Honestly quite disappointed with this facility. We signed up being informed that we could be paying for our rental and cash and then they took that away without notice making it difficult to pay on time. Having to pay extra fees most months was quite frustrating or getting someone else to pay online for us making it a hassle. They also operate on a 28-day schedule not a monthly schedule so your payment date changes every month. Very inconvenient, and they charge extra fees after only being 3 days late with the payment. For the price they are charging it is quite reasonable to think that not everybody has that money on hand every single day of the month and that people might need to wait until the end of the week when they get paid. Especially in these trying times. This is really just a way for them to take more money from hard-working people. Then after being with them for a year the price went up and we did not receive a email or a letter saying that it would go up and that is unacceptable. Prices go up annually that is fine but it is not fine to not inform your clientele. The price for a small storage room outdoors without climate control is now almost as much as at dymon storage and there's are bigger with climate control. Would 10 out of 10 not recommend this facility. They used to be much better managed before access storage bought it. Such a shame.

Nothing but problems from moving in day. Showed up at the other location in Orleans to pay because youville has no office. Signed all paperwork went to the youville location to the locker, found the locker had a bunch of garbage inside , light was even busted on the ceiling. Phoned the other office again, they did not even bother to inspect the locker before renting it. Had to wait over 24 hours just to be told they would just transfer me to another locker. We had rented a van to move our stuff in but had to return it and rent for a couple days later when time permitted. Then they started texting me, calling , and emailing me about my bill. So I just started auto payment to stop the harassment. This morning noticed they had charged my card but no explanation as to why, had to phone in again to find out why. We were told it was for the insurance we turned down to use our own. We have had nothing but problems and a run around from the get go. The only reason we are still here is lack of affordable storage. I would recommend looking harder to find other accommodations since access is a big pain to deal with.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. They charge every 4 weeks, not monthly....so that's 1 extra payment per year compared to everywhere else. Randomly they started emailing me an invoice, I asked them why they just started to email it to me and the guy got pissy on the phone with me saying they always did...ummm actually no they didn't. THEN....they changed the entry pad at the gate. I was locked out of my storage unit all weekend. I called and got a hold of someone on Monday, they gave me my entry code. But then about 4 days later, they emailed everyone their codes. So that was about a week after they changed the entry pads. And they sent me 2 emails. I received the code for a unit that doesn't belong to me. I emailed to notify them and of course they didnt respond. The customer service here is the absolute worse!!!

Had to store the contents of my apartment for a year. This was a great option for a lower price (we shopped around). We had no incidences over the year, there was no damage to our property, and we were even updated about the flooding that was happening in Orleans and that our unit would not be affected (we were living out of Ottawa). There were no issues closing our unit or collecting the contents. All in all it was a good experience.

I have had very good experience with the storage management and the site. The storage was very clean, exellent shape, accessible all the time I needed to use and match my requirements. I will recomend to anybody who wants to have well manage and great location storage to consider the access storage at Youville. I would like to thank the storage management for their help and excellent customer service.

Nice and clean location, the office, storage unit and facility at the back was neat and tidy. Great service from Jennifer, she went through all the documents with me and took her time to explain to me how storage works, I appreciate that she was very patiently through all my questions and offered premium service. I would definitely recommend this location, because of Jennifer and her amazing service.

Please be aware there is no after hours monitoring of the site. We had someone park in our designated spot for an entire weekend and had to find somewhere to park our RV when we returned from a trip - the exact reason we pay for storage. After calling the after hours number we were told they would look into it the next business day. Surprise! The car was gone by Monday.

I first rented a unit at this location 3 years ago. Since then I do not go anywhere else. Since the very beginning they have always given an amazing services, this includes the staff and the storage units. Please do not look away from this location. They will always have my first pick if a storage is needed. Last thing is that they are fast! no messing around.

Great deals if you book online. Staff was great and helpful. My only suggestion is to make the overhead doors on the large units (10x25) easier to open. I had a heck of a time ligting them by myself. Other then that it was the perfect place to store my furniture in between moves. Drive up locations made it easier for the movers.

Jennifer is the most professional and organized person, I have met in a long time. For someone so young her maturity in stressful situations is that of someone wise and knowledgeable. I was more than satisfied with my customer service experience. I will definitely be recommending this location to my friends and colleagues.

We had 85% of our home belongings in storage in a 10x30 unit, as we were waiting for our home to be built. the size they suggested was perfect. Controlled entry., and always ready to answer questions, needed copies our our receipts no problems. Really smooth process and no problems with the unit also got 1 month free.

Very clean and spacious storage units. We could enter at any time using our personalized access code. The staff was easy to reach and very friendly. We enjoyed our first month rent-free: this is a great incentive for those feeling the extra costs associated with moving. We highly recommend this location.

I used Access Storage for 20 years or so. I always got good service concerning my questions and my account. The manager went out of his way several times to ensure my unit was locked properly. I did appreciate his persistence because it turned out that he was correct and my unit was not properly locked.

Staff is amazing here. You're able to get things done very easily and get the units you need. They really seem to care and they take their time to make sure you understand everything. Shout out to Luana and Bill for making sure we had an amazing experience at this Access Storage.

Horrible service!! I go in hoping to be in and out within 5 10 minutes but at this location I have waited 45 minutes before seeing someone and not to mention I was the only customer. I have had this happen more then once. I won't get storage from this location again.

I got a lot of insight and help from Jennifer, when I was moving into storage at 1430 Youville Dr. I recommend if you would get storage in Orléans get from Access Storage at 1430 Youville Dr and ask for Jennifer, she is such a delight.

I want to say that Jennifer is the sweetest most wonderful Storage Solutions Expert. You would do well to promote or at least give her a raise or anything that keeps her smiling. When she leaves I am going elsewhere for storage.

First time going in to the locker I had an issue with the access code at the gate, however it was resolved very quicky buy a customer service agent then a manager. I very much appreciated friendly and promt service.

My experience with Access Storage was good. A bit of a challenge to deal with everything online or by phone instead of in person but got it to work in the end.
