Suarez physical therapy on Durango is absolutely amazing best in centinial hills and possibly Nevada. was injured last year in car accident with severe neck & back pain came here and my back pain has dropped down enormously . Though I struggle badly with my neck on the other hand about oct 2021 began to fill unbelievable stiffness never before felt this kind of pain feels like a non ending wisdom throbbing toothache but a bit worsemy neck has extremely tight muscles like stiff electric cables ready to snap as it feels & everyday I suffer so badly from this. But upon coming to suarez the front desk staff here are very professional A+ and kind.jamesA+ is the best stretcher in my book and really down to earth actually the whole staff here at Suarez Durango are down to earth amazing individuals.the massage lady & male A+ is incredible with finding knots and tension & will correct you if surgery is not needed. extremely professionals they really know there job really well.there's another kind woman A+ also is really amazing helps kids get better and everything. there great here I'm so sorry I'm so bad with names I' really struggle badly with memory loss & last but least Katrina who runs it the genius is what I call her she gave me the needle treatment and spine stretcher machine for my neck wallah✨ it was like magic for me. my stiff neck finally cracked a little it was unbelievable feeling for me felt amazing although it still hurts badly but it's a start neck has been so tight & keeps getting tighter would not attempt to crack infact I have to turn my whole body while turning neck until she did this amazing deed she is amazing and very professional and down to earth and really knows her job she gets a A+ good job Durango cooperate for hiring her extremely great decision but one mistake she deserves a raise. treatments has gotten my back pain down enormously feel so much pressure relief while connected To machine Just sucks when I have to get off wish I could sleep at home with machine pulling my neck apart helps so much. so yes if your injured or need therapy this is A+rated facility on Durango. Just called to ask questions and set my daughter up for treatment based on insurance stating they are in network. The officer manager, Mariam, is who answered. Obviously I’m a rush to hurry me off the phone and give me the info she wanted me to have vs answer the questions I had ie: I asked if they provided a specific type of therapy recommended by my daughter’s doctor as my insurance said they are the only people in network that offers it, she was more concerned with cutting me off every time I spoke to tell me she only wanted the doctor to send her a referral so they could decide if they felt that therapy was necessary, etc. When I asked her to please not cut me off and stated “ok well I’m going to ask my question again because you keep cutting me off and aren’t answering my question..” she said “ok, you have a good day” then hung up. Needless to say, I wouldn’t trust this office with the care of my child and her health if I can’t even get her to communicate in a healthy way over the phone to establish care.

In the waiting room, two employees were very rude. One therapist employee acts and stares at individuals like he wants to fight them. Tall, fat, Hispanic employee. 01/06/23, around 3pm this employee was working with a young patient and making her scream and cry in fear of him to a point where she had a hard time breathing. Literally everyone in the facility had a worried look for the child. All that therapist says to the child is, " why are you yelling at me?" Wow that's how you treat young children. What type of therapist is that? Don't go to this facility. Second employee at the front desk, sitting in the corner likes to hide and avoid providing PR. Young girl just Ignores and just sits and stares at the computer. The other employee sitting in the front desk where you check in is very professional and greets everyone entering and leaving. These two employees mentioned above, makes going to Suarez pt very unprofessional and unpleasant to get therapy.

I came in with cervical and shoulder pain, limited mobility and right sided weakness. Now I am doing way better and almost to my goal. I love the therapy sessions I have had with them. The staff members at this location are awesome. They are very flexible with scheduling appointments. All equipment used are sanitized properly and frequently between each patient. I have no complaints for this location. I would definitely recommend to others. The session with the message therapist helps out a lot especially after doing physical therapy sessions. Front desk staff are very helpful and always nice. I love how all the physical therapist are friendly and communicate with each other about how certain patients like to go about their routine.

Suarez Physical Therapy @ Centennial Hills (located off Durango) is definitely 5 Stars! Went for PT at this location for nearly 5 mo after an injury, then an unrelated surgery. The Physical Therapists & PT Techs were all outstanding! All were extremely knowledgeable & willing to try different therapies for best results! The massage therapists were well trained, too, & able to target trouble spots, which reduced pain level, too, along with the PT. Also, the front desk staff were always helpful & friendly & great on making appointment reminder calls. It starts an appointment well when we patients are welcomed by name! The Admin Desk/Reception Desk rocks! Thanks to all of you!

