"We shop at this store weekly and it's hit or miss"
"Very difficult for infrequent (or passing through) patrons to understand the floor layout - hard to find staff for help and the ones that answer give such vague responses ("It's in the Dairy section" - yes, I know cream cheese is in the Dairy section but where is the Dairy section? Why no numbers for the aisles?) The Antone's Po-Boy was a disaster"
"I had went shopping one day and the way they treat there employees is very unprofessional and very disrespectful and the manager is very disrespectful and rude and the restroom a very very disgusting the sink full on black stuff and the floor are very dirty and the stall have very inappropriate writing on them and the product are everywhere is very disorganized especially the food area it very confusing and I found a moldy bread but my experience is not the only bad experience I even had family members be disrespected from a general merchandise manager she is very rude and don’t know how to act professional and at night there are boxes everywhere I had an incident where I almost had fallen over and I’m 8 months pregnant I couldn’t get the product due to boxes in my way I will have to look everywhere for some to move the box’s"
"I went into this location to pick up three items I arrived at the register placed my items on the belt when it was my turn I stepped in front of the cashier as normal he didn’t say a word neither did the other young man that was bagging I have never been to a store where the cashiers don’t greet you when i say silence of the lambs I mean silence I paid for my items grabbed my bag and proceeded to walk off and then the next customer a white lady was standing in the exact same spot that i was was greeted with a whole conversation smh we have to do better this was one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had I will take my business somewhere else hell at least greet the customer It doesn’t cost you a thing to be nice"
"5/13/23 Came to pick up and corsage order I had placed and paid for a week prior to mother's day"
We shop at this store weekly and it's hit or miss. For the most part, it's well stocked and has what we need. The real issue is with the employees. One of the cashiers, Emma, always has an attitude. If you looked up the word "miserable' in the dictionary, you would see her face and wouldn't need to read the definition. We were checking out yesterday afternoon and had unknowingly picked her lane. Like always, no "hello" or "how are you". Just a frowning face, she doesn't even look up at customers and smile. Then, one of the managers came over and asked her "Why do you still look mad?" She stopped scanning our groceries, so she could swear and rant about a customer, to this manager. So you have an employee ranting and cussing about a customer, in front of other customers. I understand customer service can be frustrating but that's ridiculous. If you need a break or a moment to rant, go into the back. She's just obnoxious. Also, the people who bag the groceries need some training. I worked at a grocery store and had to watch a video on how to properly bag groceries, so food items wouldn't get squashed. I know the training exists. Do a little better.
Very difficult for infrequent (or passing through) patrons to understand the floor layout - hard to find staff for help and the ones that answer give such vague responses ("It's in the Dairy section" - yes, I know cream cheese is in the Dairy section but where is the Dairy section? Why no numbers for the aisles?) The Antone's Po-Boy was a disaster. As a Houstonian, I resent the experience that this store provided for a weekday lunch - no cheese and very dry (sell date?). The Produce section was above average in content but well below average in "biologique" offerings. The absence of national chain products for milk substitutes was disconcerting. The Deli section was well staffed and well stocked but not for gourmet imported cheeses. The Sushi section was basically to check off the also-ran line item. It is easy to understand the rules of critical mass for survival in the competitive groceries market. It is easy understand why Albertsons has had to retreat from so many rapidly growing 'burbs but still clinging to legacy zones.

5/13/23 Came to pick up and corsage order I had placed and paid for a week prior to mother's day. The very rude floral manager Bianca one order was wrong and then had an attitude because she had to fix it. Told me to come back in 3 hours or I can just take what she already did and walked out the store. Mind you there was a different in the pricing for what I received and what I paid for. Then she was very rude and disrespecting the older lady that works in the floral department who did nothing but help me out from the beginning. She should be the manager not the rude one.
Their bathroom is under construction and they won’t let anyone use the staff bathroom, which is ridiculous. I’ve been shopping here for ten years and had just paid for $300 worth of groceries, which you think would get you into the bathroom as a courtesy. They said the customers were making it too messy. That’s when you have someone clean it and you make it work until you have your usual set up fixed. So inconsiderate considering I let them know I really needed the facilities after a long shopping trip in their store giving them my business…
I like this Albertsons a lot. My review is specifically for the order online & pick up grocery service. I ordered my groceries on the app, when I went to pick them up it all looked fine at first glance. When I got home I realized a handful of items were wrong. I got yogurt, instead of getting small individual sized yogurt cups I got huge quart sized ones. There were a few items like that where I got a completely different item than what I ordered. Next time I will check it all before I leave the store.
