I took my pc here to have my existing comments moved into a new case with a few upgrades to ram and fans. My PC never had a problem. Since getting it back I have endless issues with the monitors turning off and on, unresponsive to shut down/restart, and endless freezing up. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PC HERE

Pricey but gouging on gpu's. Didn't recieve great customer service. Was looking for something and info on it to ensure I got the right product and was just told an isle they were in until the manager told the associate to help me. Honestly wasn't the worst service but was kind of irritating.

Just patiently waiting for Altex to go out of business.. I was a loyal customer once, but they were the only place that kicked me out for not masking properly back in the days when everyone was acting nutty so I never went back. I've got the Champagne ready Altex, just give me the word!

Good Ole Altex... always has what I need, but never has things I want. They are great for project and install supplies, but I wish they had a better parts selection for PCs. I don't need them to be Microcenter... but man, it would be nice to have something similar in San Antonio.

Very knowledgeable salesman..most importantly..able to translate the tech to a level I'd grasp in my terms. A new m.2 drive,and some ddr4 ram.. but more then something blind off ebay or amazon.. the knowledge that it will be compatible and work.

Staff knows everything and can help you 99% of the time. They are starting to be more pc gaming friendly with more options. They are priced higher than amazon, but definitely provide a great experience.

There were quick to respond to my questions and were very competent in the job they were assigned to do. Any techy fans that want to upgrade or fix their computer this is the place to go.

Super friendly staff. Overly priced on a lot of their products. 62 bucks for 25 keystones is pretty crazy. Can get 50 for 70 bucks at Graybar.

Solid computer parts store. Good alternative to Best Buy and has more individual parts to select from on site if you need something quick
