Can't believe its been 5 years and I'm updating my google review for ADF. Can't say how much I love this place. When they opened Training Lane it was on the opposite side of the city from me and I still make the journey to be part of this community. Its the most inclusive gym I've ever stepped foot in. I can't even express how much I've learned over the years and been supported by the team there. I love that I've never been made to feel anything but welcome and championed even when I have a hard time with consistency due to my job. Anytime I walk through those doors Im encouraged and supported with my strength training journey, even though I can only do once a week training. Each week, Len has been keeping me accountable during the hardest contract of my career. He is great at assessing me and checking in when I walk through the door how my energy level and capacity is and adjust our training accordingly. He pushes me the perfect amount and listens to me when my body is limiting me. I love being part of the ADF community and will continue my fitness journey with them!! Can't recommend them enough. I've been seeing Catherine with All Day Fit for almost 3 months now. I can't say enough about how much of a positive experience it has been for me. I was nervous to start because I didn't wait to fail myself or her as a Trainer but she has easily helped me see progress and made me comfortable to push myself along the way. My sessions have become my favourite 2 hours of the week. Not only does she educate me on fitness but through conversation she is constantly teaching me the factors that contribute to success outside of the gym. I'm coming to the end of my 3 month program but seeing the progress I've made in that time excites me for the progress I will make over a longer period of time. I also took her Nutrition Session where she taught me some skills that instantly changed my health, well being and energy. I was actually shocked at how I thought I was healthy but lacked severe energy but after working through some changes with her I was feeling progress almost instantly. I highly recommend both All Day Fit and Catherine if fitness and self care are important goals for you!

I am proud to say that I have been training with All Day Fit since the beginning. It has made such a significant difference in my life. I am one of the lucky ones who started off with Cassie's personal training and now I am a devoted member of Len's 630 am virtual Strong Academy group. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be the kind of person who looked forward to starting their day with a workout (as opposed to 3 cups of coffee) but on the days I have Strong Academy, I bounce out of bed looking forward to spending an hour with the most motivating and energizing team. And the vibe I get stays with me and helps me through my work day and personal life.  Strong Academy is perfect for anyone at any fitness level. With varied and interesting programs that can be modified to accommodate a beginner, or challenge even the most accomplished fitness guru, it is guaranteed you will leave the class with a sweaty sheen and a huge feeling of accomplishment. When I made the switch to online because of the pandemic, I was worried about losing all the progress I had made before Covid but the coaches ensure you continue to grow and build (and no, you can't hide behind your screen- they are watching you!). My form has continued to improve and I constantly learn new skills to help me meet my health and fitness goals. In addition to form and fitness, your coach and team will also support you with things like nutrition and a daily dose of positivity. All Day Fit provides more than just training  - it is a community of people who support you to be your best and to be healthy and strong (body and mind). All of the coaches truly care about the community and devote their time outside of the workouts to social events and community initiatives. All Day Fit is inclusive, welcoming and there is a place for everyone. Whether you've been contemplating incorporating fitness into your schedule or you've been working out for years, joining All Day Fit will bring something new and wonderful into your life. All Day Fit is a game-changer when it comes to fitness. The gym's positive, inclusive approach and emphasis on how exercise makes you feel has completely changed my perspective on training. All Day Fit welcomes individuals of all fitness levels, shapes, and sizes. The coaches provide individualized feedback and support, which makes you feel like you're part of a community rather than just another client. Not to mention that their energy is unmatched! The environment is always positive and uplifting, which helps motivate you to push yourself further than you thought possible. They teach you about nutrition, rest, and recovery, which is essential to getting the best results possible. I was encouraged to track my stress levels, sleep, water intake, and overall mood and consider how that might affect my training. I appreciate the emphasis on an all-around approach to wellness rather than just a focus on lifting weights. The feedback I received from the coaches was incredible. They provided positive reinforcement, specific cues, and guidance that helped me improve my form and achieve my goals. I never felt judged or criticized, which made me feel more confident in my abilities. The All Day Fit community is amazing. The people who train there are friendly, supportive, and genuinely care about each other's progress. They are always there to cheer you on, and it creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes you excited to come back and train again. Overall, I could not recommend All Day Fit enough! I was introduced to them during the pandemic, where their virtual classes provided much needed movement and connection. I was hooked, and once the gyms reopened I just had to make the trek to train in person. My time there was such a positive experience - I only wish I lived closer!