Had trouble buying gift cards here before but figured I’d try again. Bought 2 and put over 100 dollars on each. Opened the packaging the gift cards were in, in front of the manager at the time of purchase and there was a 25 dollar gift card in each one. The receipt even said card not found and the manager literally told me it wasn’t her problem and would not make it right. I’m out a few hundred dollars even though the manager saw she sold me an incorrect/ faulty item. Keep it classy Albertsons!!!
I went there for some Labor Day groceries. As soon as I walked in I noticed this beautiful tumbler at the in store Starbucks. I also purchased their delicious guacamole and 7 layered dip. I purchased some delicious corn tortillas, soft drinks, chips, hot links and festive cup cakes. Our checker was so nice, friendly and polite. I will go back when I'm in the area.
I like this Albertsons it's nice, neat, clean and the staff is very friendly, They'll help you even if they don't know where the stuff is at but they don't lie. You can find whatever you need for your food shopping needs. Customers are very helpful and friendly, some of them know where things are at better than the staff.
Shopping experience is decent, Albertsons app provides some nice savings, and the employees at this location are typically friendly and competent. Downside happens if you have to deal with management. Myself, my wife and friends of ours have all had negative experiences with the management at this store.
Manager on duty was rude. When I approached customer service she walked off said closed. Went to self check out she ignored me and the employee next to me. I have shopped here since they opened and the staff is always helpful and attentive to your needs. Hope I never need to deal with her in the future.
I like the bakery and the produce sections. But man, this store is SMELLY. Like over-ripe seafood and near-rotten meat. Not just once, but EVERY time I have shopped there. I almost threw up when I walked in there earlier this week. Very off-putting. Please do something about the funk.
This is my first choice for grocery shopping. Best produce and meats of all the major grocery stores. The app gives added savings to your shopping. Great selection of flowers especially Orchids. I would recommend this store to anyone. Cheers, Todd Z.
Just did a late night grocery run. I wanted mention the young men that were working the cash register and bagging. They were very kind and it’s refreshing to see smiles that late at night. Great experience, those kids don’t get enough recognition.
I have been shopping at this store since high School in the 90's and the service is still in the same. The staff is impeccably awesome and on my Birthday today the Starbucks staff inside made my day and I will continue to spend my resources there.
Horrible service from customer service and the assistant manager. I was told the only person that could make price adjustments was the store director who leaves a 5. The lady at the customer service was very rude and unprofessional. This is
Worst experience I’ve had manager actitud was horrible I leave my card on different purse so I have to use my Apple Pay and he was so rude… I wasn’t just standing there I was hurrying I appreciate that they let me in 10 minutes before they
The absolute worst pick up experience. First my order was marked as picked up. I got to the store, called from my car because my two small children were sleeping. The lady lets me know they are working on it. 15 min pass and I call again
Big enough store and their produce and meats are good quality but they seem a bit on the high side. I know you can expect to pay more for better but the there's a big difference between everything they sell and other supermarkets. One
I love Albertson stores. However, I went to this location after visiting a different location first. They listed as in sale paper for lent season on catfish nuggets 99¢ a lb, $14.98 on 15-lb box , limit 2. There was no expiration date
the Starbucks in this store is BAD - couldn't get my drink right, charged me when it turns out I had credit on my Starbucks account, their system is messed up & couldn't load money onto my card!!! Won't buy from them again
Nice employees but way overpriced. A sale here means that a product is now only twice as much as the competitions. Hope that when Kroger finally acquires Albertsons that the go with lower prices.
I loved the Floral display in the freezer section. What a way to help folks remember Mother's Day coming up! Plus, they had Baskin Robbins ice cream on sale. #BaskinRobbins ZazaBestie
Social distancing was 100%. Please download the app and you will save a bundle. I paid $3.42 for 12pack of Fiora tissue, 6pack of Fiora paper towels, 2 Signature Premium (1.5quarts)
I went to the store on Friday the 29th. I needed customer service and the lady was so rude. My card wouldn't work and she talked to me so nasty. My daughter just walked off.
I give it a two because the carry the toddler formula I need. I would give them a 1 on customer service. The.manager did not want to grab my
I placed a super last minute cake order and Mack delivered! Mack from bakery was so helpful. Great customer service thank you!
Friendly employee working there. They don't talk as though they are angry you came to the store.
It’s a nice little store however customer service was lacking
