Everyone is so nice and always very professional. The therapists always take the time, even when it’s super busy, to answer questions or go over things that I might not be able to understand. They always ask if they can touch me, which is awesome for a person with ptsd. Also they give demonstrations of the exercises they are having you do, so you do it right. And the best thing, in my opinion, is that they always call me by name and they seem to really care about how I’m feeling. They are very flexible and work with my schedule for appointments and don’t make me feel weird if I have to reschedule. The girls in the front are always so sweet and always laughing and happy. I’m glad I was referred to Lyons. The whole staff is so awesome, and more importantly you can tell they have actual knowledge of their craft and I feel super comfortable with them treating me!

I wanted to express that this is the second time I have come for different therapy needs. The first one they help me so much to learn how to walk again and move my arm. The current therapy is going outstanding with Dr John and the rest of the staff. Every one is very knowledgeable and flexible with any schedule. Hablan español. Solo hablé con Blanca. This is by far better then chiropractor, all they do is collect money to put you in a bed and adjust. Without any physical therapy till the end. Physical therapy is better by strengthening and using your muscles instead of just not using them at all even a simple stretch goes a long way.

can't say enough about the staff at Lyons therapy from knowledge, patience and commitment to helping patients the staff as a whole is great . When I had serious car crash it was scary. Anyone who has struggled with a accident knows how you loose hope of ever being well and moving without pain in simple day to day tasks, not to mention the recreational activities you once enjoyed. Lions therapy truly helped me. When it does flare up they reassures me and helps me get back on track. My goal is to strengthen my back, reduce pain and pain medication and avoid Surgery

I had never been to a physical therapist before and didn't know what to expect. The results have been amazing to say the least! At one point the pain from my car accident was so bad I could barely walk but I am happy to say the treatment I received from Dr. Lyons worked! The entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, and patient with their patients. From the nice ladies at the front desk, to Josy( who is an incredible technician) and Melissa (also incredible) I highly recommend them, appreciate them, and thank them for all they've done for me!

5/5 hands down. The staff at Lyons is always very helpful. The receptionists are very attentive and responsive. The pt assistants are spot on with the exercises we work on. They actually remember my specific needs without even checking the file which tells me they listen and care about my therapy. The doctors themselves are really great, and Dr. Colton is top notch when it comes to physical therapy knowledge. He explains everything so that I understand the therapy treatment and keeps me percent in the loop. Thanks guys!

The whole team is fantastic! Danny, Colton and Kylee are always so helpful and caring. Multitasking with all the patients and making sure we are doing our exercises and stretching correctly. They are always on time and take the time to ask and listen how we are feeling before and after treatment. I appreciate this team and highly recommend them! Huge plus that they are open until 6pm certain days so I don’t have to take time off, I can just come right after work.

I had thee absolute best experience with this group of people. They did nothing but make me feel more than welcome and comfortable. Any need I had, they met! Very friendly & helpful front office staff. Making appointments & check-in is very easy and quick. My physical therapist, Melissa is phenomenal!! She is very knowledgeable and thorough. Day one, she gave me great advice, that helped immediately. Melissa seems very caring, tailoring treatment to the specifi individual. She is very personable and patient. I look forward to my sessions, because I feel improvement after each session.

John Lyons PT is a nicely ran business and they genuinely care about you and your health. This was the first time I ever needed PT; his staff is awesome! They are timely and professional always listening to your concerns and coming up with solutions. Tore my ACL in February 2021 and went here for pre surgery physical therapy and then continued to use this specific place post surgery. The staff are great really friendly and helpful. My physical therapist has been awesome. Explaining every exercise, what we’re targeting and why. Would highly recommend coming here! They also work well with workmans comp if you have need for that like I did!

I’ve been coming to Lyons Physical Therapy for the past month. From the first day I walked in the ladies at the front desk are informative, kind and sweet. My physical therapist Josey is the best and she’s knows her sports. I don’t remember the lady name that massage me, but she’s amazing and funny. I’ve been coming to Lyons for over 6 months and I’ve had a great experience. The staff is professional and friendly, the space is clean and they’re very flexible with scheduling and hours which I really REALLY appreciate. This place is great they care and check up on their patients and help you with any problems you have, if it’s too hard they will lower down the effort you have to do for any exercise. They care for the patients in the way that if you don’t show up they notice and will keep note and make sure you’re fine. People here are very friendly and helpful.

Staff was pretty friendly but looking at the bill vs services rendered i can not help but to feel like these things do not add up. I will not visit this place again ever. I will not recommend them to anyone not looking to spend thousands on home remedies in a mediocre facility. Im dissappointed and very unsatisfied with this entire situation.

Lyons physical therapy has been there for my treatment in all my accidents. They really know how to make me feel better. The girls in the front are so amazing and are always working with my schedule. The PTA Danny is amazing. They are all really cool people.

Originally, I was in a car accident while seeking care I had a bad chiropractic experience and I was back to work within four-5 weeks after coming here. I also exercised a lot outside of therapy but I'll still give them five stars for staff and service.