ADF is such a well-rounded gym/fitness business with the most positive, energetic and intelligent trainers! I signed up for personal training with Coach Len for 2 months, with the goal of becoming stronger overall. It was my first time getting a personal trainer, so I wasn't really sure what to expect but I wanted someone that could help me to better understand how my body moves and where the opportunities for improvements are. I couldn’t have asked for a better coach than Len that helped me achieve that and more! After my first few sessions I was so surprised at how effective the workouts could be within the one hour, and how much you can achieve with a few simple exercises. I also appreciate how much he encourages his clients to learn from their workouts and think about the why behind the exercises. On top of that Len, along with every coach at ADF, asks you about what you do outside of the gym (aka your sleep, nutrition, overall movement) because this is so critical to your success in the gym. We also get to share the wins of each session, which is something I’ve never thought to do but made me feel so much better and grateful for my workout. It was clear that Len is so knowledgeable when it comes to programming and exercises but my favourite thing that he shared with me was his positive mentality around fitness and how being strong can look and be different on anybody. His views on fitness was the most valuable thing I took away from our time together. These workouts were truly the highlight of my day/week and I was always so happy walking in and out of ADF. Everyone there is welcoming, supportive, and truly makes you feel like part of the community even if you’re there for a short while. I couldn’t recommend ADF enough!!!

I have been a member of Strong Academy at All Day Fit (ADF) for almost a year and I cannot recommend it enough! 1. Benefits of group training and personal training combined For a 3 month strong academy program you work out with the same 12 folks every week and the same 2 coaches. You build a community with your fellow training partners and they are cheering you on - literally - when you hit a new milestone. Plus your coaches personalize your training program - when I hurt my back, my entire program was reassessed to work around and with my injury and ensure I didn't further aggravate it and to prevent injury again. 2. Form over everything! The coaches are form experts! They teach you how to properly do every exercise and are there to assess and assist as you go through your training. It is refreshing to be in an environment where lifting properly is prioritized over lifting heavy or fast. 3. Inclusive community! When looking for a gym, all my googling lead to me websites where people didn't look like and that wasn't a space I would feel comfortable in. All Day Fit not only has diverse clientele and coaches, but also enforces a positive space. There is no conversation about weight, about food shaming or body shaming. Community events include getting ice cream! Many gyms will say they promote body positivity but ADF truly focuses on what your body can do and not what it looks like. If you have been looking for a space and community to strength train, I can't recommend All Day Fit enough. It is has been a game changer for me mentally and I am so grateful for the community.

I started this program after a VERY long time away from any physical activity. My back was constantly sore, I had a hard time moving, and after 2 years of covid, I just wasn't feeling my best self. I knew I had to move better so I could play with my very active son for years to come. I came into ADF Strong Academy because I needed to move better, but I wasn't looking forward to actually exercising. I tried many times on my own over the years, and would always give up. I can defintely say that ADF has changed my mentality and I am loving training 3 times a week! I am moving so much better and no longer wake up sore! The class and accountability was 100% what I needed. The coaches are super knowledgeable, so easy to talk to, and truly want what is best for you. They will take time out of their busy day to help you with whatever you need. Their 360 approach (including nutrition, sleep, water, walking) really has me thinking of what I can do outside of my training session to feel my best - and I love how realistic they are in motivating you to just do something 1% better. That's just what I needed - baby steps! The community is fantastic and my teammates, along with my coach, are always encouraging - not just in class, but in our group chat as well! I have only been a part of the program for 2.5 months now, but already signed up for 3 more months. If exercise feels intimidating to you for whatever reason, please take the leap and sign up for ADF strong academy! They truly have helped me feel like my best self again!

I can't say enough good things about Cassie and All Day Fit! I moved to TO in September not knowing anyone and found it hard to locate a gym that offered classes with full body workouts. Although there are some classes that offer full body workouts, the attention you get from Cassie is unparalleled. I've been to other classes which are often much bigger. Often times the instructors keep changing, and they don't have the time to really know you and watch your form. That's one of the great things about All Day Fit! Cassie and her team (regardless of if you are doing a class, strong academy, or personal training) really take the time to understand you and your body, which is invaluable when it comes to strength training! The best part of All Day Fit is the community. Going to the gym is no longer just about completing a chore but it's about adding something positive to your life, specifically the people. I love all the people I train with and look forward to spending time with them. Finally, the philosophy of All Day Fit is truly how all fitness facilities should operate. They understand that life can't always include exercising an eating "perfectly" all the time. I knew I was in the right place when I heard one of them say "if you want the cookie, eat the damn cookie". They celebrate ALL kinds of food instead of making you feel bad about it. I love Cassia and All Day Fit like a family, and I'm glad to have them in my life!

