Let me first start with the answer that you're looking for, YES, Advanced Manual Therapy Institute will make you feel better. Before coming here I had been going to Chiropractors for over 20 years because of a badly injured neck and back, but while they were good for temporary relief they never fixed the problem, and the back pain and migraines would always come back. It had gotten so bad that I had not been able to sleep through the night for six months without moving onto my recliner at around 3 or 4 am almost every night. Even buying a new mattress didn't help. Then recently I changed pain management doctors and they told me to stop going to the Chiropractor because of some complications that were developing and to start going to A.M.T. instead. When I first went there, I didn't know what to expect, after all, I was sold on Chiropractic, but I very quickly realized that A.M.T. was the place that I actually needed to be. Everyone there, Josephine, Eisha, J, and Mike, are absolutely awesome, and a real pleasure to work with. They really know what they are doing and they accomplished more in a few weeks than Chiropractic did in 20 years. Josephine, my PT, is a magician with dry needle therapy and she really knows how to target right onto what is needed with the physical therapy to fix the problem, and Eisha is a master of soft tissue and deep tissue therapy. The one-two combo of Josephine and Eisha took me from not even being able to look over my shoulders when driving, ( I got really good at using my mirrors), to having full mobility in my neck in just a few weeks, something I had not been able to do for a few years. I now sleep through the night almost every night without waking up in pain, and I no longer feel exhausted every day. They always maintain a very positive atmosphere because they know their clients are usually in pain and they are very good at motivating you to do what is necessary to get better. So circling back to the beginning of this review, if you are looking for a recommendation on whether you should come to A.M.T. Institute to get yourself better, the answer is a very easy YES.

If you're looking for an Occupational Therapist or a Physical Therapist, Advanced Manual Therapy Institute is who you should call. I have been working with Amy and Mike for the past year since my brain tumor diagnosis. After the brain surgery my right side was left weak together with a loss of feeling. Amy and Mike are wonderful to work with. Their staff project the caring values Amy and Mike exhibit. The atmosphere is positive, the staff cares about you and encourages you to strive to reach your best. They have helped me tremendously and I can’t thank them enough for helping me through this difficult time. Before finding Advanced Manual Therapy, I worked with a couple other facilities in Las Vegas. Those facilities don’t compare to the care I received with Amy, Mike, and Staff. At Advanced Manual Therapy you receive one-on-one care with the same provider. The other facilities I worked with, it was a different provider each time. I have visited several places for physical therapy because I move a lot. AMT has become my favorite place to get the treatment I need. I needed dry needle therapy and was very nervous about the procedure but Nick has such great bed side manners he put all my concerns to rest and was very mindful with making me feel comfortable. The entire team at the Cheyenne location is great. Sierra is very kind natured and Julian brings such great, positive vibes to the environment and is an excellent masseuse! This adds to the entire experience. I have since began to feel like the treatment I receive there is truly working for me. Word of caution, if Nick takes a vacation and you need dry needling, wait until he returns!! I was seen by Jody, (she is typically at a different location) when he was gone and she seemed so rushed and was quite rough, not to mention she isn't very personable... Or maybe I'm just spoiled because the regular team at Cheyenne is so great on their own, you can totally sense a different vibe when she was there.‍♀️

MIRACLE WORKERS!!!! 2 months ago, I was wearing a cervical collar & custom-fitted back brace. I was facing serious multi-level cervical spinal surgery. Emotionally, I was torn apart. I have had fibromyalgia for over 11 years. My pain level was above 10 with pain medications. I was unable to function. In addition, I was against physical therapy due to many prior negative experiences. I felt that I was forced to go by my neurologist. Was I wrong!!!! I put my life in the hands of the good doctors, massage therapists, & physical therapists of Advanced Manual Therapy Institute. THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!! I know longer wear a cervical collar, and, use the brace as needed. My pain level has decreased dramatically. The warm, caring, compassionate, & understanding environment means so very much. The positiveness keeps you motivated, no matter the challenges that we face. THIS IS THE ONLY PHYSICAL THERAPY ESTABLISHMENT THAT I TRUST!!!!

