We have a pitched and flat roof combo. It’s mainly pitched but flat where the HVAC units sit. We hired All State a little over 3 years ago to put a new flat roof on. They left a huge mess on the patio and on the roof. We had to call them a couple of days after they left to come clean by up. They tried to say they weren’t finished yet but they didn’t come back until we called. Fast forward to 3 weeks ago when it rained hard every day for 3 days. Water was coming into our house and there was a lot of interior damage. We asked All State to come out and take a look. Daniel came to do the estimate. He had a terrible attitude. When I mentioned the flat roof, he kept saying what flat roof? After going on the roof, he tried to say the company who did the flat roof didn’t to a good job and he tried to blame the HVAC company saying they ran their condensation pipes onto the roof and the water pooled their with the combo causing an actual hole in the roof. You should have seen the look on his face when I told him All State did the flat roof and were the ones who took the condensation lines off. I had pictures to prove it. I also have a video from my backyard camera showing Daniel’s attitude and blame conversation that completely turned around when he found out Allstate did the job. Then he told us they were a family owned company and he was sure Mike would do the right thing. Nope, Mike won’t call back.

Mike, the owner, and his crew replaced our roof in 2016. When we had wind the other day, the roof was damaged. I called Mike, and he said he would be out to take a look within three days. When he did, and found out I had spare roof tiles, he did the repair right then. It took one hour, and a lot of sweat; the roof looks great! He will be coming out next week to give us an estimate to replace the roof on our outbuilding. His price was fair in the past, so I expect this one will be fair as well. I have asked him to tarp the roof in the meantime and am hoping he will drop by to do that today (a storm is expected) so that we can avoid further damage in that building. (Original rating 5) Revision - I gave a 3 because I asked on two separate days to tarp our outbuilding (call it a man cave if you want). He did not respond or come out. We had two torrential rain storms and everything is ruined. The money is not the issue. Our soul was put into that room. We have pictures, tshirts, momentos, posters, and items that are irreplaceable, and a building that we redid ourselves. 20 minutes of work that we can’t do. I’m beyond disappointed.

I had All State Roofing replace both roofs on my rental units a couple years ago. I thought I was happy with the installation UNTIL I put the units on the Market to sell. There have been 3 inspections, all of them say the roof Vents (missing flashings) and were sealed with roofing cement (which should NOT be done), as well the AC Condensor line is not strapped properly. I have contacted All State Roofing for REPAIR, but NO response. They did put in the Scope of Work 'Seal all penetrations with plastic cement' BUT in hindsight, they should have known better and since the roof was off they should have installed proper flashings. I just had my roof done on my own home and Flashings were installed. Now I have a big mess for the vents; need to figure out how to remove the cement, remove the roofing, intall flashings.. what a pain in the *ss. Be leary of what you are getting. PS looking at the photos, the roof job doesn't even look that great :(

I’m selling my home and needed a few roof tiles replaced, since the home inspector wrote this up. I checked a few sites and decided to call All State. The guy I talked to said to send him the inspection report and he would call me back. A couple of days went by and I did not hear from him. I called back and he sort of remembered me, so he said. He asked when I wanted the work done. I told him over the next few days. He said he would call me back on Monday to set up a date. Monday went by and Tuesday; no call, no email. On Tuesday and Wednesday I left two messages and resent an email. I have yet to hear anything back from them. Maybe they went out of business, since they obviously can’t run one… I called another company and the next day they had someone come out for the estimate. They have me scheduled to complete the work next week. I would not recommend All State at all, look elsewhere.

I have only the highest recommendations for All State Roofing. They were fast, efficient and did QUALITY work. They went Above and Beyond in the clean-up process and left my yard cleaner than they found it. The price charged was the estimate they gave us and it was a lot less than we had expected to pay after looking into other sources. Thanks, guys!

Richard met Mike and his wife at a tile distributorship, and they were so kind and worrying about this 83 year-old man doing his own roof repair. Mike made sure it was taken care of, and it looks great!! We are forever fans and would recommend Alstate to all who want honest and caring people to take care of their roofing needs.
