I just bought a Nissan rogue from Carloft Kingston and the staff is very friendly and helpful.. I had Craig for my sales person and he was very honest and helpful.. and their finance guy had me approved within 5 minutes… they are all very honest and helpful when trying to find the best vehicle… this is my second vehicle from Carloft and I will be back when it’s time for another vehicle.. thanks so much guys..edit… when this vehicle was purchased I wasn’t told about any accidents come to find out 8 months after I bought it that the whole one side was smashed in air bags went off and all… not happy.. confronted them and all they offered was to have my check engine light checked to see what that was! Have been trying to get ahold of the general manager Kerry and no luck I’m told he’s not in or in meeting number left no return phone call! So advice if you buy from here do your own research on the vehicle!! Cause they don’t even use carfax to research their cars and then when the buyer finds out they won’t do anything about it… I will never buy from these people again!

This was my second experience with Carloft within 6 months as the first vehicle was in an accident. Both experiences were amazing from start to finish. The first vehicle was bought with the help of Craig (I would also give him 5 stars!) and Ryan and this most recent purchase was with Jason and Ryan. All of them went above and beyond to help us find the perfect family vehicle to suit our needs. Ryan essentially worked miracles and got us approved for financing. If you think you cannot afford a vehicle, it is worth having Ryan try. You may be pleasantly surprised. Jason was available for all of our questions and concerns and helped what could be a confusing process, quick and easy. We went to the Napanee, On lot to just look as we I no idea of what we were looking for. When looking around the lot we were not pressured or persuaded to look at a certain vehicle. Ryan ( salesman)let us take our time to look and talk amongst ourselves. Ryan never pressured us. Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are very competitive with the market and this area. Joe ( location manager) was very friendly. Joe took the time with us and made us feel important as he was very busy himself. Joe was very kind to put our vehicle on hold for us as we made our decision. When we decided the next day to purchase it was a 36 hour turn around. This was Amazing as they are/were very busy in there. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to stop in. If they don't have the vehicle you are looking for on the lot Ryan will help you as they have four other lots to choose from. I/we highly recommended shopping with them

I will NEVER recommend Carloft to anyone! Purchased a 2020 vehicle in 2022 from them and have had nothing but issue after issue with the vehicle. Newest one being a tire issue but have had previous engine problems (replaced all spark plugs and fluid injectors (?) after owning the car for less than 3 months). Long story short, they sold me a car with a patched tire without notifying me about it. The patch done was super sketchy too. The mechanic who replaced the patch told me his own personal experience with Carloft and said he had nothing but issues with the vehicle he had. Anytime I’ve contacted Carloft with issues I’m having with the vehicle, it’s been a huge hassle and they’ve been no help at all. I don’t even bother contacting them about issues anymore. Also, I was asked to leave a review multiple times as I was leaving the place with the new vehicle. I hadn’t even owned it for a day. Should’ve seen that as a red flag.

This was my second time dealing with Carloft, and safe to say there will be a third time. Both time’s I was met with friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff. I never felt pressured for the sale, or being pushed towards something that I wasn’t interested in. Jason was super easy to get along with and engaged the entire time. They worked with me and my schedule to get the job done. Ryan the financial team member, did a stellar job working with me, to get me the best deal I could get. He was clear with the paper work and answered any questions that came up. All and all Carloft is a great place to get your first or second car. Sadly after using Napanee Carloft for two previous purchases and recieving the best possible service from them and then going to Kingston for our car purchase we were really disappointed in the treatment we recieved at Kingston Carloft. Felt things were kept from us in regards to ownership transfer and had promises made to us that were not kept and really felt like a number rather than a valued customer or human being for that matter. Really unprofessional salesman who we felt didn't know what he was doing half the time and didn't have the personable approach that he should have. Needs more training in listening skills and attitude towards customers that put their trust in him to be honest and forthcoming. Definitely won't be going back to Carloft Kingston for our next purchase.

