a deposit and it's done but nope not that place.
My husband and i stopped in the store a couple of days ago looking to buy new furniture although we didn't that day we was please to say we had a great experience the worker Daquan showed us different products even went into detail to explain the different features. We were greeted when we walked in and he took the time out to match the best furniture set to our needs he asked alot of questions getting to know us , also gave the best monthly rates possible. Looking forward to renting from there soon.... Thanks Daquan We Appreciate You ....
We would give them a zero if we could we got one washer dryer set front load no one told me about a drain on front that could be clogged and made me feel stupid for calling we downgraded got a top load that was used is not working properly were supposed to be here today between 3 and 8 and was supposed to call no one got a phone call they said they came out no door tag and must have knocked so lightly no one heard it then the store manager called me was rude as he'll basically accusing me of lying I will never deal with them again
Would give it a 0 if I could. They should not say they have same day delivery. I have been given the run around since giving them my money.....So then bed comes.... I have had this bunk bed set 2 days within the 2 days it's broken. My Son slept hasin his Brother's bed last night. I am going to return bunk bed, and GLADLY go to Rent-A-Center. Which I should have just went to in the first place. I will be calling corporate UPDATE Called Corporate and I am returning the bed! I will never rent at Aaron's again nor will I refer anyone.
I had fallen back behind on making payments due to losing my job they eventually had to come pick the game up after trying to track me down for quite a while since I was working so much trying to get back on my feet but when it was time to go get the game system back Tammy was more than amazing handling my account and even kept it good to where all the money I already invested wasn’t going to be lost. Everything is cool with Aaron’s, until I get my phone blown up 4 times a day for the last week, just for them to tell me their system messed up and hasn’t charged tax on my account, my accounts always paid so I kept thinking it was a automated call, but finally call them back and they want my CC information again because their systems have messed up and the 12$ tax their system wasn’t charging is reason to blow up my phone up like It’s my fault. I was heated.
Usually have no problem calling up there to make a payment on the account that has my husband's name on it, called up today to get the payout amount and the woman wouldn't tell me. I was trying to pay off the remaining balance of our agreement, and I have called up before and spoke with other people who have given me the remaining balance without an issue. I'm the one who makes payments on the lease using a debit card in MY NAME anyways.
Please read the reviews, the people at this location are con artists. They lure people in who could benefit from rent to own just to turn them away because of technicalities. I called days ago and spoke to a lady there she was pleasant on the phone so I spent money to uber and pick up my computer. Big mistake, unless you have the luxury of owning a home they do not want you as customers. I will be going elsewhere for my business.
Aarons is full of $$$$ they broke my television and stole parts off of it. I would not recommend this place to nobody go get a air mattress or go to the pawn shop. They have lied about when they would send the missing parts its been since August and its now almost November and still no parts. Why would you remove the base off of a customers paid for item. This is only step one. I'm reporting them to Better Business.
If i could, I would put ZERO STARS.. These people will have you waiting all day & night for your furniture to be delivered... i called the manager & she lied too.. when they delivered. . They didnt have all the pieces & said one of them got damanged...independence ave location is much better.. DO NOT PUT A DEPOSIT DOWN AT THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU HAVE THE PATIENCE TO WAIT 24 HRS FOR A DELIVERY
I wish I could give them more stars, this location has the friendliest most welcoming people! They are always nice, and helpful. I have never felt like someone was actually interested in helping the customer people just want a sale, not at this location! This location has the best people and they want the customer happy! I’d give 15 stars if possible! This is the store you wanna shop at!!
This place pissed me off. I ordered a bedroom set and they didnt even bring all my furniture. so i had to wait an extra day for the rest of it. And then as they were "putting" my bed frame together they scratched it up and broke some of it. And one of the guys was cussing and throwing a fit because they had to come back. I have children so that was very inappropriate.
Their furniture gave my whole house bugs. I've had it for 3 months and couldn't figure out why we got bugs. Well, exterminator came out and said the time lapse for us getting them and getting the furniture was the same. Bug eggs and nests all in it. Therefore they're dirty, don't clean their stuff, go to a different place. Even a different Aaron's. !!!!!!!
The people were really nice, I rented a washer and dryer from them. It went real smooth. The only issue I have is that I was told they had ordered new merchandise for me, but I was actually given the floor model. As long as it works and the guarantee/warranty is active, I'm good. Better communication would have been more ideal, but it worked out okay.
At this moment I am upset with aarons rentals I have been calling and calling since Monday I just received a used washer and dryer from then it is not working at all I have not be able to wash any of my clothes NOTHING ONE WORKER STATED THEY WILL HAVE MGR CALL BACK NEVER GOT A REPLY I WILL NOT PAY FOR SOMETHING I HAVENT EVEN USED YET
Went in Monday to get a refrigerator cause ours went out Sunday morning hoping to have it delivered on Tuesday. The earliest we could get it was one week. Left there went to Rent a Center and got a better fridge (no dents or scratches) to be delivered next day. So don't go to Aaron's if you need fast delivery!
I took my son over to Aaron's we like the store and location close to home the Employee that helped the both of us was very professional and friendly and helpful and respectful i enjoy his attitude i went in these past Saturday my son will be a new customer i am the one that turned him on Aaron's

I have bought about five different furniture items from Aaron’s, bedroom, living room. Easy to deal with and when you set up automatic payment withdrawals for your monthly payments you don’t have to worry about making payments on time and your payments are getting paid.
Love the staff there they are nice and very friendly. I Had an issue with the battery on my laptop i just got from them and they were very quick to fix the issue and now i love the laptop that i have i will keep doing my business with them
I love Aaron's I'm always feel welcomed and I get exactly what I want and I always leave out with the smile on my face the customer service there is wonderful the people treat you real good and I even enjoy my looking around and shopping
All my stuff was stolen. I had theft protection. Called them, they told me they canceled it a year ago. And could not give me a reason why they canceled it. Never deal with this store! They robbed me, just the same as the other did!
Tammi is rude as hell, has no customer service ability. Accused me of giving a wrong phone number to her. When you are trying to talk she would cut you off mid sentence. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never go here for anything.
Rachel is absolutely awful. Will interrupt you and hang up on you. Can not believe she has a job. Turning my furniture back on solely because of her and her attitude. Have complained to Jared three times now.
They have a lot of nice stuff at good prices if you go there you going to find something that you want for your house great service and friendly people working there would recommend to anybody
Waste of time and money. Dont go if you live in an apartment because then you will need the apartment owners to go with you and be on the lease with you to get anything.
