I can't speak about their services because I never got a chance to go. My stylist passed away and was looking for one in my area so I decided to try this one based on reviews. I called twice in Saturday and the second time i left a message at noon inquiring about available appointments for today, Monday. It's Monday at 9PM and still have yet to get a call back so I'll be taking my business, my mothers and 2 daughters to another salon. EDIT: My review wasn’t a threat of any kind, it was my experience... It was truthful and not mislead because this happened and it was by NO means a threat, that’s evident to anyone who’s properly read it. This is my experience with your company. I didn’t get a call back so I took my business elsewhere, that’s what customers do. That’s not “negativity” , again, it was my experience. Your response however in calling my review “untruthful, unfair and misleading” then proceeding to say that I threatened you, that’s negativity. I wish I could have written a positive review as you seem to do good work based on other reviews but the fact that you’ve responded in such a manner by calling me a liar and 5 days has passed without even contacting me (based on my initial call) tells me I’ve made the right choice for my family. I’m sure my one review woudln't make or break your business but again, it's my experience and i'm sorry if you have an issue with my HONEST review of MY experience but I strongly suggest that any further issues you have with my review, you take it up with Google. Also, may I suggest you post your hours of business on Google since this seems to be the preferred communication method between you and potential clients. Alex has been taking care of my hair for more than 8 years. When I first went to the salon I came in frustrated, having tried more than 4 different hairdressers in Toronto who didn't cut or dyed my hair in the way that I asked or liked. Alex was very patient, and not only listened to my concerns but also asked me the right questions to get to know me better. Respecting my wishes, he suggested a few ideas and after seeing the results of my first visit, I had no more doubt: my search for the right hairdresser was over, I had found the one! Alex makes dreams come true and he has been making me happy everytime I go to the salon. My loyalty to Alex and to myself (my hair!) is such that it's been 3 years that I no longer live in Toronto but I still only take care of my hair with Alex. I live in Alberta now and everytime I'm in Toronto, even for a few hours of layover between flights, I go to the salon. Alex went above and beyond for me this last time: he opened the salon on a Sunday just to accommodate a few hours that I had in Toronto coming from Europe. What else can I say about him and his salon? It's been the best experience ever and you should try and see for yourself as well. I highly recommend him! :)

I was lucky enough to be called in for a haircut today at Alicia's Beauty Salon after they had a cancellation. Alex had spoken to me the day before and was perfectly polite and friendly, explaining to me that they had been overwhelmed with calls and had a waiting list of clients who were waiting to get their hair done. I felt very fortunate that he was able to call me back so soon after we had spoken to offer me an appointment for a haircut! My haircut with Alicia was wonderful. She took her time and did not rush at all, which I really appreciated. I had come in with long hair full of split ends - hair that needed a cut and styling, desperately. Alicia delivered beautifully. She cut several inches off and gave me lovely layers for some definition. I got compliments from everyone in the salon after Alicia finished with my hair, and I felt fantastic. I want to thank Alicia for her dedication to her craft. She is an amazing stylist and I would recommend both her and Alex without any hesitation. I will be returning to Alicia's Beauty Salon for all my future hair needs!

Me and my family have been going to this salon for at least 15 years. Alexis and Alicia are the nicest people with such big hearts and always make you feel so welcome as soon as you walk in. Always a positive vibe in the salon. You can see the connections they have with their clients and see they actually care about them. From start to finish you can see the passion they have when doing their job. From cutting and styling to coloring hair, they never leave you dissappointed. Always cleaning and making sure the place looks presentable even before the virus. Now with the virus they are always cleaning and disinfecting making sure its a safe environment. The mom and son duo Alicia & Alexis are amazing people. They know what the client wants. My hair has been amazing since i started going to them from two years ago. Also Alicia gives some small tips on oils, shampoos , conditioners etc. based on the hair type and they have proven to be extremely helpful to me. Been coming here since I was 12, over 15 years! Family run business, their customers are their family. I bring my kids here now and it's one of the only places I can bring them where they won't cry when they sit in the barber chair. I've done everything from cuts, colouring and perms and I have always been pleased with the finished look. I have recommended this salon to friends and now they come here regularly and bring their family too.

I am new to Toronto and was referred to Lexi for a hair consultation. Naturally, I was skeptical. I have long thick hair and have been disappointed in the past. I am also very particular. Lexi is truly a visionary. He was able to make my vision become a reality. You name it; he can do it - from cuts, to color to bridal. I had a very pleasant experience; he and his staff are very welcoming and friendly.

I found this salon with the help of google reviews and I kid you not, they have the best services. Alex did my hair and the results blew me off. I am level 10 and wanted to go ash blonde and he actually did very great job farther than my expectations. My hair are still healthy and I get compliments from everyone. And they don’t loot your pocket. And they follow sanitary procedures very well.