Before I came to Advanced Manual Therapy Institute (AMT), my life was at a standstill. Even walking was extremely painful and difficult. When I began physical and occupational therapy, my pain level was between 6-8 on a scale of 10 (with 10 being the worst pain). I had nerve pain shooting down my leg in addition to pain in my lower back, neck and shoulders. The first few weeks were really painful. But since I have had the opportunity to work with the incredible team at AMT, I have been able to take my life back. The Occupational Therapist, Marquese, and the Physical Therapists, Isha and Gio, have worked with me until my pain level was able to come down to a 1-2. The entire staff is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I am forever grateful and can't recommend AMT enough.

Place sucks I weigh 100 lbs and they didn't wanna have to pick me up or work with me.. what happens to people trying to get back on their feet that weigh more then 100 lbs lmao.. Not to mention a huge gym had one patient at a time.. what a joke.. the wheelchair in the pic is completely misleading the rickshaw had dust on it give me that for my gift for this review hahaha THE SIGN IN THE OFFICE SAYS LEAVE A REVIEW TO RECEIVE A FREE GIFT!!!! This is my 2nd therapy session with them in the past two years. Extremely knowledgable, helpful, and friendly staff. Scheduling is always easy with ample slots to accomodate my schedule. The therapist Wes is amazing in performing trigger point dry needling, which helped me greatly with my chronic shoulder pain. The staff there truly wants you to get better, and the exercises they show me in combination with trigger point needling certainly made me more functional. (This is NOT the usual PT place where they just watch you exercise for an hour!) They really help you get better. I highly recommend AMT.

These people do it all! Expert evaluation, heat and deep tissue massage, dry needling (if you don’t know what that is, Find Out)(its the best) they teach you how to stretch your problem areas to release pain and tension. Then of course the specifically designed and overseen by more than one physical therapist exercise programs, designed to focus on strengthening your areas of need. Overall the most comprehensive care You could ask for. The Staff are all versed on your care and work cohesively to the overall goal of your recovery. (and they’re a great group of friendly people also)

I'm from out of town, but I was so kinked up I had to go around insurance and found these guys online. The price cannot be beat! This was a full dry needling treatment, including pre and post treatment. $50... I am feeling great 24 hours after, but needed a lot of water...def. sore, but the right kind of sore. I am scheduled to go in tomorrow afternoon to get another bad area. I was blown away at how much better I'm feeling already...Looking forward to tomorrow. I'll be good as new in a few days. Give this place a shot if you need immediate attention...I was very satisfied.

This is the best and most knowledgeable PT office that I've ever gone to. My Mom came after Rotator Cuff Surgery, and my Daughter after ACL surgery and I come for strengthening of my quads and lower back and I will never go anywhere else. Mike and Weston are always there to explain from a clinical stand point and the staff are all kind and professional.Their New location on Cheyenne is bright with the latest equipment. I truly look forward to my appointments and the simple fact that I'm feeling so much better makes me want to work even harder!!

Love it here! I've been to multiple physical therapy places over the years and have never been treated as well as here or left feeling as great! Weston is such an AWESOME Therapist and really cares about his patients– always makes us feel comfortable and confident in the care we are receiving, and gives the BEST massage! AMT is AWESOME! I went to them for a few months after being in a car accident and they were amazing. All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming, I always felt better after my PT sessions. Clean, current equipment in good working order & condition, professional & friendly staff actually knows how to operate equipment. They even adjust them all to fit each person!! (At most places you're lucky if they even know how). I've seen a few of these places and this one is TOP NOTCH, A+++!!!

I just wanted to let everyone know that this is the best place to go if you need Physical Therapy. I went first for my left shoulder and they fixed me up. I had to return to get my right shoulder worked on after I had surgery. YOU ALL ARE THE BEST.
