I cannot express my frustration enough. Their service has been absolutely appalling! We filed a claim for hail damage to our property, and we provided them with clear and undeniable evidence to support our case . Despite hiring our inspector to show vivid evidence, they denied our claim without any valid reason. It feels like they deliberately turned a blind eye to the evidence just to avoid paying what we rightfully deserved. With a premium of almost $2,000 for 20+ years without ever filing a claim. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare as well; they were unresponsive and indifferent to our concerns. This company’s lack of integrity and accountability is beyond disappointing. I strongly advise against trusting all state, try a safer protection with another company for your insurance needs. They’ve left us in a terrible situation, with flood and Mold appearing throughout the entire property. Wewill be seeking alternative insurance options as soon as possible.

When our house insurance was up for renewal, we shopped online for a better deal. After comparing a few online quotes, we called the Allstate general phone line to follow up and Andy MacNeil answered the call. All throughout our dealings with Andy, he impressed us with his professional manner and cheerful disposition. We really appreciated his willingness to get us the best possible quote and his infinite patience with our numerous questions. For questions that he did not have immediate answers to, he was able to find us answers promptly and always diligently got back to us right away. In fact we were so happy working with Andy that we moved our car insurance over to Allstate as well, even though it was not up for renewal for another seven months. Moving our house and car insurance over to Allstate, our annual insurance cost went down a considerable amount. We told our friends about Andy, and if you like great service, we highly recommend Andy to you as well.

As probably one of the more time consuming clients, I have received the most patient and helpful service from Colin at this AllState branch. My wife and I have lived in 3 different provinces over the last 10 years, with insurance on and off during these times. We talked to different companies and they made it all seem so daunting. After 5 minutes on the phone with Colin he told us exactly what we needed and he honestly took care of so much of the hunting down of information from other agencies for us!! And when I needed to insure a company vehicle through a different company, he sent me the info he had obtained to help me with this other company. Grade A customer service. 100% fantastic experience. And on top of allll of this great service, I got a better plan at $20 less than 3 other insurance brokers we contacted prior. If you need insurance call Colin.

Peter Yang has been my agent for years. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, very responsive with any questions or concerns we have and always has my best interest in mind. I found his solutions and recommendations have saved me lots of money compared to my previous agents and insurance companies. I find the time he puts in to explain about what is being covered and why add so much value on top of just saving money. It is very comforting to know I have my most valuable assets covered with a highly competent professional whom I can trust and I know is honest and looks out for my interests. Bad location.. Have a current policy which was created at this location. All I needed was to add a second vehicle. Contact my agent, no response (2nd time). Contact 3 other agents in this office and result was no response from anyone! So strange, I thought the point of keeping the traditional agent/broker format was personalized service instead of the 1-800 number. Instead I now have my additional vehicle with my previous insurance company instead of bundled. Seems they don't care unless it's a brand new policy? Not sure but that's as bad as service can get.

I have had a great experience with this All State Office for the past 2 years. At the very start they saved us nearly $1000 per year on our home and auto policies. They have been responsive to my inquiries and question regarding my policy and when my spouse had an unfortunate accident they acted quickly to make sure we were taken care of while the vehicle went for repairs. Just changed my policy to Allstate. Had been with my previous provider for 15 years with perfect credit, driving and claim record and they wouldn't lower my rates. Colin, who was very helpful, said he could get a lower rate based on those things even after I had called three other agencies to look for better rates. He ended up saving me a significant amount on my policies. Very helpful considering I recently added a 16 year old driver to the family.

The long story short. I've made an insurance for my SUV. Allstate agent wrote to me that after I do additional activities I'll get a better price. After I'd completed and showed a document I wrote to the agent but another agent told me there is no better price for me. I didn't get even "I'm sorry for misunderstanding". The big doesn't mean good, unfortunately. I do not recommend this company.
