Had home insurance for one year through A-Win. No issues until the policy expired. No automatic renewal (zero claims). Tried to contact company to renew and got the run around through a few different people. Last person I talked to said they would look into who was in charge of the policy and get it renewed. Never heard back. Left several messages with no calls back. Zero customer service

I had great experience with this company however the rates where going up not down for me so I decided to go with my company insurance , which saved me more money as it's not cheap to run a truck which I truly love to drive. I have a perfect record, no accidents, no tickets, I think I should have been given a cheaper rate by A-Win

Worst experience ever. Been with them almost five years and finally moving on. Disrespectful and not trustworthy. Doesnt represent the 'customer' and they rather represent themselves. Worst customer service ever. Also, saved almost half of what I used to pay on my insurance with other broker with exact same plan.

So inefficient! My policy expires June 30. I have cancelled it with Aaron Lawrick who is supposed to be the specialist assigned to me.. I have notified him and sent them my SIGNED cancelation form for Them NOT to deduct my payment as I

Don't live up to their time commitments and make excuses when questioned.if it's an impossible task then don't say you will get it done in a time frame and claim being busy. Was a frustrating experience.

Can't get consistent service from them. Always have to deal with someone new. Tried to insure a new vehicle and I get billed twice. Going to start looking for a new broker.

Have been a customer for 5yrs on multiple vehicles, competitive rates, good customer support. Have not had a claim so that would be my only caveat to the 5 star rating.

I have to say I'm not overly impressed since my original broker retired and am at the point where I am currently looking at other brokers.
