If I could leave NO stars, I would. We bought a vehicle through Don at the beginning of the pandemic, with our first baby on the way. A Santa Fe that turned out to be worse than a lemon. It left us stranded during the lockdown when it broke down, and it took a ton of convincing to have Able Auto “buy back” the vehicle when we were told there were 5k of repairs needed, which they stiffed us 2k on because, you know, “market value”. We were forced to buy our replacement vehicle through them to try and recoup the money spent when times were tough and, lo and behold, the replacement SUV has been beyond horrendous. We have probably put close to 10k in this vehicle over the last 2 years to keep it running- beyond disgusted at what these clowns call a “business”. Taking advantage of young families, all while talking up how much money he spends when he goes out, his expensive car- disgusted. Do NOT shop here.

Just over 2 weeks ago my fiancé and myself went to see John at Able Auto to purchase a new vehicle. The vehicle we were interested in was a little out of our price range but he found one that was perfect for our family. He was very pleasant and professional. He worked with us for over a week getting approvals and making sure we had the best price. John answered every question and made the whole process easy and affordable. At the time of picking up the vehicle we were informed it would need to come back once sensors came in. Less than a week later he had us bring in the vehicle to install the sensors as well as had a couple other concerns looked at and fixed without questioning anything. I will recommend Able Auto to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They stand by their vehicles and have incredible customer service. Thank you so much John for everything! We love our van!!! The whole experience with these guys were stellar, they truly have customer service down as I've never witnessed they have a great selection of nice used cars. Don and John have definitely won my future business from here on out. I can't truly explain how great of an experience it was from quickly getting everything done to keeping us informed the entire process this truly was the first time ever in my life that we weren't pressured into anything or pressured into buyingssomething different. The vehicle left with a warranty we are definitely recommending able auto to anyone and everyone couldn't be happier

Excellent service!! Quick and easy car sale, as well as amazing customer service! Very easy to deal with compared to other dealerships I had called or visited. I had car troubles on the highway after hours on a Saturday night and I called Johns Cell phone and he was there within 20 minutes to pick me and my kids up, get my car towed back to the shop and give me a loaner car to use to go home out of town. Car was fixed quick and ready to go again by Tuesday morning :) 10/10 would recommend to anyone to buy a car here.

Car purchase made simple, easy and great service! Purchased a new to me Santa Fe, and got a great vehicle at the 4th cheapest listed price in Ontario. Vehicle had an issue with the steering rack, John and Don took care of it. John arranged my financing (which was fair) and went the extra mile to meet me after work hours to take care of the paper work and delivery. It was straight forward and simple, how buying a car should be. I recommend and I will go back.

Being forced to buy a new family vehicle at Christmas is something nobody wants to deal with. John made the experience quick and painless for us. Right from the start, he made us feel like we were his top priority. His communication with us was timely and clear, and he was able to setup a great financing option for us. Both John and Don were very pleasant to deal with. We are so thankful for their help in getting our family a safe vehicle for Christmas!

After being told I was approved, when I arrived they tried to change the deal to a lease with significantly higher payments. This left me feeling a bit of distrust, and coupled with some reviews siting the use of "hot safeties" and not getting dependable responses when things need fixed, it left me feeling a lack of confidence in purchasing. So, buyer beware and do your research.

B.Z. Terrible service. John is very accusatory and rude. They buy cheap cars through auction and hot safety them. Car broke down within three weeks of purchase and they say that it's my fault it won't start? Hello..he sold it to me like that & is refusing to fix the problems... think it's time for the Lemon Law?

So far so good! Went in and bought a 7 seater SUV out right... Was quick, easy and painless... being a long weekend and a little bit of work to the breaks that needs to be done it will get to come home with us Wednesday!! Thanks Able Auto Sales!! 0 Stars if possible. Had an appointment to purchase my dream car, everything was set and ready, they confirmed VIN with my insurance then they sold it to another individual just before i arrived! Completely misleading, unprofessional and unethical business operations. Horrible experience

Had me in a vechile in a matter of days! Went above and beyond to get me financing and into a vechile that was perfect for my family! Would send everyone I know there!

Did not purchase a vechical at this time but they had good selection of suv products to choose from. The guys there are very colorful to converse with.

Had an experience, not a great one. It looks like Don is the person to deal with here. John was about as helpful as an ejection seat on a helicopter.