I cannot say enough good things about All Day Fit! The education that they provide is such high quality and focuses on form, and functional movements that translate into real life. Having workouts that build you up instead of tear you down is so motivating. It's impossible to leave a class without grinning ear to ear. The staff at All Day Fit are so passionate about helping everyone live a pain free, and healthy life and using training to support that goal so that we can keep moving until we're 80! Cassie and the entire team are so intentional about getting to know everyone that comes through the doors (virtually or in person). They some how remember everyone's names, jobs, hobbies, etc and it truly makes you feel comfortable as soon as you meet them. The community that All Day Fit has built is incredible. This isn't a fitness studio where you just come to a class and leave without talking to anyone. I feel like I've built true friendships with many of the other members. The space that the All Day Fit team has created is so inclusive. There is no expectation to look a certain way - the goal is always to FEEL your best. The staff focus on all components of wellness (sleep, nutrition, self-care, stress level, activity etc) and know that it's all about balance. I can truly say that so many aspects of my life have improved since joining All Day Fit. 5 stars just doesn't do All Day Fit justice. They're simply incredible. ❤️

I started training with Casey at All Day Fit about six months ago. I could tell from my initial consult with Cassie that this was a great place to be. She matched me with Casey - a perfect trainer for my personality and goals. From day one, Casey has been supportive, encouraging, understanding, and motivating. I genuinely look forward to every session with her (even though they are at 6am!). She is so caring and her passion for helping people become the best version of themselves is so obvious. I feel like I am her only client because she is so focused on my health, how my body is moving, what I can do to improve, and how my life is going outside of the gym. The amazing thing is, I know she makes all her clients feel this way! When I was struggling with getting my nutrition on track, Casey quickly got me connected with another member of the team to support my nutrition and even came to my initial nutrition consult (I will write another post about Catherine later because she is also amazing!). Casey is very knowledgeable. I have had some injuries and I also have scoliosis..Casey has been cognizant of this since our first session and tailors all my workouts to ensure I am being safe and successful. I leave every workout feeling better than when I walked in - physically and mentally. I could go on and on about how amazing she is, but the bottom line is I feel very lucky to have found Casey and All Day Fit!

I had been following Cassie for years on IG and always enjoyed her content. In April 2021, I was finally fed up of the on and off workouts I was doing at home during lockdown life in Toronto. I turned to ADF’s Online Hub and anxiously tried out a 3 day pass. As someone who has always hated (yes, hated) home workouts, I didn’t think my mind would be changed but thought, why not?! I couldn’t believe how much I enjoyed the different classes in the Hub. I ended up signing up after my pass and haven’t missed one of my scheduled workouts since then! I love the idea of having a program created for me and an appointment to work out which helped hold myself accountable. It’s such a positive and healthy space as well. The community members are of all different fitness levels and cheer each other on. I love that it’s me vs me in my workouts, and I’ve noticed my endurance and strength go up tremendously over the last 8-9 weeks. I mostly train with Coach Slopes who is just a ray of sunshine and such an awesome coach! I love how the coaches create programming that compliment each other, so no matter which class you’re in, you’re getting an awesome workout. Even when gyms open up, my plan is to continue with Online Hub workouts and gym workouts because I really enjoy the classes. 10/10 would recommend trying out the Hub!

