Rob and I want to tell you how absolutely fabulous you were to work with. We’ve never had an easier trip, in that we did not have to worry about one thing and anything we needed to know you had already filled us in on. You listened extremely well to what we were looking for and put us in the absolutely perfect resort! Secrets Cap Cana is top class and beautiful. We did not want to leave and four nights was just not enough. Next time we will stay at least a week. We will have a swim out room again as that was new to us and we 100% loved it. We may invite friends next time, but would also go again just the two of us. The food was absolutely incredible. After visiting a different property in Punta Cana about six years ago we just had the impression that the food was not good in Punta Cana. Wow were we wrong! TJ with Adventure Book Travel is the most organized, on top of it, travel agent there is! She has been crucial to securing the best rates, helping coordinate changing bookings with pandemic and really helped us use all of our travel credits from a previous trip! When we forgot our luggage at home and came very close to missing a flight, she was available within minutes and had worked out a back up plan immediately. When we had a COVID scare that also jeopardized our ability to keep a trip, she was quick to let us know our options and was great at staying in touch. I'm a little late sharing this review but TJ assisted in planning our first European trip last year! This trip was originally planned for 2020, but was delayed due to COVID. She was AMAZING in making sure we had the travel insurance on board so we could utilize credits from that trip to this trip. My husband and I were going solo and she made sure we had all of the documents in place before leaving! It's always nice to have another set of eyes and opinion, esp when it came to booking our hotels! Will not do another trip without help from a travel advisor (specifically TJ!!) Additionally, she has helped us plan our 2023 European cruise! We are SO EXCITED!!
