This was the worst moving experience I've had in my 70+ years of living which includes at least 4 moves from coast to coast. Our salesperson lied to us, our "moving coordinator" was generally unavailable or nonresponsive. She was of no help whatsoever. The packers were in a hurry to get the job done and one of them actually said "I've got to get out if here". The crew that loaded the our belongings were careless and showed no respect for our belongings. The crew that unloaded our belongings buried small items under large items. It will take months, I believe, to find some of our belongings...if we ever find them. The third party contracted to rate some of belongings and secure the washer and dryer came at day late and were doing their job even as our belongings were being loaded. Likewise the car transporter arrived a day late and at arrived at his destination with one hours notice. Our "moving coordinator" had no clue when it would arrive. The third party contracted to hook up our washer and dryer arrived 4 days after our belongings arrived but in fairness to them they claim they did not receive the work order until 2 days after our belongings arrived. Based on our experience with our "moving coordinator" I tend to believe them. The one bright spot of the whole experience was out driver, Brandon and his partner, Gerry. They were friendly, courteous and caring. In short, for the remainder of my days I will tell everyone I meet, whether solicited or unsolicited, if you ever move do not use Allied Van Lines in general and do not use Berger moving and storage in Phoenix specifically Very, very dissatisfied customers.

Have been very satisfied with the move. Contact and sales rep in Chattanooga was GREAT to work with. He was very attentive and helpful. The packers in Chattanooga were polite and caring as to our items. Did a great job. Packers in Chattanooga were a little rough with items. The Driver (Rubin) was wonderful. mindful, caring and conscious as to our items both in pick up and delivery. Crew that unloaded us were very professional and careful with our items. They were great to work with. Overall, working with Allied has been great so far.

Allied made our move easier by providing assistance with wrapping and packing. The team was responsive and courteous. It’s unfortunate that the team didn’t record the breakdown, so the set-up team could review how to put things back together. That may have prevented damage to an extremely expensive dinning table. The breakdown team left a number of bags with screws, nuts, and bolts to RE-assemble our media, T.V.’s etc. Luckily they were discovered and transported to our destination. Overall I’m pleased and satisfied.

From the person that gave us the estimate, Mike, to the person in the office, Charla, to the driver, Eric, everyone kept in contact with us every step of the way. Even though the semi broke down, Eric, still delivered our load in the allotted window. Eric was very expeditious and professional and did a great job. We were happy with the whole company. I cannot thank Allied Van Lines enough for making my cross country relocation so easy, smooth, stress free, and affordable. I was starting to overly stress out trying to find a moving company and when I met with Allied all of my worries went away. I will always use Allied Van Lines for any moves that I do and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This was our fourth move with Allied. Could have gone better as truck showed up with 2 other households loaded. They jammed our furniture and clothes in and wardrobe boxes were crushed and clothes on bottom. They also jammed some boxes in bottom of wardrobes. We were lucky there was no damage found yet. We were not real happy and told driver.

LOL. Made an appointment for them to come to provide an estimate for a cross country move. Day of the appointment came and went. No one showed up. No call to explain no-show. Happily gave my money to another company. If they are that bad at booking, I can only imagine how bad they would be at the move.

The guys that loaded my things were very helpful and did an excellent job wrapping things that I couldn't handle myself. When my things arrived everything was in good shape. They even put boxes in the rooms I had marked on the boxes. I hope I never move again, but if I do I would use Allied Movers.

Showed up on time. Movers very courteous and did a great job of padding and wrapping furniture. Had some difficulty near the end getting all items in the truck but took the time to rearrange items to get the job done. Highly recommend Allied to provide a low stress moving experience.

The entire moving staff and crews were extremely professional, friendly, and responsive to our needs. This was a long haul move from Arizona to Alabama without any problems. Thanks Allied Van Lines for packing, loading, and coordinating everything. Well worth the cost!

Only concern was a collection of figurines that were grouped together in a package and not wrapped individually. Nothing broken, but things scuffed. Also after asking about high value items, they did not handle them any differently from low value Items.

I recommend this moving company especially the 2 men who were actually doing the hard work. Jay and his brother in law Mike, were hard workers and very careful with our things.

Stay away! I couldn't even get a quote from these people. If they can't even connect with you for a quote, how do you think they will do with your stuff? Unreal.

Everyone involved start to finish was amazing. Quick to respond with answers and the packer/movers were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Incredibly easy to work with, very responsive to any questions and queries, and both the driver and his crews were polite, friendly, and professional.

Frank who was our mover from Phx to Michigan was excellent. Kept in communication with me, efficient, careful with all our stuff. He was awesome
