Very poor services 1. Gave my wife prescription without signing 2. The nurses couldn't take pap smear from my wife, they promised to send a referral to women's hospital. She waited weeks on end for the referral to no avail. They eventually told her to book another appointment for the pap smear. 3. They promised to give me a call when the details for my referral to the trust was sorted. However they didnt. If I hadn't called in over 2 weeks later I wouldn't have known that the details for my booking has been made ready 10 days prior. This cost me financially and time wise as I could now only book an inconvenient time at the trust. 4. After my wife booked an emergency appointment with them over the phone, on getting to the surgery staff denied that the appointment was booked despite her evidence of the telephone conversation.

Impossible to get an appointment - phone continuously busy, then all appointments taken (will only book for the same day). After describing my problem I was directed to the walk-in centre. After an hour waiting there (Benim did not point out that appointments were available) I was told there was nothing they could do for me - I needed a physiotherapist or an MRI scan, and the walk-in can’t refer me for an appointment. Back to phoning the surgery next day. 150 minutes of busy phone, then no appointments when I got through and a receptionist who really didn’t care about anything except repeatedly saying I needed to call back tomorrow. Strongly recommend you register elsewhere with somewhere competent and responsive.

This is joking centre, no responsibility, irritating reception, since 5 days my boy is suffering from chikenpox and fever emergencies hospital gave some antibiotics and creams but it already finished, hospital told me to take GP appointment for forther treatment ,i talked to GP receptionist and send some pictures and they told me to wait for doctor call but still 2 days no response after 2 day I called them at 8 in the morning and got rude behavior of receptionist and told me there is no any appointment try to call tomorrow.

As a new patient, I was anxious for my appointment. From reception, to Dr Gupta's room, I was put at ease. I attended here for a consultation regarding my Keloid Scar. Dr Gupta was able to agree a treatment plan with myself fitting the appointments round my busy work and social schedule. Since the first consultation I have been back and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Gupta has great knowledge and experience, and this shows when he carries out treatments. Would fully recommend.

Phoned up Monday Tuesday Wednesday. For a phone appointment and was told no appointments till 12th November,, I suffer with fits and seizures. Explained this and was told, no appointments till 12th November. I have chest infection which is giving me coughing fits no sleep. And is causing me too fit and have seizures. I have a welfare officer she was told I would be phoned on a out of hours call well I'm still waiting. 10/11/21

Not really dealt with my mum's GP practice before as another family did but I recently have been and I can only say how amazing they are in calling back and giving appropriate advise.The practice members are all friendly and helpful and spoke to Kelly this morning who is an asset to the practice.She went above and beyond in trying to help me and was so friendly.

If you have a serious problem or want at least a medium level service don’t register with this GP, they don’t accept online booking ,they’ll say call at 8 am and then they don’t answer their phone that time, if u be lucky enough to speak with reception, they say there is no appointments left and finally if u get the appointment u’ll notice it wouldn’t worse it.

I very highly recommend Dr Gupta. He removed a pilar cyst from my scalp within 30minutes of meeting him. Made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the procedure. I always felt as though I was in good hands, Dr Gupta was very well informed and answered any questions I had. Great surgeon who provided an excellent experience for me.

I highly recommend Dr Gupta. I had a scalp cyst removal. I was terrified due to previous experiences relating to cysts on my scalp. However, Dr Gupta put me at ease and explained me everything. He was very professional and reassuring. I can't recommend him more. Thank you Dr Gupta!

We had a phone call from them to take prescription for baby when we turned at the reception she denay didn't call as and I showed her an evidence on my phone that she was calling me again never admitted very rude reception .

You need to train your receptionists to know their job and not giving away papers with online booking systems just because they are lazy to do their job. And people end up without the service they need.so annoying.

I think the receptionists in here are getting paid only for leaving the phone busy and sitting there doing nothing…never could get an appointment, and would never recommend this…This is the worst gp

I got a terrible Dr that rushed me out the door. Terrible service. I am a U.K citizen that got treat badley there unfortunately. I just sat quiet and not said anything best way. I moving.

The reception staff have a bad attitude to patients and don't understand their own policies; being told "that's how it's worked for 12 months". It's not, because it doesn't work.

Horrible surgery no empathy or care ,it should be closed and let competent people who want to help the community provide a better service.

Staff at Benim have been great to me. No complaints. You hear some horror stories out there but I’m proud this is my surgery.