A few years ago, I started attending All Day Fit group classes with the intention of losing weight. Little did I know, it would fully transform the way I saw, spoke and thought about my body - to a point where I removed “losing weight” and replaced my main goal as “becoming stronger”. I had a 360 mindset shift. This is just one of the countless NEW physical and mental habits I have picked up over the years, and I know these habits will guide me through the rest of my life. All Day Fit catapulted me into a creating a deep appreciation and connection towards my physical and mental health that I didn’t know could exist. The support that flows through the trainers, and community is one of the main reasons I felt strong enough to, how I would describe as, “taking my life back” from depression, anxiety and low self-confidence. I feel I have grown both as an individual, as well as together as a community, always filled with endless support and love. I am forever grateful that I met the founder, Cassie Day, all of the wonderful coaches at All Day Fit, and the AMAZING community she has created and across Toronto & Canada. I’ve been at ADF since April. I love a lot of things about it, but most importantly is that the well thought through structure and aggressively maintained culture both drive consistency. I haven’t been this consistent with my workouts since highschool sports. You’re in set classes, at set times with the same group of people. You get to know each other and expect each other to show up, it builds accountability and a team mentality. They develop the workouts methodically, actively collecting and applying feedback based on your needs. You get individual attention to make sure you’re doing it right, modifications for injuries and they even take into account what you may want to work next. The structure has you doing the same workouts on each day of the week for four weeks, and you build each workout week over week - improving technique and strength. After a month the workouts change, but they’re an evolution of the previous month. After 3 months the entire program resets and focuses shift. It keeps you interested, engaged and constantly improving. All that’s without even mentioning how great the coaches are and their genuine investment in your success. Thanks for a great first 1/2 year!

Ive been going to ADF and training lane since July 2022. What was important to me when finding a good gym to go to was finding unique ways to fit training into my schedule. I work from home and after a long day a commute can deter me from going to the gym. Well, Virtual Strong academy really helped me with that! It also took the planning out of the equation for workouts with their thoughtful programming. All i have to do is show up and even on days where I am unmotivated if i show up my teams get me hyped. Also shoutout to the coaches who do the same! Ive found all the coaches to being their awesome energy to the table even at times waking me up during really early morning workouts! ADF has been one of the only times in my life that I have been this consistent with training. To the point where I tell people I cant go out on a Friday because I have training in the morning. I do Virtual during the week and in gym on the weekend which helps me out a lot and I get a nice well rounded experience! I love the community, the sense or celebrating even the smallest wins and I will be an ADF member for as long as I possibly can (hopefully forever lol).

I have been a member of All Day Fit for over two years - the longest I have ever stuck with training in any form. I have joined many classes in their online hub, was a member of virtual Strong Academy and spent the rest of the time remote training with Cassie Day. It's a testament to the community Cassie has created that I've stayed this long. Everyone is so wonderful and friendly and welcoming that you end up feeling like part of their family. They celebrate your wins and help work through the frustrations (ahem... split squats). They accomodate and adapt to your unique needs and goals, without letting you off the hook (ugh... split squats). I never thought I could successfully strength train at home, but they have created a program that adapts to me with what I have available, and with regular check-ins - on training, nutrition, and physical and mental health - I always feel wholly supported. And consequently, I have never been stronger or felt more confident than I do right now. I credit the two years of training to having had a healthy pregnancy and quick recovery. And now I'm looking forward to getting back to training with Cassie! :)

I followed this community on all social media platforms for a solid 7 months until I decided I needed in on all energy that is showcased. I don't think there are even words to describe the impact this community has had on my life. I started classes with Cassie back in July 2018 and can say that it has completely changed my life. When you join you don't only get a solid sweat on and realize how strong you are but you gain a family. I look forward to these classes every week. To have trainers who genuinely care about your strength goals, your life outside the gym, and continuously provide you with feedback to enhance your performance are only a few of many reasons these women are changing lives daily! Strong Saturdays are the highlight of my week and I love starting my weekends off with them - the energy is AMAZING! I had such a good time at Strong Academy this past fall. I participated in the in-person sessions at HQ, and it was so nice being in a welcoming gym environment. The facilities at Training Lane are great, clean, and safe. After spending over a year at home in the pandemic, it was refreshing to connect with others while lifting heavy weights! Jacq and Sarah were great coaches and even better motivators. During my time at Strong Academy, I was working through a chronic injury and Jacq was very helpful in providing alternative exercises that would still push me and allow me to work through the program alongside everyone else. It was cool to see my growth through the program and it was also helpful to establish a routine of carving out time to exercise a few times a week. Now, I feel I have more confidence and better knowledge to exercise independently - at home or at the gym. I couldn’t recommend All Day Fit and the Strong Academy program more. Whether you want to switch up your workouts for a few months or pursue small group training long-term, there’s definitely something for everyone!

