First off all, when we arrived back to our unit after a couple months while travelling we found the unit next to ours smelt disgusting and of smoke and garbage. We then proceeded to unload our belongings, and valuables . After unloading everything we noticed a disgusting white mold and stains everywhere and that our one box of clothes had been disgustingly touching the mold and smelt awful. We pitched our bag and clothes and took photos of it, seemed as if the unit beside and around us have not been cleaned, nor was ours before moving our stuff in. It was disgusting and I am upset that all our furniture was in such a disgusting unit, we ended up pitching our nice couch and some clothes that we couldn't get the smell off of. Good customer service. However they failed to deposit the money on time while we were away and made it seem like it was difficult and we were the ones who didn't pay on time, when we set it up and told them we were leaving the country for travel and to do etransfers and how to accept them, we even made sure to send the money early while away for their conviencience.

We’ve been using Access Storage at 56 Bongard Avenue for over 30 years which speaks for itself and the service to say the least is impeccable. We recently had some issues with deliveries not being able to access our unit due to snow/ice and Katie went above and beyond her call of duty to accommodate both our needs and our drivers needs. She promptly addressed our concerns and made it her top priority to have snow piles removed for the 18-wheeler that delivers, personally went out and spread salt in front of our unit to ease their access to the point that our driver personally called today to say that they were AMAZING! Thanks Katie, for your exceptional work ethics from both Don and I at Ontario Sunshine Services! Excellent facility and would highly recommend!

I'm familiar with the facilities - have had another unit for years. First time meeting Maria who is friendly, helpful and efficient. I saw 3 empty units which were clean, and all were prepped with pallets in preparation for the day I was to activate my new rental. I very much appreciate the 1 mo. free rental which allows me time to redistribute my property from one unit to the other.

To give Maia and Bill a 5 star review is an understatement. They both went above and beyond in helping me through the process and were able to explain everything so simply and in such a helpful manner, it's not everyday you run into two incredible customer service oriented people. If you're coming to Access Storage, only ask for these two as you won't be disappointed!

I’m really happy with the storage unit I got. I had a wonderful experience with this particular storage facilities at 56 Bongard Ave. Staff are super friendly and helpful. I wanted a storage unit that would fit all the contents of a 1 bedroom. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for! They truly deserve all the stars.

Access storage staff was professional, kind and helpful. The unit was clean upon move in. I gave four stars because my unit was right near a water pipe that would trickle down and if it was windy water would get into my unit. Some of my items got wet and ruined from it and my lock rusted (after 6 months). Other than that everything went smoothly.

I've never used a storage for my car before and thought the process would be daunting. Access Storage Bongard made this super easy! The prices are affordable (full time student) and the people that work there are truly amazing. Respectful, helpful and not only willing but they are happy to help you. I was in a bit of a bind and this location was able to accommodate my needs at the very last minute. Location is secure and the grounds are well kept. Katie is quick to respond to emails and was super helpful anytime I had a problem. If the need arises, I wouldn't hesitate to rent at this location again.

The ladies in the office at Sentinel Storage, Petrolia Park in Red Deer were extremely helpful in getting us a smaller unit once we finally were able to move our son into an apartment. They went above and beyond.
