This is the second review I've felt compelled to write about this place.. Firstly, I've come in and all the reception staff have masks under chins (noses and mouths out), which is ironic as they where sitting right next to a sign demanding patients wear a mask... Secondly, the appointment (double ear infection) was an absolute farce as follows: Dr calls me in 20 mins late (fair enough I know there's alot going on obvs). I say "hiya you OK?" he ignored me and doesn't respond in any way whatsoever. Rude. Giving me attitude from the start. Told him about my ears..right one is worse...needs to be syringed as it keeps blocking..its come back three times in four months.. Him "Three times in four months isn't alot" Dismissive...failed to listen "I never said it was..just giving you the facts.." So he takes a look 5 seconds to look in both ears. I counted. Him "They look fine. There's some Inflamation on the right.." "They are not fine. They are leaking yellow fluid. My pillows are soaked with it every night. They need to be syringed.." Him "They don't. There's no wax." Rude.dissmissive.didnt listen "There is wax. I've already told you. I'm pulling loads out daily and I've gone deaf a few times when the right has blocked and its glugging when i use the antibiotic spray which is a block, yes?" "It's responding well to the spray.." "it's come back three times that isn't responding well..." Him with a sarky voice and attitude "so you want me to refer you to the hospital who will tell you the same thing.ok" Me "I never said that..i said they need to be syringed" Him *huffs and shrugs* So I just got up didn't say a word and walked out because I was about to seriously lose my rag. Dismissive, attitude, didn't listen and just plain rude. Complete waste of my time.. This guy needs some serious training on how to be a human with other humans..

This practice is by far the worst I have ever come across and would get a minus score if I could.. The attitude of the reception staff and Lisa the office manager is just horrific. If they worked in a private business none of them would have a job. It's clear none of them know how to deal with the public and quite frankly couldn't care less about the practice's patients. There is zero respect given and they just come across as not giving two hoots about anyone, the patients are an inconvenience and its clear they don't enjoy their work. I had to go into the Dr's last year when I was doubled up in pain with Kidney stones and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a medical setting. I generally try and avoid having to speak to the practice at all costs due to these people but it's impacting my heath now, and after the experience I've had with them.today, no more, I can't bare the drama, I've registered with a new practice and made a formal complaint to NHS England and the Quality Care Commision If you are planning on registering here...run, and run fast. I've already had better interactions with my new Dr's today than I had in the whole 18 months I was a patiant here. It's a real shame because the Dr's themselves are lovely

I'm so disgusted with how the reception ladies speak to people of ethnic minority, especially Muslim people. For many years I have witness them disrespect patients and this time my patience has ran out. I don't know where these people get their training from but this needs to change. when I tried to complain I was left on hold for hours and the receptions manager called Lisa Raby was there. Lisa was extremely rude and put the phone down on me as she failed to answer my questions. I think phone conversations should be recorded to prevent patients getting disrespected over the phone. I said I hope our conversation is recorded and she made it clear it wasn't. This made sense as both ladies were very unprofessional. When I asked for Dr. Lakhani they refused. They need equality and diversity training because the community shouldn't have to deal with this anymore!

Awful GP practice with little if any access to doctors oftentimes. I was given a referral that didn't materialise, and then was reprimanded for trying to get help for two conditions at once when it is extremely difficult to get appointments. I made the case that I would be able to get help for multiple things, and within one week, after 4 years registered there at my current address, I was sent a letter telling me I was no longer in the catchment area of the GP. Its a 20 minute walk away from my house. God help the sick people of Toxteth who have to put up with this sham of a service. People will die because the doctors won't see them. The very work done by this surgery as far as I can tell, is put up barriers to access. And at that task they are unparalleled.

Been trying to get an appointment for 18 months and always told “nothing is available” then they put the phone down. It was like this pre covid. I once waited 3 hours for an appointment to start. Once I was left without my antidepressant for ten days because the dr wouldn’t sign it off nor tell me why. Doctors say one thing to you face then put something entirely different in the notes with no medical basis whatsoever. Awful. I can also see in my notes that i “didn’t attend flu vaccination appointment” which is odd because I’m not eligible for the flue jab nor has an appointment ever been made for one.

Everything on-site and in the building is fine and the doctors/nurses have been excellent. Getting an appointment is a ridiculous game of trial-and-error. The staff have been complaining about 'the system' for at least two years. The website is terrible and the eConsultation system can only be the product of a Conservative government. Lived in London for ten years and, across three practices, never had any problems; I'm a three minute walk from Abercromby Family Practice and I've had to abandon any hope of getting any appointment several times over the two years I've been here.

Most useless Gp I ever seen!!! E-consultation does go through when i put the symptoms my child is currently having. Their phone is always busy until all appointments are gone. When they finally answer is either call 111/walk or call tomorrow morning at 8am (same strory every morning). You can never book appointment in advance. They just dont understand they have duty of care!!!!. They never have emergency slots!! Patients need to start complaining to CQC to they can take an action. Absolutely useless Time to look for a new Gp

Got told no Autism assesment was possible in Liverpool, this was simply a lie or incompetence by the doctor. Have sent emails asking why this was the case and they've never responded. Got referred somewhere, never recieved a call. When we called them they said "oh it should be us calling you" but guess what? You guys never put it on the system (confirmed by yourselves about 20 minutes ago). So that call was never coming. The purpose of this place is to get you out the door ASAP, they don't care at all. Enjoy your hollow wages

Bad treatment ever, the receptionist is rude, they don’t even smile not all of them. Worst GB ever in UK, every time I go for medical treatment my expectations is better treatment as it should be the normal, but what I find there they not even human so don’t bother go there or even register. Don’t waste your time and your health because your health there is not in safe hands.

I was late for an appointment by 2 mins for a vita NHS dermatology appointment. Since the receptionist doesn't work for the same department (but mind you does work for NHS) made me wait an hour, with many requests for her to check for me. But no luck. I don't recommend here for anyone as I believe they are quite lazy at their jobs. Wish I could give a 0 star.

Dr Cristina Baquer Sahun is wonderful, she really tries to help, listen and follow up with me even though the NHS are very over booked and rushed. I have had frustrating and negative experiences with other doctors at this clinic.The issues overall are more that the NHS are understaffed and under funded, very long wait times for referrals.

Can never get appointments to see GP. So its suggested call back for consultation. You continuously call when advised to but cannot get through, when you do get through there's no slots for call backs. You go on the app no appointments available. It's a disgrace trying to get some contact with or from GPS lately.

I've just had to order prescription drugs online as I've been unable to get an appointment for 4 days. The E-consultation is switched off more than its on. However, the doctors are great once you get to see them, though. The entire appointments system needs an urgent overhaul.

Brilliant surgery and doctors. Had problems with my prescriptions that were sorted efficiently. Then required a follow up GP appointment which was booked for me. Really nice GPs. All very professional, would highly recommend.

Mike on reception put the phone down one me when I asked why a client had been turned away, after we had booked to use the Medical rooms. Its very sad that this is representation of this clinic, Very poor customer service.

Cen never get appointment at to see a Dr, every time I call this place at 8am, call won't got through, if dose they are fully booked and ask you to call back the next day and next day is the same story