All Day Fit has had a very positive impact in my life since 2019. Most recently, I completed their Strong Academy Online program which was an amazing experience! Loved training with Cassie and our small group every Monday, Wednesday, Friday morning! It was the best way to start my day! Cassie and her team of excellent coaches are able to motivate you to be your best! They deeply care about your goals and give their all to help you make progress. Our training program was challenging and fun using the equipment I had available at home. I was amazed at how much progress is possible in just 4 weeks with the right guidance and consistent training like we had in Strong Academy Online. My consistency with training improved tremendously and I also felt stronger and more energized after each class. I can’t wait to do it again! All Day Fit is a very special wellness community focused on building strength and body positivity. I highly recommend participating in Strong Academy or any other All Day Fit online classes. The crew at All Day Fit are one of a kind trainers whose encouraging energy and individualized attention (despite being a group class!) helps you not only gain strength and fitness, but you also become part of an all inclusive community where your goals are celebrated no matter where you are starting from. Without doubt they will welcome you to the gym by name and there will inevitably be high fives, positive energy and "good jobs" thrown around during classes regularly. They take injury recovery seriously by working with healthcare professionals when needed in order to ensure the exercises are safe and strengthening for a speedy recovery <3 Each week your weights and reps are recorded and a trainer will provide suggestions based on how they saw you train the previous week to help you always continue with momentum. Their strategy of consistency and commitment to 3 months at a time also is a game changer to see your fitness levels improve overtime. I could not recommend the team at All Day Fit enough! I’ve been taking random classes with Cassie for the last few years and finally committed to a program May 2021. This was the best decision I made for myself. The structure of Strong Academy was exactly what I was looking for. Not only do they ensure the program is challenging for all fitness levels, they also focus on other important habits that impact overall fitness such as, hydration, nutrition, sleep, and things outside the gym that brings joy. This holistic approach is what other gyms ignore, and what sets All Day Fit apart! The coaches go above and beyond to answer questions, set up time outside of workouts to ensure everyone gets the individualized attention they need to feel confident and comfortable at the gym (virtual or in person). All Day Fit is a community where everyone is welcomed and we cheer and celebrate small wins together. The Strong Academy program is perfect for anyone looking for accountability with their workouts in a fun and encouraging team setting.

Before I joined All Day Fit, I was always scared and discouraged to do any strength training. This was because I simply didn't know how to properly lift anything and when I tried other classes in the past, the coaches didn't give me the attention I needed because the class was too large. I joined Strong Academy this Fall and I'm seeing muscle gains on my arms which I thought was impossible before joining ADF. What I really like most about Strong Academy is the culture. Coach Cassie & Coach Sarah make sure each and everyone of us feel a sense of belonging and are motivated to do our best. I really appreciate their energy, friendliness and genuine interest in helping us reach our goals. I also like that there are TWO coaches in a smaller class size setting. Throughout the whole class, the coaches will come to each of us for some individualized attention by (1) encouraging us (2) correcting our form so we don't injure ourselves, (3) suggesting modifications as needed, (4) pushing us to lift heavier weights when we're ready.

I joined ADF back in Nov '19 and had in person PT sessions with Skylar for 3-4 months. Even if you are an experienced regular gym-goer or a complete beginner, the first 1-2 months was re-building and learning new techniques/form/cues to build a strong foundation. All my sessions afterwards have shown great progress and a sustainable workout routine going forward. Skylar is so motivating (and funny!) and had a great eye to detect changes to ensure proper form! The past year, I decided to join Strong Academy @ Home Version after trying at home workouts for a year. This program runs via the same PT format, but in small class sizes (we had about 8-9 other members in one session). It's the best of both worlds of having the personal attention of the coach that I experience in PT sessions and having the support of the community over the course of 4 months! No matter if you are a completely beginner or have some workout background, the coaches are very knowledgeable in ensuring the programs fit your fitness level!

I joined All Day Fit in December 2020 to take part in a 3 week challenge. Cassie had already won me over in December 2019 at a City Shred event and after training with ADF for 3wks I’ve not looked back. I was interested in strength training and Strong Academy fit perfectly into my lifestyle and schedule. I work out virtually 3 mornings a week(Hello 6:30a Crew!) and love it! Working out at home has helped save me time in my day to day. I get a full workout, mobility, weight lifting and some cardio. My Coach(Easy Money Len) builds amazing programs taking into account our likes and dislikes. Also he makes modifications to any exercise, which help with any injuries or if you are a beginner. I will never be able to say enough about ADF. Not only are my workouts fire, they have an amazing community. I have never seen another gym create such a welcoming environment. Frequent ADF hangs, workshops, running group and kettlebell classes, the list is endless. ADF you are the best and you are stuck with me!

