Friendly environment for the family to relax in, we took Pet Dog who always enjoys catching up with all his pals, whether it's playing ball or watching the cricket from the sidelines, everyone comes away feeling energised by all the fresh air and green environment - welcome oasis this Summer!!

Multiple recreation areas. A decent sized play ground for kids and also an open gym. Grounds contain a basket ball field, football pitch and cricket field plus a croquette and bowling clubs. Also there is a bit open park but it is a bit lost though I guess dog walkers will use it.

Less park more large field, popular with walkers and amateur football & cricket teams. This does have public toilets at one end of it. Theres a path that leads to millennium park next to it and fishponds park is 1 min walk from the toilets on the other side of the road.

I grew up with Alexandra Park as my local park and moved back to the area with my own children a number of years ago. We love visiting this park; the playground is a good one, covering a variety of ages. The Millenium Green is a great space

On my occasional visits to my parents, who live next to the park, it often strikes me as to how underused the park seems to be. The weekend possibly explains it because the roads nearby become congested and the shouting and filthy language

A simple and wide open landscaping of a large area of ground, with a winding track on a small hill together with a reed-surrounded pond. Not many trees of great size yet but the adjacent recreation ground with football and cricket pitches

Nice park all round but please watch out for people who let their large dogs speed around off-lead. Freedom is great but not when it's heading towards you and your small dog at break-neck speed. I walk a dog for charity but I'm giving up

The park is relatively well tended albeit the park generally has a lack of movement and activity. The park, however, is great to visit and during the summer, cricket is played on a specially cut portion of the field.

Lovely park for walking the dog, taking the kids to the playground, playing football and has some great new tennis courts too. Could do with some wardens to clean up the empty beer cans etc but overall a nice spot

Great court to shoot hoops. Been playing here since July and loved the space, open green spaces and walking trails behind the courts. Good for dog walkies and great to bring friends, family and can do a picnic.

A good recently refurbished playground for all ages, with a small football pitch next to it. There is also tennis courts and two large fields. Finally there is an area with a small hill which is good for dogs.

There is not much to this park - it is not much more than a couple of empty fields. Parents kick around footballs here using the net-less goal posts, and the other half is generally used for cricket matches.

SPECIAL, GOOD FOR MANY ACTIVITIES, FOOTBALL, CRICKET, HAS BASKETBALL COURT, HAS MANY BENCHES, a lOT OF NATURE. As well great place for dog walking. Always can meet good and kind people for chat.

A lovely local park with open space, sports fields, cricket pitch, outdoor gym and children's play area including zip line. Recently refurbished by the council so well maintained and safe.

Lovely place to walk the dog. However for the last year or so it hasn't been looked after as well as it used to be. Overflowing waste & dog waste bins regularly.

Large public park seperatrd into different section. Playground, exercise area, tennis courts, sport pitches, public toilets. Very nice place

I visit the park to play bowls in the summer. Always liked the area as I used to live near there as a child back in the 60s.

Great park, not enough rubbish bins. Kids area has rubbish everywhere, grounds keepers just run over it with a lawn mower.

It's nice and peaceful in throughout the day, you can come and watch some pet dogs when bored! ❤️