So, I'm new in Canada and was worried about affording a car 'cause of my short credit history. But then there's Ben Haggerty from Carloft Kingston – super helpful dude. He somehow sorted out the money stuff, which I thought was impossible. Dealing with Ben was easy-peasy. He made us feel special, no pushing or anything. We purchased a nissan rogue on May 4th beautiful vehicle . Took it off the lot and noticed slight grinding . Take back the next day and the ever so snake of a salesman kurtis says its just new brakes haha. Not even close .we take it back last week of June demand the safety that was done on it from kurtis mouth said it was done the day we purchased at Jim Thompsons Chrysler. In fact it was done in March in Kanata. It had faulty brakes and rotors. And all the snake kurtis said its not in my hands talk to them about it . We also purchased the extended warranty thank God who know what will happen anytime .so if you're purchasing a vechle from him or carloft do you due diligence. Craig was very helpful and trusting when I arrived to inquire about getting a new vehicle, he was very accommodating when test driving the vehicle, so i could bring along my busy girlfreind. Been a terrible experience. Can't get help. Sell warranties that dont cover what they promised. When questioning anything I get talked down to and treated very unfairly as a customer. I have never felt so terrible about a decision I am stuck with. From day 1 it has been nonsense. If you are dealing with kurtis stay far away. Likes to argue and I have asked to speak with the manager countless times to no extent of a call back or anything. Been denied which is very unheard of. Absolutely terrible service and will be going to the BBB. Don't buy the warranty. Get your car looked at by a trusted mechanic before purchase. Stay far away from this place.

From start to finish, i had a fantastic experience with Kurtis from Carloft. He was very nice, knowledgeable, helpful, realistic and most importantly patient with all of me questions and concerns with my 2019 Nissan Murano purchase back in August. He went above and beyond to assist me with getting the best financing rate as well as fixing the minor little dent on the back of the car noted after i already signed papers to purchase the car. I got the keys pretty quickly (4 days) too, considering the added detailing they had done. My car is running great and i am super pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend going to see Kurtis.

I just picked up my second vehicle from Carloft and fourth overall from Jim Thompson group. This time I got a 2016 Cherokee Ltd. I have bought a 2012 Grand Caravan - Used here and a 2010 Grand Caravan - New and 2006 Infiniti G35 Coupe - Used from Jim Thompsons. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I’m a repeat customer. Second truck I have bought there. Isaac and Ryan were great to deal with… they found me the type of truck I was looking for. Picked the truck up Wednesday. It’s great! Only issue is that the tires will need to be replaced very soon. Tread depth is only six…. I brought this up before hand and was told that they replace the tires at four. For being a repeat customer and for the price paid for the truck… in my opinion there should have been better tires put on it. Just doesn’t seem right to have to buy tires within a few months of buying a newer truck.

I really want to leave 0 stars but have to put one. We had 2 appointments with Craig to look at one specific vehicle, and instead of either A) keeping the car in stock here for us to look at and likely purchase or B) call us to tell us it wasn’t in the lot and reschedule for when it would be, he let us come in twice (gathering up our newborn both times, which parents will understand is a feat and a half every time) only to tell us when we got there it wasn’t there and offer us vehicles that did not have what we were looking for. We won’t be back ever.

Avoid like the plague. Bought my suv from these people 9 months ago. Suv had 104,000 km Bought a $3,000 extended warranty thinking I should be covered. Nope… transmission fell out because it was replaced at some point and they didn’t tighten the bolts down. Now my suv is at the Dealership. I am staring down the barrel of a $500-$1000 charge because of course warranty isn’t going to cover everything. Still paying on the suv and don’t know how I am going to get to work. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Our sale guy (Jason) was amazing, very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. Jason also stuck around after his shift to close the sale, Jason also had another vehicle brought in another option we were considering from another lot on very short notice. A little disappointed in the selection available at the lot. We have a large family and there was a very slim availability for mini van's

Stopped in to look at a Subaru posted on the website, but it wasn’t on the lot. Jason had it brought down the next day for me to test drive, I loved the feel and wanted to try another one. They brought one with fewer km down for me to drive. Had a couple dings on it which they took to get fixed up and I was driving it off the lot within the week. Also got a great trade in value for my truck.

Jeremy and Ryan did an amazing job getting us a great car. Service was relaxed and the car was almost perfect (could have used a better wash before we picked it up as there were still bug splats on the bumper and side mirrors). The financing was easy and they provided an honest assessment of other options. A good experience and I would certainly recommend them, but hey, you don't know me.

They were not honest with me, I bought a 2021 Honda CR-V and they charged me more than $2000 as delivery and installation fees, and they did not inform me that there would be a so called delivery and installation fees as if they were delivering it to my house or May be I was buying a new car, how in the wold is that possible on an old car?? Very disappointed
