Vlad was responsive and courteous in coordinating times. He provided a competitive quote ahead of time and stuck to his word when he executed his work. Despite one guy not showing up, he stepped up and completed the work in timely fashion while taking due care of the items moved and the walls/flooring/etc while leaving my condo. I will be using him again next move. Follow up: About 3 weeks later, Vlad was able to squeeze me in on relatively short notice, handle the rain, and get my stuff back in quickly and efficiently, no damage. He even kept my rickety ikea desk together without dismantling! Happy to recommend him.

Thank you for making our move stress free. Those guys are punctual, efficient and caring. They will go the extra mile for their customer as opposed to some other companies I used in the past. We moved from a 2000 sq.f house and felt like it would be a long and painful process though those guys made it seem easy!!! All our furniture was without a scratch! First of all, the guys were on time. Secondly, they had all the proper equipment such as dollies straps belts stretch tape etc. Thirdly, they paid attention to all the details and were very careful. Fourthly, the truck was clean, which is very important, and that truck has all the equipment to lock your stuff and prevent it from moving during the ride. Overall, that was the most unstressed move in my life. Well done and thanks again!

Moving is so stressful! But these guys actually made it easier for us. They were gentle with my stuff and conscious of the floors. They did everything we asked without as much of a deep sigh! The whole team was awesome and Vlad was so professional. Confirmed time was flexible and I knew what all costs were upfront. No surprises and he went above and beyond. I hired Active Movers ro unload a 26 ft U-Haul. Vlad arrived exactly on scheduled time. His crew unloaded the truck in 2 hours as we agreed before hand. In addition they detached a trailer from the truck and attached it back after unloading with no extra cost. All items were put where we asked, no items were damaged during unloading and no damage to floor and walls. I would definitely hire Active Movers again.

The workers took their sweet time moving one box at a time, of course they are paid by the hour and dont care. When it came time for payment, they just took my card and never told me the cost or anything. I have moved across the province and city to city and these guys were by far the worst.

Excellent and Professional service! They offered the lowest labour rates and truck fees of any mover I called. All furniture was wrappet in blankets to prevent scuffs and scrapes. And the crew worked non stop from start to finish! Will use them again if I ever deide to move again!
