I was a passenger in one of their rental cars. The car was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, burn marks and large water stains on the seat. I could not believe that my friend even took the vehicle but he had been turned down at all the good rental places due to no credit card so with all that stress going place to place he settled for the car. Inflated rates, sensors don't work, and the lady tries to take deposit by saying a scratch wasn't there when it was. TAKE PICS OF ALL THE DAMAGE & SHOW THEM BEFORE YOU LEAVE OR YOU WILL LOSE DEPOSIT. They know if you pay cash or cash app you can't do a claim to get your deposit back. Bad neighborhood and vehicles with mechanical problems. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. You will pay close to $90 a day after taxes and other fees and a $250 deposit that you probably won't get back. Take them to small claims court if you got to. REMEMBER TO LOOK CLOSELY TO ALL DAMAGE CAUSE IF THEY DONT WRITE IT DOWN YOU WILL LOSE DEPOSIT. I used my credit card to help my friend get a car from Hertz that was like brand new. They don't have a website it's a Facebook page & they have many complaints on BBB. Good luck. NO THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW!!! YOU KNOW THE VECHICLES YOU RENT OUT THAT ARE DIRTY WORE OUT CARS WITH MECHANICAL PROBLEMS.

Such a crooked scam artist owner. First, he rented me a grey Nissan altima with no passenger seat, I didnt notice it at first, but the next day I went to go exchange the car and was denied a different car. I was told that there are no refunds so I needed to continue to rent the car for the duration of the contract which was for a week. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, because they returned my deposit in cash that day and wanted to give me a discount for the my next rental. Well, when I went to rent another vehicle, which was a Toyota Corolla, there were damages to the bumper that was zip tied on, the driver rear hubcap was zip tied on and there were multiple malfunctions appearing on the dash, when I seen that I declined wanting to rent the car, but was told "Well we already charged your card, so you must rent the car." In complete confusion as to what I was hearing, i left the location, and disputed the charge with the bank, which was $630 for a 1 week rental mind you. I will be filing a claim in court against these thieves, reporting them to the BBB and sending an inspector to their place of business, which is no larger than a solitary confinement cell, and completely falling apart with roof leaks and visible mold. So unbelievable.

Rented a car for Father's day and drove out of town no problems. Came back a week later rented a car for a week. Had to bring back same day as back seats were flooded with water. Was told window got.left down. Told man specifically I was going out of.town paid for unlimited miles and insurance. Broke down 4 days later and had to have car towed where we found out drain pin was in oil pan and all oil was drained out of car. And engine locked up. Spent an additional 800 to rent truck and car pulley to do the right thing and get car back to them under promises we would be reimbursed. Got home to not be reimbursed. Lied to that manager was out of.town and had to wait 10 days for refund. Was told non of this when spoke to manager the day before. Should have left car there and got me and my 4 children home safely cause they clearly cared nothing about us

Gave me a car to use with low airpressure on all 4 sides of the car. apparently i added a nail to it, complete tire blow out from a "nail" and not dry rotted trash tires. left me 3 am in the morning to tow it and deal with the problem myself threatening to make me pay for it and pay for the tow. he agreed to pay for the tire as long as i dont write a bad review. he gives a second car and same thing, 3 days later the transmission blew, and says i did it. 2 cars in the span of one week with major mechanical problems to begin with wants to charge me and tell me its my fault. absolute clown of a owner with a terrible breath and low braincells

We called to see if they had a car and was told us that he had a Nissan Sentra and quoted us a price. He advised it was on a first come basis. I let him know we were taking a lyft and would be there soon. When we got there he was gone. I called him he said he had an errand and would be back in 30 minutes. It was an hour and a half. When I told him we were there for the Nissan Sentra he asked who told me they had that car. When he saw I was from out of state he refused to rent to me. We had to hire another Lyft to go home, another $25 of my vacation money is gone. I was so angry

THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WITH NO CREDIT CARDS. THEY ARE IN A BAD NEIGHBORHOOD AND RENT TO DOPE DEALERS. MECHANICAL PROBLEMS, NO AIRBAGS, CIG BURNS EVERYWHERE, FLOOD DAMAGE, SENSORS DONT WORK. LOOK ELSEWHERE BECAUSE WHAT YOU PAY FOR A WEEK FOR A CAR THATS BEEN ABUSED YOU CAN RENT FOR A MONTH AT HERTZ, ENTERPRISE, OR AVIS. EVEN THE OFFICE IS DIRTY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

They quoted me 590 for a 3 day economy rental using their insurance. I was told they would be there at 9 am, they didnt show up until 940, my family and I waited in the heat for them. Once we were finally in there the price changed to 665. I've only rented one other time from them and the car they gave us was dirty and smelled like someone dropped a whole bottle of perfume in it. The guy at the counter had a poor disposition the entire time. This is the last time I will ever go to them.

Do not trust this business. It's not BBB accredited. Look at the bad reviews not the good ones that any email can post. I am so glad I read the reviews because I almost wasted my $$$ on this business who has bad reviews and complaints on BBB, Yelp, Trustpilot, & etc. Any rental place that takes cash comes with consequences. You can have a friend or family member go to a good car rental like Enterprise, Avis, or Hertz with a credit card they can add you as a driver and you will save 60%.

I rented a car in GREAT condition for 7 mths and it had no problems what so ever and I even kept it up by coming in for the oil changes when asked to. Gun Smoke is very helpful and even worked with me when I couldnt make my payments on time. Also caught a flat tire going over the skyway bridge and soon as i called he made sure I had another tire at the office waiting!! Great customer service and Will DEFINITELY recommend !!

They are always available and open late. There's was times where I didn't put enough gas in or return the car back as clean as I received it. They still gave me back the full deposit with out any issues... Just don't smoke in the vehicles. There's signs everywhere, and I witness someone paying for it lol, it's kinda funny!!

Pros: You don't need any verification or credit card to rent a car. This place is great for dope boys. Cons: There cars are over priced and customer service sucks. It cost me $189 for an economy size vehicle for 2 days. And I am still waiting to get my deposit back Monday will be 1 week since I dropped off vehicle.

This place is horrible with a capital H ! Car was dingy dirty and horrible and told me that’s all they have. Also the TAG WAS EXPIRED ! On top of THEY HIT A KILL SWITCH ON THE CAR for being 30 min late and left me stranded