Absolutely love All Day Fit! I've been in their Virtual Strong Academy program for almost 6 months now and it's been absolutely wonderful. As someone who struggles with accountability and showing up to my workouts, this program is SO great for me. I've worked with two separate coaches and both experiences were exceptional. A strong importance is placed on form which is something that's always been intimidating to me. I used to find that I held back in my workouts for fear of injuring myself or doing something I wasn't quite ready for. With this program it completely took the guesswork out of the workout. The coach is there to support and make sure your form is strong and if you need adjustments they provide it right then and there. This is so important because everyone is at a different point in their wellness journey. The coaches meet you where you are and work to get you where you want to be. BIG shoutout to coach SLOPES and coach LEN for being the best cheerleaders for their SA crew.

I had been following Cassie and All Day Fit's Instagram for a few years and always wished to be able to attend class. Seeing how they spoke about training and the positivity that shone through their pages attracted me to want to train with them, but being in a different province obviously stopped me from doing so. When ADF started their Online Hub I was SO excited! FINALLY I could take class with the coaches at All Day Fit! Immediately after my first class, I felt like I was a member of the community. I felt belonging and motivation - I never wanted the workout to end. Going on 9 months of Online Hub and I could not imagine my training any other way! I LOVE the programs, the community, the coaches, the approach to training, the positivity, the accountability... It is such a great feeling to have found a place like ADF! I am so thankful I was able to finally start training with ADF, and I can't wait to be able to train live with all of the amazing people and coaches I've met online.

Throughout university and the (many) years that followed, I had a haphazard, casual relationship with my personal fitness. I would sign up for an intro offer, try the place out and eventually lose interest. But in 2018, I wanted a change and I found a female-friendly gym with what looked like a great community nearby. It wasn’t long before I looked forward to seeing Coach Cassie and her team on Saturday mornings. The pandemic threw me for a loop though and fitness was not a driver for me. Until I got an email about Strong Academy. I signed up in January 2021 and now have a great group of friends in the virtual classes under the fabulous Coach Slopes. I’ve never felt better about my health, my fitness and the evening classes work great for my schedule. Coach Slopes is super supportive and also very accommodating of my hearing disability (writes out all the exercises and demonstrates). I look forward to every class and can’t wait for the next round to begin.

I was lucky to find All Day Fit through social media. I followed them and was inspired by their focus on a holistic approach to health and well being and a sense of community. I was looking for a way to keep active during the pandemic so I started with a virtual personal training program. This gave me a structure for my fitness and kept me accountable. I joined the online virtual classes and loved these more than I thought I would. There is a range of ages and fitness levels in the classes. They make me feel comfortable but also push me further than I would do on my own. I am now doing virtual personal training with Coach Jacqueline Owens. She is amazing! I was a part of the very first strong academy sessions and was instantly impressed by how organized, thoughtful the programs were and enthusiastic the coaches were. After taking a hiatus and going to train a few other places, I have returned to the all day fit community and strong academy. I did not think I could make home/virtual workouts until I joined All Day Fit! Not only were they challenging & effective, but the community was so inspiring. I loved how it is so much more that a workout - they reminded me about sleep, water, community, fresh air, good food, and self love. I would wake up early to do a live class instead of just watch the recording because the members and interaction with everyone is what made it fun! Not to mention the coaches actually check on form, give modifications, carefully create a program not only with strength but with stretching, mobility and the ability to progress and grow. Also there is absolutely NO JUDGEMENT and such a safe space - whether you want to use your own body weight or do a heavy weight; whether you do a modified push up or a regular; the fitness levels are of all spectrum and everyone encourages each other!

After my favourite trainer, Coach Slopes, started at All Day Fit I took a couple of classes through the Online Hub but never had a long term workout plan. In January of this year I signed up for Strong Academy with Coach Slopes and have had such a great time working out with her and our team over the last 12 weeks. They motivated me to show up even when I didn’t feel like it and always made me smile and laugh each class. The workout program was great, and was customized to each of us depending on any injuries or difficulties we had. The trainer also looks at your program tracking and makes recommendations and changes throughout the program. Coach Slopes was always a ray of sunshine and always brought the energy to each and every class. If you want someone who will motivate you in a positive and supportive way then you’ve got to try out a class with Coach Slopes!

