I went through the front doors at alberta ebike aka rocky mountain honda a complete ebike newb,lucky for me the sales guys Logan and Dorian had the patience and knowledge to bring me up to speed on ebikes.A few days later i went back and bought my first ebike and Logan did a bang up job fitting my new ebike to fit me.The other day i stoped by the shop for a high rise stem{to bring my handle bars up and make it a more comfortable ride}and unexpectedly bought studded tires for my fat bike without an appointment Justine the service manager had Thomas their mechanic install the stem and tires on my bike while i waited Thomas had my bike ready to go right away the only problem was how to get my old tires home when Bruce the parts guy went way above his duties and offered to drop off my tires to my place on his way home from work!!!Where else can you get that kind of service besides no where I will remember all those kind deeds and shop no where else but at alberta ebikes.

Awesome service from the staff including Ash, Jason and Mike! They have a great selection of ebikes. I purchased two bikes and after just one day on the bike trails in Fish Creek, my back wheel developed a wobble for some unexplained reason. There were no jumps or bumps, but at the end of the day, the back wheel had loose spokes and a wobble. I took it back and they hadn't seen anything like it before and no one could figure out why or how it happened. Anyway, they changed the wheel at no cost. We love our bikes and would highly recommend Alberta E-Bikes at Rocky Mountain Honda Powerhouse in Midnapore. Quality products and quality service!

This place is absolutely great! We brought 2 ebikes from other dealers (online) and they arrived with minor problems. Nicolas in service did a great job on both bikes! Nicolas even spoke with the Rize dealer and managed to figure out the problem, get the part from Rize and correct the issue. He was very professional and did a great job. Both bikes are working perfectly. We also bought a lock and Dorian in sales was also really good as well! I would truly recommend this ebike shop for everyone, even if you have not bought your bike from them!

AlbertsEbikes shows why a motorbike shop is a great place to buy a ebike. They are knowledgeable and appreciate what the ebikes are capable of. Traditional bike shops were late to accept ebikes, and when they did it was more for the cash than a love of ebikes. AEB was far ahead of the curve in bringing in Bulls ebikes from Germany 7 years ago. We enjoyed our purchase and test ride with Dorian.