I just started therapy at the office on Cimarron. What an amazing clinic they have. I have been to many Physical therapy clinics in the past but none of them rivaled this office. The staff was very professional from the time I entered the office until I left. I saw equipment I’d never seen in any of the other clinics. The plan they started on me has already kicked in. I’m sore, but in a good way. I can already feel some improvement. The office is new and beautiful. Very clean. The therapists were very cautious, I’ve had too many falls already. I look forward to my next visit. I’m very hopeful they are on the right track of relieving the pain I have. But no pain, no gain.

Current employee there and I have to say it's been an amazing experience working with all my coworkers. All of the physical therapist, physical therapist assistant, and Techs are very knowledgeable and amazing at what they do. Especially with our pediatric patients. They have made me feel at home whenever I am here. Never a dull moment. Love all of our patients and the amazing atmosphere when they are in the office. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PHYSICAL THERAPIST OFFICE! I know for a fact that if there is any time I need a PT office I already my place to go :D

Love this place! The entire staff is amazing and fun! 10/10 recommend! I’m not just saying this for the free flask *wink* no but seriously. The whole staff is super chill easy going and great to be around! Just got discharged today for a back injury that literally crippled me and I’m feeling great might go rip up a tree stump or maybe fight a bear! No not really…. Idk all I’m saying is these guys are pretty rad, I feel great and you should want to as well so see these guys.

This is a wonderful physical therapy office. I just finished my treatment here and could not be happier with the results. They did a great job with my evaluation and creating a treatment plan. The front office staff is always so friendly and helpful, in person and on the phone. Both PTs and al PTAs I met and worked with were great. If I needed PT again, I’d definitely request this office again through my insurance.

I had to recently switch physical therapy offices and it was my first time through Suarez Physical Therapy and I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere when I walked in was very family oriented and they made me feel at home. Their service’s are 10/10 and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Big shoutout to every individual at that office that’s helping me through my recovering journey!

From the handful of times that i have worked at the Centennial location I have loved working here and love the energy and how everybody is with all the patients that we get. All locations are amazing and the energy and dedication all the PTs, PTA, and Techs put into their job is amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. This is the place to heal! Mr Suarez and his team are dedicated to their clients’ recovery. They are patient, thorough and the environment supports the goals. They handled my non-surgical issue so well that I knew they were the right ones for my post-surgical care. They also work well with children. If physical therapy has been recommended, then I recommend Suarez Physical Therapy.

I broke my wrist at the beginning of 2020. Edwin and his team got me as close to back to normal as possible. They are compassionate and knowledgeable. The office was easy to communicate with and set my schedule. I felt safe with the level of precautions they took to keep everything sanitized. Overall I would highly recommend them if you are in need of physical therapy.

Suarez has the best people to help in relieving any pain you may have.. Jon, James, and Kathleen are friendly, professional, and encourage you during appointments. The front desk staff remember your name, are good at reminding and scheduling appointments and also very friendly. I had a work related injury. When I started at Suarez PT I had a lot of work to do. They took care of everything. I feel reall great about the progress that has been made. Suarez Physical Therapy has very friendly staff. Front office and clinicians are always attentive. The front desk girls are very courteous and caring. The clinical staff goes beyond in making you feel comfortable but at the same time, pushing you to reach your goals. The facility is very clean, well taken care of.

The facility at N Durango has an exceptional crew, each with experience and knowledge for the necessary physical therapy. They have an assortment of different equipments and every PT knows what to do with each patient. And most importantly they have been able to accommodate the days and times asked for.

Jon and James run an excellent office! All the staff is friendly, helpful, and competent. Jon always made me feel comfortable and answered questions I had. I’m happy I came here and now have feasible long-term care (with stretches and exercises to perform at home.), as opposed to a quick fix. Thanks!

The staff is great, very friendly. While I only had a minor issue the physical therapist focused equally with all patients regardless of severity of your reason for having therapy. I would recommend using this office if you require physical therapy.