I can’t recommend All Day Fit enough! I’ve been doing Strong Academy for 6 months, starting with virtual and than transitioning to the gym. I love that with Strong Academy, you get the attention of a personal trainer mixed with the energy of being in a group setting. Jacq has been my coach since January and has been so supportive in helping me continuously improve form and celebrate wins with me. Cherise and Jacq both always bring a great energy (and playlists) to our morning sessions and it always starts the day off on a great note. Everyone that I've interacted with at ADF has been so welcoming. Love that there is diversity in fitness levels and that it is a total judgement-free zone, just everyone supporting each other. I recently completed the Strong Academy Winter session (my first 12 weeks of programming) and it was exactly what I needed to get back in the gym after a long hiatus. A fantastic, inclusive group of coaches who listen to your needs and help you become strong. The 6 am crew welcomes you with big smiles and high energy that gets you moving even if you have a slow day. This is a group fitness model that fosters a feeling of community and accountability. In each session, the two coaches always look out for you, keep correcting your posture, and encourage you to take on a challenge. Each day starts with a wellness check-in, stretching and warming up before the kettlebells get in full swing. I could not have found a better community. Although I have only been with ADF for a month, the coaches and my team members have been so supportive and I feel like everyone knew me from even my first week! The 3x weekly check-ins do not feel like a burden (in fact I look forward to them). This program is well designed and executed. Customer service is top notch since the first interaction (in my case asking for detail in the program and pricing). The energy and vibe of the place and trainers is fantastic. It’s a great experience for the money. The program, although designed for a small group is tailored to one’s need. Great balance on working by yourself and at your own pace and also as part of a group. the trainers are fantastic and they make sure you feel welcomed, that you understand and work on your habits holistically and of course, they ensure you push yourself in a safe manner and that every muscle of your butt is sore and proud when you leave for the day.

When I signed up for 6am Strong Academy, I had never in my whole life felt comfortable at the gym, and I was certainly NOT a morning person. I was a complete beginner. I have just started with ADF and immediately see where it differentiates from other gyms. The people are friendly, the coaches are supportive and amazing. The classes are built to help you progress and improve and get stronger. Where, in other gyms, you become lost in the crowd and never get real proper instruction on how to do things correctly, at ADF they make sure to give everyone focus and ensure you are using proper form, are progressing in your training and are using the right weights and equipment for your level. I thought about joining ADF‘s Strong Academy for so long and am SO freaking happy I finally did. I was worried about not knowing how to do things properly, not knowing how machines work, if it would be weird without a friend, the list goes on. All of my worries were dissolved after a week of getting into a new routine. All of the coaches are top notch and approach fitness is such an inclusive way, and they all genuinely love teaching people new things. All Day Fit is a wonderfully positive community that helped me get back into fitness. It's not a bootcamp like Fit Factory. Don't expect your heart to be pounding or for you to sweat a lot by the end of session. What you can expect is quality strength conditioning with coaches there to correct your form and push you at your own pace. It's completely different from other gyms I've tried, not that the others are bad, but I've developed a healthier perception of myself and feel better in general. So for me, ADF gets my recommendation.

I’m a naturopathic doctor and I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve never experienced training sessions like that. The all day fit concept is one of a kind. I've just finished 2 months with Strong Academy and now I"m fully addicted. In case you think you can't get excited about deadlifts and pull ups, these women will inspire you. Their enthusiasm is infectious. I especially like the nudges forward to encourage you to do a little more and the confidence and support you get along the way. This is a gym experience built on community and caring. Even for those of us who are older. Who knew I could be so happy to be anywhere at 6am!

I’m a new member. And this gym is really special and unique. The staff are so supportive. It doesn’t feel like a meat head gym. The business is run by women and compared to my last gym, that was testosterone U (), it’s a night and day difference. Great music, great classes focusing on strength increasing exercises. Joining All Day Fit is the best decisions I’ve made for myself in years. This is more than a workout - it’s a community of awesome, fun people who make working out a good time. Last Friday I did NOT want to go to class, but hauled myself out of bed anyway.
